Also here is a blog that goes into detail about Mr. Pink and his wife, who is holding Blanket’s hand.

This blog is highly influenced by the tabloid press from Romania. Monica is not a saint, but why vilify her that way? She's a controversial character, but why "kill" her with blogs even meaner than the tabloids? Just because she was holding Blanket's hand? She comes from one of the poorest regions of Romania, she was always a beautiful girl and this pushed her on the wrong directions as a a teenager, striving to get away from her misery. She said she just wanted to work for some money, she was hired in a bar, but not for prostitution, she was a waitress and an exotic-dancer. She started doing modelling... She said she trusted a man who promised her to help her in her career, in Bucharest. He only used her. She was sold and raped, this man made 'arrangements" for her....
Anyway at one point she met this Romanian business man , a millionaire, much older than her. They seem to have had a true romance, love at first sight, as they both had declared. Of course the media speculated that he only wanted her to advertise his business (through a Reality TV show they did) and the media said that she was only after his money. I've heard her speaking in interviews and she is not as stupid as many would think if they read the press! She seems to be a well grounded woman, she knows what she wants, she's not a mean person. She had a daughter with this man, she loves her daughter.
So they finally broke up ...due to various scandals in the press... they were both said to have had other relationships in the absence of the other one.... IDK how much of this is true and how much is B.S. and frankly I don't care! I just wanted to tell you that she isn't as BAD a person as she had been portrayed in this blog here!

You're right Sim. I dont know if you're Romanian, but I am and I know a few things about Monica and what was written about her. Tabloid stuff mostly..but whatever is true from that what what not..she's not dumb. But as a model and with an unclear background not to mention also the millionaire 30 years old former husband,  she did get that label, of a "prostitute" like that article calls her.
All I know about her is that she's not stupid at all and she did work to get where she is, weather she got help or not ( i'm sure her relationship helped but still she also worked a lot).

"Paris, pay attention, this is important. It's about your DAD!"  :LolLolLolLol: Loved that!

Why is Brett Ratner on the guilty list? What did he do? What did I miss?  :WTF:

This article gives me the feeling that some very powerful people are annoyed with her fighting the Estate, and maybe even her sister LaToya and brothers speaking out. They been telling there's a conspiracy behind MJ's death from the start ( some of them) and that pissed a lot of people off, i'm sure. And now, recently, taking action against the people running the Estate. Another reason to piss those people off even more.
And we know from MJ's life and others like him that when you try to "them", whoever they are, you WILL pay the price. Michael did and now it seems it's Janet's turn. From all the brothers and sisters of Michael, she is the most famous and with an impact to the public, so ...go after her, her credibility, make her look bad and you destroy not only her credibility but that of anyone who stands by her.
So, personally, I'm keeping a very open mind about all of this. They do that with too many people, for me to believe it just because it's in print ;)

To me the photo on the right seems photoshopped; it doe shave some effects to it. Maybe they took him out initially cause he stands out, and now they just posted the original photo.
It's interesting to watch the video footage to look for him.

Also, wasn;t RTL the ones who claimed they did the fake Coroners' van film back in 2009?

Thanks for posting.  I have always thought that the catalogue was the center for all of Michael's troubles.  I wish I knew why it was so important.

The link between John Branca and Sony really bothers me. Shouldn't there be a conflict of interest here? If he is representing Sony AND the MJ Estate at the same time who will he fight for when it comes to the music catalog battle between Mj and Sony?
This is really disturbing to me  :Pulling_hair:

The publishing rights to most of the Beatles' biggest hits are owned by one entity, a joint venture between the late Michael Jackson and the music arm of Sony Corp. It's called Sony/ATV, and it also owns the rights to songs written by Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Taylor Swift and, oh yes, the Jonas Brothers.
But Sony/ATV does not handle the recordings of Beatles songs. Two other companies do that, so whether you'll ever download "Come Together" off of iTunes has nothing to do with M.J.'s death. I'll have more info on that for you later in this story.
As for what happens to Jackson's portion of that legendary publishing catalog, welcome to the big, hot mess that is Jacko's estate...
Well, because Jackson was also, according to reports, mired in some truly epic financial drama. Even the value of Sony/ATV is unclear, with analysts and media placing it somewhere between the rather widely spaced poles of $500 million and $1 billion.
Here's some more math: According to the Wall Street Journal and other reports, Jackson had about $500 million in debt.
Adding to the quagmire: Jackson once put up his share in Sony/ATV as collateral for a loan. The debt is held by Barclays, Jackson's biggest creditor, and the amount owed is said to be around $300 million.
So where does that leave Lovely Rita or Sgt. Pepper or Sweet Loretta? I refuse to say it's going to be a long and winding road. Instead, I shall declare that it's going to be a lengthy and twisting pathway.
"It's all a mess," one executive involved in Jackson's financial affairs told the New York Times this past weekend. "No one really knows what is going on, but these are early days."
Now, Sony/ATV owns 267 songs written mostly by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. That collection—which comprises most of the Beatles' hits—continues to make bank; in fact, Sony/ATV recently negotiated a deal to allow some of the songs to be used on a Beatles version of Rock Band.
The actual recordings of all the Beatles songs you know and love are owned by record label EMI and the band's company, Apple Corps. Those two are still trying to figure out terms for introducing Beatles songs to the digital world, including iTunes.
In conclusion, it could very well be years before anyone figures out what exactly Michael Jackson owned, owed and bequeathed—other than a big old tangle of drama.

But I still have no real idea what is going on here...

Is Branca working for Michael or against him????   :Pulling_hair:

But according to this older article I posted above, that debt (if real) has been paid off, and from what I'm uncovering, it seems to have been paid off by Thomas Barrak Jnr..from Colony Capital.  There is evidence that Colony signed a power of attorney regarding some large debt, on June 25th 2009.

Lets not forget that Tohme Tohme and Barrak work for Colony Capital, and it's Barrak that saved Neverland and paid off most of MJ's debts to other lenders, including the loan against the catalog....

Okay - so that is odd about V V. Do you still think he/she is a troll? Is it coincidental that we are seeing this come up on that article? Does it really have any connection to Michael and/or the hoax?

What do you mean by that?

yes, I think that is a good example of how one letter or misquote can be used in a different context than what it was intended.

I'm not here to debate one party or the other but what I will say is that most teenagers aren't into politics but it's refreshing to see that the younger Jacksons seem very aware of politics and events of the world. Maybe because of their exposure, maybe not.

Sorry to say this, but these are not the words of14-year old teenager. Grown ups are grown ups and teenagers are teenagers, no matter what! I have seen teen agers in many demonstrations. They just support the political views of their parents and really have a ploticals views of their own due to their age. It's normal.

I've heard kindergarten children talk like that so I'm not surprised she talk like that at 14.
My 12 year old niece talks like that as well and I can guarantee she didn't learn that form her mom. She has very valid points and is very able to stand on her own in her arguments. She may not have the life experience of a 30 year old person but trust me, some of the kids today are very evolved.

The Funeral, The Body & Forest Lawn / Re: MJ Forest Lawn Document

This can only mean 2 things: either he ( or whoever died that day) was buried somewhere esle or he's ALIVE  :moonwalk_: I like the second best.
And it makes more sense.
Why would the family do this to his fans who've been there for him all this time? Fans that MJ himself loves so much. It would not be fair to them at all to bury him somewhere where the fans can't pay their respects.

This is really WOW! The fact that this is coming from someone doing a movie with Paris Jackson as a cast member and that he is allowing a post that makes comparisons to MJ, really is IMHO.
Thanks for posting 2good2btrue!

I have a strong feeling MJ is involved in this project...
And Paris's character Lundon makes me think of "London" LOL
