TMZ broke the story ... worshipers at Mase's Atlanta church think he's turned his back on his congregation to go back to laying down sinful tracks like "Tricky Situation" ... with lyrics like: "I get the honey moaning, you marry her. She said she comin' home, don't you hurry her." But sources close to Mase say he doesn't see any issue doing both jobs ... because he's really using his street cred to infiltrate hip-hop and ultimately plans to bring rappers closer to Christ. Like a "Mission: Impossible" agent ... for Jesus. Churchgoers tell us Mase has said his renewed spiritual calling was motivated by Michael Jackson's death -- and he feels he could have saved MJ if he'd been around to council him. I WANT A LIST OF EVERY BOY MJ ALLEGEDLY MOLESTED![]() Famed choreographer Wade Robson -- who claims he was repeatedly molested as a kid by Michael Jackson -- wants the MJ Estate to ante up evidence they have of Michael molesting underage boys. Robson has filed a claim with the Estate asking for money as a result of allegedly being molested between the ages of 7 and 14. In new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Robson is demanding: -- the names and other identifying info of all boys who were under 18 when alleged sexual misconduct occurred. -- any settlements involving molestation that have not yet been made public. -- any evidence of seduction -- even a failed attempt at molestation -- such as giving children wine ... aka Jesus juice. The Estate has responded by saying all the info Robson wants is privileged. They also say the request is premature because they believe Robson waited way too late to file his claim. LACK OF ESTATE TAX IN 2010: NOW CHEAPER TO DIE?![]() Well, 2010 has arrived -- and because Congress devoted so much effort toward health care reform, we may have ourselves some death panels after all. While critics have dismissed Sarah Palin's "death panels" to dole out medical care as fiction, a tax loophole may in fact give the heirs of some wealthy people a financial incentive to make this new year their loved one's last. In 2001, then-President George W. Bush signed a law designed to phase out the estate tax -- a tax on the assets a deceased individual leaves behind. The law reduced the amount wealthy families were taxed after death starting in 2001 -- leading to complete abolition of the tax in 2010, but at the same time it concerned some because of the financial implications of the date when someone died. For example, a wealthy person who dies on January 1, 2011, and left her heirs $10 million would really be leaving them $5.05 million because of taxes. If they died a day earlier (assuming no changes were made in tax laws), the heirs could receive the full $10 million. Nobel prize-winning economist Paul Krugman appears to be the first to explain the potential pitfall for some elderly individuals, writing in May 2001 in the New York Times that it should have been called the "Throw Momma From the Train Act of 2001." Since then other economists have noted the impact tax changes might bring, including bestselling authors Steven Levitt and Stephen Dubner, who wrote in SuperFreakonomics that it would mean heirs would want their benefactors to make it to 2010, but not beyond. "With this incentive, it's not hard to imagine such heirs giving their parent the best medical care money could buy, at least through the end of the year. Indeed, two Australian scholars found that when their nation abolished its inheritance tax in 1979, a disproportionately high number of people died in the week after the abolition as compared with the week before," they wrote. Not So Fast To be sure, Congress could enact legislation to reinstate the estate tax and make it retroactive to the start of the year, so the notion of a wealthy family receiving a windfall by having a relative die in 2010 might be moot. But while many expect that to happen, "I thought there was no way we'd get to this point without having done something about 2010," said Roberton Williams, a senior fellow at the Tax Policy Center of the Urban Institute. Although he said the estate tax would likely be restored in some form, part of the problem may be legislative priorities. "If there are other issues like health care reform or cap and trade, this is relatively small potatoes, so who's going to use what political leverage is the name of the game." Still, Williams said, people wanting to off themselves for their heirs' sake may want to make sure they make it far enough in this year to ensure nothing changes the law where they will be taxed anyway. "Death is a rather permanent thing," he said. How Did We Get Here? The estate tax has been a contentious issue, as it is perceived by some as a "double tax" -- since some assets are being taxed that were taxed previously. Advocates of the tax point out that it only affects the wealthiest, and it prevents people from accumulating a windfall simply because their parents were wealthy. Either eliminating the tax permanently or reinstating it would avoid the issue with the law as it stands now, but debate seems to have put it in place. You are not allowed to view links.

MJ LLOYD'S OF LONDON PAYS BIG BUCKS IN DEATH CLAIM![]() Lloyd's of London has dropped its claim that it doesn't have to honor a huge insurance policy on grounds it was never told Michael Jackson was a drug addict ... and we've learned Lloyd's has now agreed to a payout. Lloyd's filed a lawsuit claiming it did NOT have to honor the policy it issued to cover losses from the failed " This Is It" tour. Lloyd's felt it had been deceived because no one ever disclosed Michael had serious drug problems. The case just settled and we know ... Lloyd's has paid something to settle. We're told it's not the full $17.5 mil under the policy. We do not know the amount ... just that it forked over money. CONRAD MURRAY APPEALS COURT RULES MICHAEL DIDN'T KILL HIMSELF![]() A California appeals court just formally and forever shut down Conrad Murray's contention ... Michael Jackson killed himself by self-injecting that fatal dose of Propofol. Murray had appealed his manslaughter conviction with a kitchen sink of arguments, including MJ accidentally offing himself. The California Court of Appeal has ruled ... Murray's theories are just that -- theories. The court went on to say the evidence was plentiful ... that he did the deed. The judges noted incredulously ... Murray's fingerprints were all over the Propofol bottle and they said he acted like a guilty man when cops showed up ... by lying to them. They also zeroed in on Murray cleaning up the scene after the fact. Even though Murray has served his sentence ... the appeal was important. I think this is not over yet and the 4 years to get it right MJ was talking about in TII (Part I) was only related to Obama's term, we should follow Jermaine's slip up about MJ's 5 years plan, lol :icon_e_wink:

... MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE![]() Katherine Jackson is not only WASTING HER TIME by appealing the AEG wrongful death case ... she's also making a mockery of the legal system ... so says AEG. AEG just responded to Katherine's request for a new trial -- after Katherine argued that jurors were bamboozled because the jury instructions blocked them from being able hold AEG responsible for Conrad Murray's actions AFTER he was hired to take care of Michael Jackson. Katherine had claimed that even if Murray was competent when AEG hired him, they should still be liable because he proved reckless and irresponsible during the months leading up to Jackson's death, and AEG did nothing to stop it. But AEG claims Katherine is simply grasping at straws ... and her appeal is a pathetic last ditch effort from a desperate woman. The entertainment giant also argues that the jury instructions were crystal clear and perfectly fair, taken directly from the California Civil Jury instruction guide book ... so too bad, so sad ... but that's the way the law works. CONRAD MURRAY IGNITES WAR WITH KATHERINE JACKSON![]() Katherine Jackson's lawyers think Conrad Murray is a coward who is trashing the man he killed for profit. One of Katherine's lawyers tells TMZ, "Murray has refused to go under the OATH KNIFE and his attempt to exploit Michael are despicable and disgusting." Translation: He took the 5th because he's guilty as sin and now he's selling sordid stories about MJ to line his pockets. Another lawyer sent Murray's attorney a scathing email, calling the doc "reprehensible." But Murray's lawyer, Valerie Wass, quickly went on the counterattack, saying, "You and members of your client's family have been bad-mouthing my client for a long time. I don't blame him for talking, especially after ... you tried to portray him as an awful person." What's unclear ... how Murray talking about holding MJ's penis clears up anything. It is reported that Murray wants Oscar-winning actor Denzel Washington to star as the King of Pop, the Daily Star reported. The Jackson family are reportedly outraged at his plans to cash in on Michael’s memory. Sony server hackers were obsessed with Michael Jackson says Organised Crime Division chief![]() They are the shadowy figures using the ‘dark web’ to steal identities, defraud banks and companies – and sell drugs and guns. Cyber criminals making millions from behind their computer screens, using technology to try to stay one step ahead of the law. But a crack team of Birmingham-based lawyers are on their trail, and bringing them to trial. John Davies heads the Crown Prosecution Service’s Organised Crime Division (OCD) in Birmingham, which works with the National Crime Agency to bring major criminals to justice. In an exclusive interview with the Mail, he said cyber crime was one of the ‘biggest threats’ to face the UK today. “Cyber crime is a big priority for the UK law enforcement,’’ said Mr Davies, who leads a team of 15 staff. “There can be threats to state systems such as defence systems and that type of attack, etc. “Then there can be the ‘conventional’ types of crime committed using cyber. There are very big sums to be had for example by breaking into people’s bank accounts, over the internet, or doing similar from which criminals could actually steal vast sums of money out of a victim’s bank account.” Mr Davies added: “Cyber crime is a new experience for all us all. We are dealing with about half a dozen cyber cases at the moment, but all the indications are is that the threat is going to get bigger.” A recent cyber crime case involved the unlikeliest of targets – the late Michael Jackson and his record company Sony. Leicester Crown Court heard fans James Marks, 27, and James McCormick, 26, hacked into Sony’s computers and stole unreleased recordings. Marks, of Daventry, Northants, and McCormick, of Blackpool, downloaded 7,000 music files, including by other artists like Beyoncé, and Bruce Springstein. After pleading guilty to computer misuse offences, they were each given a six-month sentence, suspended for a year, and ordered to complete 100 hours’ community service. Robert Davies, the Birmingham unit’s principal crown advocate, was counsel on the case and said the pair were obsessed with the late Thriller star. “All their benefits and wages went on Michael Jackson material,’’ he said. “They were obsessed with the mistaken idea that a posthumous album that Sony had released was in fact full of bogus Michael Jackson material; in other words, other people were singing on it, and it had been put out as his own. “They were both very good on computers and found a way to get into the main Sony music servers which are in New York and are massive. “They were big players in a Michael Jackson chatroom forum. One of them was the moderator on the site. I don’t think the two of them had even met. They were just internet friends. “They downloaded lots of material and they got to the stage where one of them put out a different version of one of the Michael Jackson tracks on the album by combining the various stems and they just started to boast about what they had. “They put some of the Michael Jackson material out there on the system and clearly Sony were very worried about what might happen to the rest of it. “It was pursued because it was a massive copyright theft. It’s like a burglary, in truth. The fact that you haven’t done anything with the stuff you’ve stolen before you get caught is perhaps not the point. “I don’t think they really knew what to do with it. FBI INVESTIGATES DEATH THREATS![]() The FBI is investigating death threats made in connection with Conrad Murray's release from jail ... and it appears they're being made by a group of Michael Jackson fanatics. Law enforcement sources tell us ... the threats have been targeted at Murray's lawyer, Valerie Wass. Here are some of them: -- "One blow to the head is all you need." -- "If you think MJ fans are insignificant ... you are dead wrong, DEAD wrong" -- "Better get that hair brushed and be ready because MJ fans will be everywhere setting yours and Murray's lies straight." As for why the fans are targeting Wass, there are 2 reasons. First, because they don't know how to reach Murray. The second reason is based on video from the night of Murray's release, when Wass confronted a screaming Jackson fan who claimed Murray was a murderer. Wass fired back, "If you were not so ignorant, you would know he was not convicted of murder!" And she continued to rant. Wass also said after Murray's release, "There's a small group of these Jackson fanatics. They're annoying, but insignificant." We're told Wass called the FBI and was told they would investigate. CURRIES FAVOR WITH MOM![]() Conrad Murray is getting just what the doctor ordered -- his mother, who flew in from Trinidad to make him a delicious, home-cooked meal. We've learned Murray is spending time at an undisclosed location with GF/baby mama Nicole Alvarez, their kid and Murray's mother, Milta. The mom flew in and greeted Murray hours after he left L.A. County Jail. Not to be outdone by Murray's post-jail In-N-Out run, Milta cooked the good doc chicken curry and roti, a flat bread. Murray is trying to figure out whether he'll stay in California or go back to Texas. As we previously reported, Murray wants to practice medicine again, but our medical board sources say that's not gonna happen. 'DISGUSTED' BY MURRAY'S RELEASEJermaine Jackson isn't just furious that Conrad Murray is a free man -- just 2 years after Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter -- Jermaine is "disgusted." Michael's bro expressed his ire moments ago at LAX, but you really have to watch the video to get a feel for it. Tito Jackson was also there, but he was feeling a little less talkative. As we reported, Murray was released from jail in L.A. early this AM ... and immediately hit up an In-N-Out for some burger therapy.
