He also addressed Harvey Levin a few minutes ago through his facebook page .. This guy is unbelievable ! Harvey Levin is talking about one box of real Botox I received in the mail. He probably paid for it.
He also vastly increased the amount of Demerol i used.
Got Hoefflin to speak about me when he had a cease and desist against him by Michael. Harvey what about the fake will with which they settled the jackson Estate? .Love your new buses.

Dear Ms. Yates:
I reviewed the Justice Department settlement with Allergan and there are factors that are alarming. Before he met with me Randy Chardash of the US Justice Department was not aware of the promotional courses given by Allergan for the spasticity associated with Botox. As I indicated to him these courses provided a dangerous manner in which to treat Cerebral Palsy. Additionally I provided him as well as the FBI and INS data concerning unlicensed Canadian physicians Alastair and Jean Carruthers who worked for virtually every company with injectables including Allergan and Medicis. Working these companies they practiced in California and throughout the USA and did not have green cards. These doctors provded false and dangerous data regarding Botox dilution that was published in the medical literature and still used today. I met with the FBI three times and INS two times. I was promised inclusion in the whistleblower suite if filed. Furthermore when I revealed the forged data on Botox dilution, David Pyott CEO of Allergan fired me as a consultant took my teaching grant, and prevented me from teaching additional CME courses and courses at medical meetings. A famous patient of mine became the spokesperson for Allergan and I was not allowed to inject him.Additionally, when I was sued over the use of Botox Allergan refused to speak with me or support me during the trial. They held a mock trial at Allergan which I lost . Fortunately I was responsible for winning the real trial according to Judge Victor Chavez. The trial personally cost me well over $500,00.00 which Allergan never reimpured me.Nevertheless, when I realized they were forging data I was the physician responsible for getting the Black-box warning on Botox.
2 weeks after I met with Chardash the computers from Allergan were confiscated. In the recent whitleblower Justice Department’s global settlement against Allergan they include both Nevada and California data none of the other individuals in the settlement could provide.Quickly after the settlement the FDA approved Botox for severe migraine . Are you aware the 6th investigator in one of the two trials holds the patent on this application. Furthermore one of the investigators uses a dose of only 80 units leaving him 70 units to freely use cosmetically. The pivatol studies recommend doses of 155-195 units which when injected by neurologist’s unfamiliar with injection techniques may result in severe adverse reactions.

I even got the News that Neverland is sold for 19 Mil. € to the German Wolfgang Hammerschmidt. He wants to restore the amusement park. He wants to built a Museum, Memorial Place, Circus and a Open-Air-Concert-Area. In 12 Months he will open Neverland to
the Public.

Could anybody post the last TMZ article: FAMED MJ ATTORNEY DISGUSTED BY CONRAD MURRAY VOICEMAIL, about Tom Mesereau, there is a vid in it.
You mean this one Sweet ? Tom Mesereau -- the lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in the singer's 2005 molestation trial -- literally could not stand to listen to Conrad Murray's desperate voicemail yesterday ... telling TMZ, "This man is despicable."
Tom was out in L.A. when we played the recording for him, and after just a minute, Tom turned it off with a disgusted look on his face ... saying, "I can't listen to any more of this."
Tom then tore into Conrad Murray over his desperate pleas for sympathy -- saying, "This man is despicable. This man has never taken responsibility for what he did to Michael Jackson. He's always been a blamer. He blames Michael Jackson for everything."
Tom added, "[Conrad] wants everyone to feel sorry for his situation. He caused the death of one of the greatest artists in world history ... a kind, decent, wonderful, nice person. He caused his death and he's never taken responsibility for it."
TMZ posted the voicemail recording yesterday morning, in which Murray pleads with a friend to save him from jail -- saying, "I can't sleep now ... it's very hard ... I'm in constant pain ... can someone please help me please!?"
@Faithad777 I totally agree with you ! The way Murray talks is too fishy and hoaxy to be true ! The problem that he doesn't even sound like he's trying hard enough to act ! I'm not impressed though lol

Amazing? I don't know. I watched it on our german Hoax Thread today and it didn't give me a good feeling at all... :icon_e_sad:
For me, it clears up many little things that looked strange and "pro Hoax". Or did I get it totally wrong? I mean, LunaJo always goes very deep in her/his videos and especially in this case I thought "Why haven't I looked closer to this? Why did my eyes don't see what the pics can also be looked at or interpreted? Or... didn't I just want to see it? :icon_e_confused:
Luna's videos are so relevant and great , but sometimes I can not really decipher what she tries to convey . It seems -as many said before - that she , herself , isn't so sure about her theory , and it sounds as if she's trying to debunk the corpse theory . Yet , I now believe that the guy is Ed Winter since the presence of Thome Thome in a such seen is so irrelevant to the hoax .

Katherine Jackson is reaching out to the man who killed her son because she needs him badly for something
This reason seems as vague as the reason Jermaine gave to change his last name . It's ironic, to say the least, but Katherine is dealing with some bad options. She can go after Murray, but he doesn't have a pot to piss in. Or, she can try to bring him into the fold in order to go after the deep pockets -- AEG.
Now the real problem -- Murray's not cooperating
What's more ironic is Murray inviting Katherine months ago to give her answers to the questions she might have , but now we're being told that he is not cooperating !! :suspect: I'm not buying that ! I find the titles of the week's best stuff being put right next to Katherine's picture is very fishy especially the one of a death hoax . :icon_rolleyes: Are Tmz's stuff trying to tell us something ?

N is the numerical equivalent of 14/5 and represents imagination. It is intuitive and communicative, but negatively can be predisposed to jealousy.

The thing is that in a such case , there's no place for " random " things . If we believe that the hoax has been planned for years and years ago , then we must take it as an absolute fact that everything is intended . Even irrelevant stuff ( The Family tweets and the TMZ posts ) . If not to guide , then it must be intended to mislead .
Everything matters and nothing should be dismissed just because it doesn't match the requirements set for things to be hoaxy . JMO anyways .

This is maybe off topic but I find it interesting . Karen Faye tweeted this as a reply to someone who asked her whether or not Michael watched American Idol . Let me explain why this question is insane to me. Before Michael died, he suffered from chronic insomnia, exhausted and struggling to survive a schedule that killed him. So, you are wondering if he may have watched American Idol during rehearsals? I was working with him "before he died" and we weren't watching TV. I find it kind of irrelevant that she brought Michael 's health problems to the spotlight while being asked about a tv show . She could have replied with something like " No , we didn't watch TV " or something like that . It is also fishy and hoaxy that she put the phrase " before he died " between quotation marks . It's something we -hoaxers- do whenever we want to refer to the death which didn't take place .

And in this story lundon's dad is kidnapped so will this be the possible explanation after comeback? and if so, we have Sharon Sydney talking that she thinks MJ is kidnapped...and she was supposedly a witness at the UCLA and she saw it was not Michael on the stretcher, it was someone else.
Though, at present I can't see how this kidnapping explanation might support the sting on media.
