thats not Elizabeth nor Michael's grave. I have been in the mausoleum, i've seen it. Elizabeth's grave is on the other side of the wall , BEHIND that angel. Any member of the public can see that angel when they go in, hence the photograph i guess lol. the angel statue is located in an area of the mausoleum that is open to the public, but the grave itself is out of public view.
Michael is buried UNDERNEATH that window in the photo, i mean underneath as in the floor below that window- the mausoleum has many different floors. both MJ & Elizabeth are out of sight of the public and both have names on them.

AND PRINCE IS MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON JR FOR US TO BUY THE STORY OF MICHAEL JOSEPH DEAD? that is exactly what stood out for me in this lawsuit!Randy said the will was fake didnt he? are these not how the children's names appear on the fake will what i want to know is that if these are not the children's legal names then does that mean the lawsuit is not legit? can it be used in court at all? why would Katherine not use the real names of her grandchildren? are we having another Joseph/ Joe situation? :mrgreen:

heres a question-
the family want to put Murray in prison, right? im sure they have loads of good lawyers, these lawyers should be telling them that lawsuits like this are going to prevent the trial from going ahead because it is going to pollute the jury pool- giving out evidence against Murray/ AEG way before the trial even starts!
i cant help wondering are the family making these phoney lawsuits & releasing them to the public to protect Michael & make the world believe he is gone?murdered? then the trial of Murray will come & it will be thrown out because the public know too much about the prosecution's case therefore there wouldnt be a fair trial so Murray (& Michael) will walk free! :mrgreen:

i totally agree! if this is real & they said nothing & just let those fake photos be sold to the media then that is just WRONG!
if your son/brother/father was a world famous figure & died and there were people out there making fake photos to sell to the press, to get money out of your father/son/brother dying then wouldnt you be straight out there making a HUGE fuss about it? i know i would have gone mad i would have been furious!

I've read everyone of his posts and I still come to the same conclusion. Before, I used to believe Michael was alive and well but after going back and reading the posts, it's disappointing to see that TS is taking advantage of peoples' feelings. He won't admit who he is or what he does. Some say he can be in the Jackson camp but very easily he could be a Joe schmoe or a blogger. He beats around the bush when it comes to answering questions about his idenity when he says it doesn't matter when in fact it does.
I'm sure most of the skeptics can say that there is high probability that he works for TMZ for referencing them so much, telling people about posts and then telling them to visit TMZ often to get "clues". It seems like a viral marketing ploy on his part. Obviously the more views TMZ gets, the more money they make.
The only reason you and the other admins of this forum support him is because he bring people to your website. Which is all fair and good but one man's opinion should not be the gospel on this board when no one knows who he is. If the admins of this site know who he is then they need to say something.
Okay, now I'm really fed up with the bullshit about us wanting to bring people to our website. Do you see any kind of advertisement on this website..? NO, you don't. We are not making a dime from this website but only put money, time and effort into it. Instead of gaining anything, we're getting bashed and threatened time after time, and are accused of the most ridiculous things. So dear UTisNUM1, tell me what we would gain by supporting a troll?
but if he (or she!) is not working with you trying to bring people to the site then why dont they post on other hoax sites?!this isnt the only hoax site in the world you know! if he really cared for fan's feelings & wanted to help give some info i sure he would appear on a few other hoax sites?! yeah ok TS has come out with some interesting thoughts & info but i think hoax investigators should look toward the solid things rather than some forum member thats not even telling them who they are!!

I think theres too much effort and planning put into the construction and wording of these stories for TMZ, or TS for that matter, to just be messing with us. TMZ was a very well known site before 6/25/09. I doubt they would waste their time just to get some hoax believers to click on their page when they could be spending that time following leads on other stories or making them up or whatever it is that they do.

I agree. I don't see any of them write 70,000 words with numerology, hoax information and NWO information, connecting dots to Mike just to keep 300 hoax believers on their site that are also pretty annoying, flooding their comment boxes etc. No way.
I disagree. A lady once claimed she was a survivor of the 911 terrorist attacks. she became a national celebrity & spokesperson for survivors of the incident & ran special support groups for them. I think i remember her claiming her husband or boyfriend died in 911. she said she had been in one of the towers on the day & was pulled from the wreckage by firemen. It all transpired that she was a fake- turned out she wasnt even in NYC on the day of September 11. So yes! people really are THAT crazy, people out there who will do ANY THING for the attention. They thrive on the sense of power seeing the innocent being led astray.

theres definitely wayyyyy too much weird stuff about this "new" ambulance footage. why did it only come out now?!dont this mean there are yet MORE witnesses to tell their stories? as far as the "neverland" thing is concerned i think thats just the media choosing to call the article "ambulance at neverland" cause if they said "ambulance at carolwood" it would not have the same ring to it because the general "non- hardcore MJ fan" public would not know where or what carolwood is.they are just trying to draw attention to the article by giving it a sensationalist title so i wouldnt read into that part too much. ben is even more twitchy than ever & i cant believe that hes STILL trying to pass off the ambulance photo as real! though having said that once again most of the general "non- hardcore MJ fan" public wouldnt be aware of oxman admitting the photo was fake. as for oxman, i disagree that it is photoshopped. i personally think they put a dummy in an ambulance - like lou ferrigno said lol- and let evstad work away with that for all we know he may not even be aware of the whole hoax! could he be dumb enough not to realize he was photographing a dummy and a crowd of actors? i dunno. also i dont think the mysterious figure in the blue shirt is Michael- if he were trying to fake his death successfully why would he step out of the house &stand where anyone could get a glance through the gate at him? dont make sense?! remember what jermaine said ... "michael was not with us wayyyyy before he arrived to the airport" so i personally dont think he even went to the hospital,it would have been too risky- i believe the whole hospital & carolwood thing was just a diversion.

its time i said my opinion on this whole this is also it thing.
ive been following whats been said by this person with interest for quite some time but i think it is just going too far now. i think "TS" could well be a forum admin trying to direct people to this forum- why else would "TS" only use this one forum? after all there are 100s perfectly good other hoax forums out there?
with regards to the Elvis thing,i think Elvis DID fake his death but i do not think i believe this Eliza lady- (sorry if your reading this, Eliza!) ive read through her website and im just not 100% convinced- if her brother really is Elvis Presley and he really does want to "BAM!" then why cant he just go on tv or get a lawyer to make a press conference, why doesnt he just get Lisa Marie to go on tv & say "my father is actually alive" ?! instead of having his sister running round making herself look like a fool? if she really is Elvis' sister then hes really not being a very good brother by letting herself look like a looney!
Eliza's story is rather compelling but it just DONT make sense & i think "TS" was running out of ideas to the MJ death hoax theory so they decided to explore other avenues to get more people eating out of the palm of their hands & following them like lemmings over a cliff to insanity, all while creating great advertisements for this forum.
after all, if Souza or any other admin on this forum genuinely believed in the double bam they would have most likely created "elvisandmj.com" on ANOTHER web site, NOT just sticking it as a redirect to this forum. it prooves to me that yes! "TS" DID make some accurate predictions and points but they are just cooincidence & "TS" is no more than just another admin member or fan that is messing with us for attention.
That is just my opinion & i know many agree with me & many others may be upset or offended, but it is the reason why i have stopped wanting to use this forum as much as the others(hoax theory forums) Personally , i think its about time we reported "TS" to the police- that way we could find out who they are, what they are doing, if they are genuine & if then we can all stop wasting our energy on who "TS" is & worry about real solid clues in this hoax.

i hate it when people ask where he is or when is he coming back, if hes really still alive then let him be happy & be happy for him- i think its so selfish to start trying to "smoke him out" or begging him to come back.if we are right and he really is still alive then part of me hopes he never comes back, for his own sake because he had a terrible life in the spotlight so id love him to be living out the rest of his days enjoying his sucess and his family.whatever he decides to do i love him but its up to him,just want him to be happy.

if this is true then im sorry but its just wrong. regardless of whether or not Michael is actually buried there, turning it into a circus with a stage & flowers & balloons every where would be just disrespectful towards the familys of the other people buried there. i think they should just open neverland for the day & have all the fans & family there- big party - ... unless of course Michael is living there & wants privacy

I cant remember who said this but one person here said that Randy probably asked CNN to let him see the questions he was going to be asked.this is a nearly certain possibility. whether or not MJ was murdered these questions would be pre-prepared-if it is murder then Randy must be careful what he says for fear of tainting evidence & if it is a hoax then then of course he must be careful not to slip up!  the same with the TII crew. the questions they are asked are monitored to within a inch of their lives lol. the more time goes on the more i believe that MJ dont wanna come back and that they are "increasing security" round him to try and make us believe he is gone. remember he once said in an interview that he wanted to find a way to be "non visual" one day, to not ever grow old in the public eye but at the same time he wanted to see his children grow up? what better way to do it than to hoax his death, give his family and some trusted friends big payoffs ( i just heard to day that the family are being paid £10,000 a month to not contest the will!) & to live under a false name while maybe working for sony & his own company. the perfect solution for MJ! murray will get a slap on the wrist, Murray will walk out & it will never be seen again as long as Ben Evstad quits following him around The movie This Is It was probably just that- a great gift for fans a final thank you, a "final curtain call" after his few years living away from us after the trial, & he will continue to make music or film under a different name or something. We will probably see him again many times but it will be like a "green man episode" or like on Janet's new song- just little hints to show us that hes still around.

my theory has been for a long time that the family are going OVERBOARD playing up "the murder theory" & all the other "cock ups" to distract the fans,seems to me that every time lots of fans really start thinking its a hoax the family step in & push the things on us to make us think "oh silly me its not a hoax its real murder". or they push the things about jason pheiffer or the will or some other issue on us to stir us up & trying to preventing us from pausing & thinking "hang on a second this dont make sense!!"try to prevent us & the media from questioning the whole thing. at the end of the day the first 48 hours are the most crucial of ANY CASE- think back to all the odd things that happened on june 25-27th. if it is a hoax the family have probably perfected their act by now & we probably wont see another slip up for a long time if ever!you got to remember Michael may not want to be found EVER! either for his own gain or for his own safety- he could be sitting some where wishing we would all shut up, he could be prayin we all think he dead!

iv not really read everything thats been said in this thread but i just cant imagine gaga opening for MJ. with her outrageous costumes & status she would be the only person out now who would have MAYBE just about outshone MJ - or not so much outshone him but just made the act into more of a spectacle & just generally not fit in with the rest of the show.
i dont think gaga is lying, i think she was probably asked to and not contracted yet. thats no big deal really. lots of singers were rumoured to be contracted. i heard lots of rumours that leona lewis was to sing at some point, and that the plan was to have surprise guests at every show which sounds pretty cool.
but in either case i just dont believe those shows were ever meant to happen, too many things dont add up, including the first "rehearsal photo" (of MJ behind a camera?! bearing in mind at this point theyd not even began to rehearse yet- this was before the dancers auditions had even begun so it don't make sense that he & kenny would have decided to get a tv camera out at that point.)

I don't know who is the "They" you are referring to? So I will assume you are referring to the Usual suspects. As long as "They" can get you to believe he's still alive (a hoax) then you will Not demand that his murderers be flushed out and prosecuted. (You play right into their hands, thus Not demanding justice and accountability for his death)
This whole Hoax thing could have been initiated by those responsible for his demise to create doubt and help in getting a/the murderers off the hook. Have you ever considered this?
