@ TS:
I’ve been reading a lot about secret societies lately and I found this post particularly interesting, even though we have different points of view. I know I’m too naïve to understand many things – but with the help of Wikipedia and books, I’m gonna try to explain my opinion the best way I can.
Quote
This whole part 7 deals with the secret societies; and especially their agenda to create a one-world religion and one-world government system, called the New World Order (NWO). There are many such societies, including: Illuminati, Skull & Bones, Masons, and many more; they are bricks in the pyramid (shown on the back of the U.S. one dollar bill). Instead of trying to identify individual secret societies, the general term “NWO powers” will be used.
Illuminati:
I know the Illuminati existed centuries ago. However, as far as I know there is no real evidence of their existence today, so I’m remaining very sceptical about this. You said people thought TIAI was trying to create fear in order to control people. Well, I believe it’s the same with the Illuminati. Just a scary story.
Freemasonry and Skull & Bones:
These are real societies and there's nothing secret about them. I don't believe they and the Illuminati are trying to create a New World Order, though, and I'll explain why.

From Wikipedia: Domhoff, a research professor in psychology and sociology who studies theories of power, writes in a March 2005 essay entitled There Are No Conspiracies:
Quote
There are several problems with a conspiratorial view that don't fit with what we know about power structures. First, it assumes that a small handful of wealthy and highly educated people somehow develop an extreme psychological desire for power that leads them to do things that don't fit with the roles they seem to have. For example, that rich capitalists are no longer out to make a profit, but to create a one-world government. Or that elected officials are trying to get the constitution suspended so they can assume dictatorial powers. These kinds of claims go back many decades now, and it is always said that it is really going to happen this time, but it never does. Since these claims have proved wrong dozens of times by now, it makes more sense to assume that leaders act for their usual reasons, such as profit-seeking motives and institutionalized roles as elected officials. Of course they want to make as much money as they can, and be elected by huge margins every time, and that can lead them to do many unsavory things, but nothing in the ballpark of creating a one-world government or suspending the constitution.
I totally agree with this, especially the parts in bold. You claim all these societies are trying to create a New World Order, right? Well, let's see... There are 195 countries and more than 6 billion people in the world. Do you believe a small elite could force every nation on the planet to join one government, one religion, whatever? And make them abandon their nationalities, ancient religions and traditions? I doubt they would be able to do this! The NWO theory just seems a bit too far-fetched, to be honest. I don’t know what their agenda is, but IMO it has nothing to do with world domination or apocalyptical wars, LOL. Money and power, most likely.

…Okay, I’m gonna keep an open mind about this and say Hey, who knows? Perhaps there are NWO powers infiltrated in our banks, governments, media, etc. The big question here is: What can we do to fight them? Realistic measures, please. I don't believe in this theory, HOWEVER, I know the government and the media lie to us ALL the time, and what I really want to know is HOW can we change that. And I’ll say it again: Realistic measures, please. Not just the “spread the love” thing or whatever because that won’t stop them. I have faith that if and when Michael returns, the entire world will realize that the media cannot be trusted because they didn’t even bother to investigate his "death" properly. But until Michael points his big middle finger at all the bad reporters in this whole wide world, I want to do something. Maybe we could create videos about the lies and corruption of the media/government and spread the word online? Just some suggestions.

That's it for now. I could write more things about this subject, but I'll leave it for another time. Thank you for this, TS. I appreciate your efforts, I really do.  :)

TIAI ~ 2009 / Re: Huh?
« on: December 24, 2009, 11:59:59 AM »
Dear God...
L.O.V.E. is the last thing I can think of after reading all these threads regarding TIAI.
This discussion is getting retarted, to say the least. I don't understand why do you all keep arguing and trying to make everyone agree with your own opinions. You have to realize that people don't have always the same points of view on things. Why don't you all just state your opinion on TIAI and leave the freakin' thread? God!
Merry Christmas... and Peace.

I finally am done with reading all the parts. My theory was correct. Basically, you are a hoax believer, but in the end, you really don't know more than we do. TIAI was a waste of time.

I have to agree with BCorn. This story doesn't really add anything we already didn't know or at least suspected. By the way, using bible quotes doesn't make this story any more believable. I'm sorry, not everyone here is religious.

It was written specifically for that episode, as Michael was a big fan of the Simpsons. He did the speaking part for the character Leon Kompowsky and Kipp Lennon did the singing part during the episode. Michael was creditied as John Jay Smith in the closing credits, because of a contractual obligations.

Yes, that's true. The episode is called "Stark Raving Dad" and you can watch it here:

You are spreading LOVE and rejoicing at human (Evan Chandler’s) death at the same time.
[/b]

You know, with this sentence, the person who wrote this hit the nail on the head! This is exactly what I've been seeing in all forums and I can't stand the hypocrisy!
When I see fans with all their beautiful "It's all for L.O.V.E." messages laughing at Chandler's death or saying the most hateful things towards the Jackson family, it makes me wanna SCREAM! (No pun intended.) Really, how would YOU feel if some total stranger said all these awful things about your family? I believe Michael would be very disappointed by this. He loves his family and he has forgiven Joe and LaToya for the things they've done to him... I understand that some people may not respect, for instance, some of the things Joe has done to his children (i.e. the beatings), but that doesn't give them the right to say all that crap about him, because they weren't there, and they don't know him. If you're gonna start posting hateful sh*t here, at least don't start preaching the "It's all for LOVE" thing. Makes you look like a total hypocrite.  :?

Ok, I need to calm down... *breathes* I'm gonna read the rest of the post now.

EDIT: Okay I've read the entire post and all I have to say is BRAVO. I couldn't agree more.

I like your name, real funny! I know there has been many clues, but what clues do you think has he been sending post "death"?

LOL, thanks! ...Well, for example:

- "I'm alive and I'm here forever" at the memorial. Kinda weird choice of words if he really is dead, don't you think?

-  "Let me breath in my own time and I'll come back here. I'll unbutton my shirt or jacket, look around a little bit, play with the public maybe, slap my fingers... and then... BAM!" in the end of This Is It. This makes me think that he will return, but you never know...

- Also, in the end of This Is It, Michael is seen doing sign language that PianoGames claims it means "With all my heart, there is more. I will show myself to you all."

- The Murray video. While I'm not completely sure that that was a message from Michael, I don't think it makes much sense if that was a real message from Murray, either.

Sorry, I can't remember any more at the moment, but if you take a look at the forum, I'm sure you'll find more clues. People have found really amazing things here!
Also, I'd like to give a little advice to all the people who are losing faith: print the Weird List and read it when you're feeling down. It helps a lot, trust me.  ;)

Hi Souza and everyone, I really need someone's insight now! I read the posts made on 'the fake search warants' topic and there was someone who had this opinion. He/she said that MJ might have comitted suicide, with Dr Murray helping him. That that was the reason why they waited so long to call 911 because they wanted to make sure no one would be able to revive him.

I think this theory (and maybe the murder one as well) might be able to explain some of the inconsistancies, but not all. Like his family being happy etc. Unless they really didn't know.. But still even if they think he "died normal" they should be sad!

Someone said he would not have done it because of his kids, but the argument is that depression can make you think that the world will be better of without you. Which is true, but it is his kids??

No, there is no way Michael would kill himself, IMO. Michael loved life, and his children. He said he wanted to live forever. He might have been depressed at some point in his life, but suicidal? I don't think so. Besides, would a dead Michael be sending clues?   ;)

Other Hoaxes / Re: Michael Jackson Dept Hoax?
« on: December 13, 2009, 10:35:14 AM »
Quote
#Michael Jackson owned the Beatles catalogue. Michael Jackson purchased this in 1984-85, for $40 million. At the time, he was only 26 years old. This meant that he would earn 50% of the royalties from the Beatles songs since he owned the publishing rights. This catalogue contained 4,000 songs.

#In 1995, Michael Jackson sold 250 Beatles songs to Sony Corporation for $95 million. He still owns rights to 3,750 songs.

#It has been said that Michael Jackson owns 50% share in Sony-ATV Music Publishing Catalogue, which is estimated to be at $US1.5 billion and $US2 billion. Just having ownership of this generated $US13-20 million in profit, on a yearly basis.

#Michael Jackson also owns the Mijac Music Publishing catalogue, that is worth at around $US 100 million. Of course the value of this one sky-rocketed with all the sales of his albums following the hoax death.

#His estate is worth $500 million.

#When Martin Bashir asked Michael Jackson how much he was worth – this was in 2003, Michael Jackson reluctantly said he ws worth beyond 1 billion US dollars.

#The Beatles catalogue that Michael Jackson owns is pegged at $US 4-5 billion.

#Album sales of Bad (1989, $US 125 million), Dangerous (1992, $US 67 million), HIStory (1996, $US 55 million) and Blood On The Dance Floor (1998, $US 12 million)
See, this is exactly why I never believed MJ was broke. I know a lot of people see him as a very naive person, but he really isn't! I'm sure Michael is a brilliant business man, and this post only confirms it.

Quote
The King of Pop was not facing financial distress, that was an image for us to believe in. At the moment, he continues to receive royalties from the enormous sales of his albums, enjoy the funds that he liquidated and sent away to offshore accounts, as well as continuing to invest into venture firms based on technology and media. All this while not having to pay a single dime to any of his on-going court cases, loans, other ‘debt’ that he had accrued. In one of his interviews, Michael Jackson mentioned that he is not stupid, and that stupid people don’t get this far – which is very true indeed. To pull of this hoax and having planned all the minute details needs a brilliant mind while having calculated all the gains requires a brilliant mind – that of Michael Jackson.
This makes a lot of sense. Michael is really clever! You go, Mike!  8-)

Random MJ Talk / Re: For those that say "OMG HE'S DEAD" too quick

Really great points, Souza.
I can understand why some members are losing faith. It's been almost six months since Michael "died" and some people think he should have returned by now. They keep believing that MJ will return on this or that award show and since he doesn't, they feel defrauded. Then MJHD, which is probably the biggest hoax site on the internet, shuts down and a lot of members feel discouraged. And lately seems like there isn't much to talk about. But really, there is no reason to stop believing in the hoax and getting all sad and depressed. The key word here is PATIENCE. Honestly, I feel like I already have enough evidence to believe Michael is alive, so I don't feel the urge to keep obsessively looking for more clues. Sure I'll keep investigating, but I'm more of a Wait and See kind of "Hoxie".
Now I've said it before and I'll say it again: I believe Michael is going to come back. Many things point to that and seriously, why would Michael send all these clues if he wanted the entire world to believe he was dead? He could have done a much better job at hoaxing his death if he really wanted to escape and live a normal life. I have to point one thing about this, though - I've read an article somewhere that claims Michael didn't want to be "normal", and it made me wonder... Just think about it: Michael never lived a normal life. He doesn't know what a normal life is. Would he want to turn his entire life around, leave all his accomplishments behind, his HIStory, really - to live a life so different from what he's used to? Would he really want to hide forever and have to spend the rest of his life wearing disguises? Not being able to step a stage ever again, the only place in the world where he said he felt comfortable on? Wouldn't he want credit for pulling off the greatest hoax in History? Besides, being normal is boring! And to be honest, why would he go through so much trouble to fake his death just to disappear, if he was already living away from the spotlight for many years now? Seems a bit too extreme, IMO. (Money and/or safety issues could be the reason, but I don't really believe he was broke and/or in danger).
Obviously, these are just my assumptions. I don't know Michael in person, but from what I've learned about him these last years, I believe he is a fighter, not a quitter. Really, Michael must be one of the strongest and bravest men I've ever known. He's been through hell and he never gave up, when I'm sure many of us would have (I know I would have gone insane if I was in his shoes). He's innovative and creative, and a risk taker. If there's someone who can pull this hoax off, that person is Michael Jackson.
And I have to totally agree with your words here:

Quote
And I am not here to find him. Even if I would find out where he is (not very likely though) I would not tell someone or try to find him. His location is of no importance. The fact that he leaves all these 'clues' is because he wants us to open our eyes to certain things. Stop living on the automatic pilot and think for ourselves again. Read stuff before judging someone or something. It's not a roadmap to his location, it's a roadmap to your own brain, your own intellect.
He has planned this for his reasons and he needs the time to do the things that need to be done. If that means he comes back next year, fine. If it means he needs another 5 years, also fine. Remember he must have some balls to pull this off and he doesn't owe his fans anything, they have had him long enough already. This is his project and he decides if and when he returns. Because of the point in my post I am pretty sure he will be back one day.

We need to give him time. I'm not really anticipating a date for his comeback or trying to find out where he is, I just want to understand why he faked his death and most importantly, find out if he's safe and happy. That's all I ever wanted - for him to be happy. IMO it's still soon to give up. Michael may have had many reasons to fake his death and it might take a while for him to be prepared for a comeback. Who knows, maybe he is enjoying a quick break to reestablish his forces / treat his health problems before he gets his cute little ass back to work. ;)
Thanks for posting this and another big thank you to you and Mo for creating this wonderful site.  :)

Introduce yourself / Re: To All Ex MJHD-ers!
« on: December 05, 2009, 06:41:45 AM »
Hello everyone, I'm new here! I was a lurker at MJHD but never wanted to join because I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone over there.  Since the site closed I became a lurker here, but today I decided to join. I'm very excited to become a part of this investigation!
I've been a die-hard MJ fan for almost two years. When I heard the news of Michael's death, I was devastated. I really thought he was dead, but now I'm not so sure anymore.  ;) As time went by and all those conflicting stories started emerging, as well as the rumors of a hoax, I became confused and suspicious and decided to investigate. I hope I can contribute in any way to the investigations here.
