Michael Jackson News / Re: Kids to go with Grace? Public schooling??
« on: March 09, 2010, 09:22:38 PM »
So nanny Grace is making her move.
I haven't been around for a while and I stop back in to find all of this stuff concerning the children and the media questioning Katherine's ability to raise them. I found Randy's tweets after the stun gun incident quite interesting as he said that there was a certain "she" who was trying to split the family apart for her own personal gains. Who would gain from that more than the sweet nanny who is obviously the next best choice to take care of the kids?
What I've heard about this Grace is that she has been fired and rehired several times in the past so I'm sure she has a certain charm to her that gets her on the inside.
Just something to think about guys.
Another interesting little note is that she was introduced to Michael by the mysterious Tohme.

On a personal level I wish to say that it drives me crazy that people think public school is the way for a child to be introduced to reality. There is this mentality that if a child is homeschooled, he will suffer socially and not know "what it's really like out there", or have no friends and be unable to function in the world when they become adults. Look into it a little and you will find that quite the opposite is true. I for one have experienced both worlds and I can tell you that I gained infinitely more from my years homeschooling (both socially and along the lines of education) than I ever could have during my time in public school.

Ok I'm getting off my soapbox now.

Michael Jackson News / Re: URI GELLER KNOWS WHERE MJ IS? MUST READ!!!
« on: February 25, 2010, 02:47:47 PM »
Sounds to me like vague innuendo that could be taken many ways. I don't know what this pyramid in the backyard is (did I read that right?), but maybe there's just a memorial type thing in there for Michael. Or perhaps he spent time there in the past and left a bit of himself (in a spiritual sense). I ... doubt he's actually there.

I love the way he did that. Very Chaplinesque.

an interesting case that puts TMZ's news-gathering operation under the microscope.

Hm... that is interesting. One would think that the owner, who alone has access to it, must have been the one to provide TMZ with the "confidential" material. Perhaps they have moles planted everywhere... perhaps this story isn't true... perhaps someone simply sold out? It'll be interesting to see how this pans out.

BTW does anybody remember these outtakes?

Other Odd Things / Re: what did LMP mean by this
« on: February 23, 2010, 12:17:31 AM »
I've posed the same question in the past. I don't really think we can know what she meant by that (unless she tells it herself). I'm sure he's done some less than honorable things in his lifetime. What those things were, we may never know.

Well... he could just post 'em up and let us listen for free.  :D

Other Odd Things / Re: POST TO KAREN FAYES WALL/MIKE AT O2

So... are we now saying that those two photos are from the same time? (the O2 and the one people are saying was him behind the curtain?) 'Cause I thought they were from separate occasions....

I'm sure he has dozens of great songs just sitting around... hope they keep popping up.

Please someone tell me where was the extraordinarily written suicide note found ?  I missed that part.  Was it found barely singed inside the pilot’s jacket or found fully intact the under the rubble of the burnt plane ?  I can’t wait to hear if the pilot’s family will be punished or not for the crime of arson.  Just like we wait to see if Dr Murray will be sent to jail.  Things are not as they seem at first glance.

Thanks again Souza.  Where was that suicide note found ?

Love xoxoxo Peace

The note wasn't hand-written. It was found on the internet... or a computer... can't remember which but it's in the article.

Just a word of caution to all of you Alex Jones and David Icke lovers. It concerns me that so many of you seem to rely on them for information and take their word as gospel. What do you really know about these men? I encourage you to look a little deeper before putting so much stock in what they say.

Hoax Pictures / Re: Crime Scene
« on: February 16, 2010, 10:26:48 PM »
I saw that picture before I ever even considered the possibility of a hoax and I thought then that everything about it looked staged. It seemed obvious enough that someone was just having fun and I gave it no further thought. Then I was surprised to read the autopsy report describing that scene all over again. I still think it looks staged. I don't know how many of you sleep with a tube of toothpaste at the foot of your bed... but it's not a habit of mine and I personally would find that both difficult and intolerable.

Michael Jackson News / Re: Remarkable change in We Are The World lyrics

Sorry, but those are the same lyrics.
They were NOT changed.
Like someone else said it was
Willie Nelson's part in the original song.

The lyrics are definitely changed. Willie sang about the stones. The new version sings about suffering (not sure who's doing the vocals there).
Just for the sake of accuracy: nobody changed the stones to bread. It was just a suggestion the devil made to tempt Jesus.

But I still don't see how this shows clearly that Michael had a hand in the remake.

I'm not sure I know where you're coming from. I'm more inclined to believe that they took that line out because it referenced God rather than for the inaccuracy of the statement (since Jesus did not turn the stone to bread). But is that where you're coming from? You think he would've wanted it out because of the inaccuracy?

Michael Jackson News / Re: WATW...TERRIBLE
« on: February 12, 2010, 11:40:30 PM »
Well I might as well throw my two pennies in...
Some of you know how I feel about the remake of this song (I always thought it was a bad idea/they needed to make a new song/it kinda ticked me off) and my feelings are still the same.

Now, since they went ahead and did this despite my disapproval, I will go ahead and critique it. Up until the bridge (you know... that part where suddenly everything changes and you actually feel something coming from this song, because somebody with burning passion coupled with undeniable talent starts singing? Yeah, you know the part.) this song sucked.  After the bridge took off... it got better. I actually didn't mind the rap part and thought they went into it smoothly, but coming back into the chorus seemed a little awkward. I HATE the voice manipulation... but that's just a personal preference I guess, and yes I definitely have issues with a lot of the performers that were chosen for this remake. Many of them put my teeth on edge.

I know everyone thinks this is a good thing because it will raise money for Haiti (I personally doubt it will bring in much, though) and that's great. But... like I said before, it seems like a heartless effort. And as far as I'm concerned, the heart is what makes the difference.
