He believes Prince, 13, and Paris, 12, will reveal Jacko had long-standing addictions and had been ill for months. After tearfully saying goodbye to her father in A&E Paris said: "My daddy is so cold again. He was always cold." Murray faces manslaughter charges over Jacko's death in June 2009. According to the suit, "Mr. Jackson believes there are other parties responsible for Michael Jackson's death but has not yet gathered sufficient information regarding their potential liability or responsibility." the suit says the complaint will be amended when sufficient info is gathered. TMZ obtained a copy of the complaint, which will be filed in federal court this morning. In the complaint, Joe alleges Dr. Murray withheld vital information from the doctors and EMTs who were trying to save Jackson's life -- information that he had administered Propofol. The complaint -- much like the intent to sue document TMZ first broke -- states that Murray tried to "clean-up the scene" before EMTs arrived. The complaint alleges Dr. Murray felt he could change his story -- from Jackson had no drug problem, to Jackson was addicted to Propofol -- because he kept no medical records, as required by California law. The complaint alleges Joe Jackson has suffered more than $75,000 in damages, the minimum amount required to get jurisdiction in federal court. The case was filed in federal -- not California court -- because Dr. Murray's residence is outside the state. The suit claims Dr. Murray administered a "polypharmacy" of drugs to Jackson for months before his death. Interestingly, Oxman does not allege in the lawsuit -- like he did in the notice to sue -- that Dr. Murray was at a strip club, drinking, hours before Jackson died. The complaint says Jackson had a week pulse while he was being worked on at UCLA. The strong intimation -- had Dr. Murray told UCLA doctors that Propofol was a factor, they could have taken steps to save Jackson's life. And something else that's interesting. It was widely reported that Joe Jackson introduced Michael to Dr. Murray in Las Vegas, after Jackson needed a doctor for his children in 2006. But in the lawsuit, it says, "Defendants Murray, Acres Home (Murray's clinic in Houston) and Global (Murray's clinic in Nevada) solicited Michael Jackson to take care of his individual health needs." Buenos dias a todos, Esta mañana por casualidad me encontre el la sexta un programa llamado :" crímenes imperfectos " y estaban hablando de el primer caso de asesinato con propofol de la historia, no he podido encontrar nada al respecto en español, pero voy a intentar resumir un poco la historia: Un joven enfermero (Oliver O'Quinn) conoce y se obsesiona con una chica (Michelle Herndon) cuando se da cuenta que ella no está interesada planea matarla. Ella sufre de migrañas y él lo sabe por lo que le comenta que la próxima vez que tenga un episodio de migrañas lo llame por que él puede darle algo para aliviarle el dolor. Ella lo llama un dia y el se presenta en su casa con dos frascos de Propofol, la inyecta y muere rapidamente, el huye de la casa intentando borrar las huellas. Lo curioso del caso es que la defensa argumentó que la sobredosis fue accidental, él quería ayudarla con su dolor y ella se lo pidió. El enfermero fue condenado a cadena perpetua sin posibilidad de revisión. Recapitulando tenemos: 1- un profesional de la medicina 2- un paciente que le pide ayuda y consiente con ser inyectado 3- una muerte por sobredosis de propofol En este caso el profesional de la medicina fue condenado a cadena perpetua por lo que en el caso de CM lo menos que podemos esperar es una condena por muchos años, no os parece? Supongo que a estas alturas ya todos sabreis la noticia( por si hay algún despistadillo aqui la pongo):
Herederos de Michael Jackson firman contrato con Sony
Sony firmó con los herederos del patrimonio de Michael Jackson un contrato sin precedentes, el mayor de la historia de la industria musical, en virtud del cual la discográfica pagará 250 millones de dólares a cambio de los derechos de explotación hasta 2017 de 10 proyectos ligados al "rey del pop".
Estos 10 proyectos incluyen un álbum con canciones ya publicadas y otros temas inéditos hasta ahora, vídeos musicales e incluso juegos de vídeo para computadora.
El contrato sella además entre la familia Jackson y la casa discográfica una colaboración sobre una vasta gama de proyectos, como el uso de la música del cantante para películas, televisión y representaciones teatrales, además de líneas de objetos en recuerdo del intérprete de "Thriller".
Según algunos rumores, el Cirque du Soleil estaría trabajando en un espectáculo dedicado al cantante, siguiendo la idea del ya efectuado para los Beatles.
Se trata, en definitiva, de un contrato récord, que supera todas las referencias anteriores de la industria, incluyendo el firmado por Robbie Williams con la Emi en 2002, y a los alcanzados por Madonna y por el rapero Jay-Z con Live Nation en 2007 y 2008 respectivamente.
El contrato, por otra parte, permitirá a los herederos de Jackson saldar las deudas dejadas por el cantante, fallecido repentinamente en Los Angeles el 25 de junio del año pasado debido a una mezcla de sedantes y un potente anestésico, el Propofol, que le fue suministrado por su médico, Conrad Murray.
Desde su muerte, Sony ha vendido unos 31 millones de sus discos, dos tercios de los cuales fuera de Estados Unidos.
Y para el primer aniversario del fallecimiento, la casa discográfica calcula haber obtenido 250 millones de dólares por la venta de música, mercaderías y entradas para la película póstuma "This Is It", que recoge los ensayos de Jackson para los conciertos que se preparaba a dar en Londres.
"Nuevas generaciones de niños están descubriendo a Michael Jackson", señaló John Branca, uno de los administradores del legado del cantante estadounidense.
"Muchas de las personas que fueron a ver ´This Is It´ eran familias, y esta película es una de las pocas admitidas en China, por lo que consideramos que hay un mercado creciente y aún no descubierto para la música de Michael Jackson", agregó.
"Este no es sólo un acuerdo musical basado en cuantos copias de CD se venden o sobre cuantas canciones se descargan online", explicó por su parte Rob Stringer, presidente de Columbia/Epic Label Group, división de Sony. "El acuerdo comprende también los derechos audio par teatro, cine y videojuegos", añadió.
En octubre del año pasado, el rey del pop ocupó el tercer puesto en la lista anual de la revista Forbes sobre las celebridades ya muertas que más ganan, con ingresos de 90 millones de dólares en los meses sucesivos a su defunción.
Me gustaría saber qué habeis pensado al leer la noticia, a mi lo primero que se me pasó por la cabeza fue:
Esto es el fin de la investigación. Me explico: si esta noticia es cierta (y todo indica que lo es) no será este el auténtico y único motivo por el que Michael ha fingido su muerte:
1- No hay mensaje
2- No habrá regreso
Fin de la investigación
No os hace pensar que lo ha hecho por dinero, por volver a las listas, limpiar su imagen y relanzar su carrera?. "It's all for LOVE", si Mike todos sabemos que tu amas mucho a tus hijos y a tu familia y que serías capaz de cualquier cosa por ellos.
Quiero dejar claro que no lo estoy juzgando, para mi es un genio ( siempre ha sido un gran hombre de negocios ), y si este es su plan le ha salido redondo, se ha retirado de la vida pública a lo grande, seguirá haciendo lo que le gusta (crear música) sin tener que pagar el precio de la fama ( aunque en eso de pagar el precio él ya tiene mucho saldo acumulado ). Sé que muchos pensareís: " Michael nunca haría daño a sus fans por dinero" es cierto, por eso ha dejado pistas para que los que de verdad estén interesados sólo tengan que rascar un poco en la superficie y descubrir que está vivo.
Como he dicho antes esto es lo que se me ocurrió al pronto de leer la noticia y quería compratirlo con vosotros y que me digais lo que pensais al respecto.

Dr. Klein claims Michael borrowed a Gianfranco Ferre green jacket from him several months before he died -- a jacket Klein claims is worth $10,000. According to the claim, "The jacket has not been returned prior to death and has not been returned after death (although demand has been made)." Klein is not asking for any money, but wants his threads back. Klein filed another claim against the Michael Jackson estate back in October -- for $48,522.89 for medical services. This doc. is..., i mean: he is doing everything to appear in the news...this is ridiculous... if it is just what it is supossed to be, but maybe there is something hidden, maybe the sentence: "The jacket has not been returned prior to death and has not been returned after death" or maybe the color ( green ) or maybe they don't have anything else to write! I don't know, it's too late here and i can't even express my thoughts. P.S:By the way the jacket is horrible!!

LaToya mentions, that for Michael it was "Family First, Fans Second": In this recent TMZ clip, we see Dr. Murray entering a building in Las Vegas, which has a "6725-3" in the street address. None of the previous addresses we have had for him featured the "6725-3". So upon further research, there is a doctor's office in Las Vegas with that number in the address. The Machine Management claims Jackson hired the company to develop commercial relationships in the animation world. And MJ wanted help in creating a Michael Jackson film label that would package original film projects. The claim also says Jackson wanted help in creating a "Michael Jackson Global Warning Awareness Initiative" and to create a Michael Jackson film festival located in the Sultanate of Oman. Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, tells TMZ he's aware of the claim and mulling it over.
