I cannot believe what I'm seeing. How can you entertain the idea that Michael was guilty? That man has nothing but a heart of gold. I've spent most of my life defending him to people and I will continue to do so. I never thought that I would need to defend him here. :over-react-smiley:

Michael Jackson's lawyers for his estate are in a legal tug of war with Wade Robson who claims the late singer molested him for seven years starting when he was seven-years-old.
Robson's lawyers are trying to get MJ's legal team to give them access to the late singer's Santa Barbara molestation criminal file, but the estate legal team are balking at that request!
The docs that are being requested by Robson's lawyers are the following:

Sounds off... he wouldn't need the estate to "give" him the court documents. They are public record. All you have to do is contact the courthouse and pay for the copies. Anyone can do it... even you and me.

Wow you didn't have to be so harsh in your response. We are all MJ fans here and I supposed this was a community of "love". I have been a fan of his for 30 years and sometimes it seems that some fans act as if they are the only ones entitled to info on him. My question was genuine and im not trying to be in his business. But on the pic on the envelope hes holding, it says Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. Why would he even be Jr if his name is Prince? So you didn't have to be so snappy. I am truly curious as to why we can't get the true name of him. How can he be a Jr, unless MJs first name is Prince? Lighten up 
Prince Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. is his middle name. I can only ASSUME the Jr. is in their because he's named after Michael's grandfather, who is named Prince.

I'm waiting for the truth.
There are too many bizarre circumstances surrounding Michael's death. If it's not a hoax... I believe his death was deliberate, a set up. Michael was a very intelligent, self-educated, and self-aware man. There is no doubt in my mind... Michael would NOT use propofol as a sleeping medication. Michael cared about his health, but mostly, Michael cared beyond measure for his children. I do not for one second believe that Michael would ask for propofol without knowing what it was supposed to be used for or the risks. For that reason, there is no way Michael would use propofol knowing that he may not wake up and leave his three children as orphans.

Hi, TypeONegative! Welcome to our family. I've been a believer well before the Dave Dave interview; however, the interview gave me chills. I just knew MJ was alive, but never expected he would appear in public after his death, even if it was in disguise. The mannerisms, the voice, and the eyes... just thinking about it gets my heart racing.
