I´m sorry to say that there´s another link to UCLA, that I posted on another thread, and Minamai found on the Spanish forum, and they do make an statement:

Quote
Upon arriving at the hospital at approximately 1:14 p.m., a team of doctors, including emergency physicians and cardiologists, attempted to resuscitate him for a period of more than one hour but were unsuccessful.

yes somekindofsign, but, they say it's the family that made this statement  ;)  ;)  ;)

Statement on the death of Michael Jackson at UCLA Medical Center
The family of Michael Jackson made this brief statement available on June 25 at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center:

The legendary King of Pop, Michael Jackson, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009, at 2:26 p.m.  It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home.  However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of the autopsy are known.

His personal physician, who was with him at the time, attempted to resuscitate Jackson, as did paramedics who transported him to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.  Upon arriving at the hospital at approximately 1:14 p.m., a team of doctors, including emergency physicians and cardiologists, attempted to resuscitate him for a period of more than one hour but were unsuccessful.

Jackson's family requests that the media respect their privacy during this tragic period of time.

I know what you mean, but it seems mixed, I don´t think that´s so clear.
Could be, I don´t denny it. It´s vague.
Where does the quotation of the family ends?
That´s not clear (bold is not on the original text)
I don´t want to consider as a proof vague things.

What never got out of my mind is the word twists that we witnessed for so long.
These sentences of the family statement could also mean the following:

The legendary King of Pop, Michael Jackson, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009, at 2:26 p.m.
The legendary King of Pop, Michael Jackson, got through on Thursday, June 25, 2009, at 2:26 p.m.  (managed to get out / was rescued / took off)

It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home.
One could assume that / maybe he agreed / accepted / tolerated to get caught / get into heart detention / get caught in love where he's at home.

However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of the autopsy are known.
Either way, the detailed reason for his takeoff will be unknown until fruit of the dissection / investigation will be available.

His personal physician, who was with him at the time, attempted to resuscitate Jackson, as did paramedics who transported him to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
His personal doctor, who accompanie(d/s) him currently (could have been present tense at that moment as well - remember the time of the announcement and that Doc Murray was gone missing) endeavored to bring him back to regular life / as well as the assistants who brought him to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center (to the univers. ity of California, Los Angeles - the angels - healing center named after a U.S. President & prior movie star who played a role in the end of cold war).

Upon arriving at the hospital at approximately 1:14 p.m., a team of doctors, including emergency physicians and cardiologists, attempted to resuscitate him for a period of more than one hour but were unsuccessful.
Immediately after arriving at the location (of hospitality?) at a guess around 1:14 p.m., a group of forgers, including doctors for arising issues and heart specialists tried to bring him back to regular life during a time-limit of more than one hour but did not achieve / could not convince him to change his mind.

Jackson's family requests that the media respect their privacy during this tragic period of time.
Jackson's relatives beseech that the media acknowledge their privacy whilst this tragic time span. (Wikipedia says: "Tragedy is a form of art based on human suffering  that offers its audience pleasure.")

Meaning:
he took off for the love of his life and nobody could stop him doing it, not even his counselors and assistants, not even the family.

If this should be the case:
Michael, with my warmest and most honest congratulations I wish you all the best and hope you are having the most precious and happy time of your life.
Just the tragic drama ... hmmm ... took us to heights and depths we never knew ...
