Let's think this Raymone Bain lawsuit out. It was filed "according to the media" in May of 2009 for an amount totaling $44,000,000. (44 million!!!!) The lawsuit says that she is suing for breach of contract because she is due 10% of any and all deals that negotiated for Michael that came to fruition. She list these deals in her "lawsuit." Note that her "salary" is not part of the lawsuit.
From looking over the lawsuit, it appears she is due 10% for each of the following:
10% of 25,000,000 cash advanced to Michael from refinancing the loans = 2.5 million
10% of the Thriller 25 deal which was only one year old at that time and 3 million copies had been sold = Logically, no more than 1.5 million dollars and probably not nearly that much.
10% of the AEG concerts which reportedly was worth $400,000,000 = $40 million
So these figures:
2.5 million
1.5 million
40 million
would put us at $44 million and her lawsuit is for $44 million.
LOGIC: She could not sue Michael in May of 2009 for the amount due from the concerts. They had not been performed yet, and he "reportedly" had only been advanced $25,000,000 so that would make her part another $2.5 million - not $40 million.
Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that Raymone and her "lawsuit" are part of the hoax. Michael knew that we would know something was "fishy" about this in May because he could not sued for a percentage of his income that he had "not yet made."
Next, we have TMZ putting out an article stating that she has made a second claim on the estate for her salary in 2008, at $30,000 per month for 12 months in 2008, for a total of $360,000. Yet, she gave televised interviews in June of 2009 stating she did not work for Michael in 2008. Another solid clue that she is part of the hoax.

Final note: I am 100000000% beLIEver that Michael is alive. I'm certain of it. I just have a lot of fun backtracking and being amazed at how much information he put out before June 25th to let us know this was a hoax because he loves us SOOO much! We love you more, Michael! :D :D

Yeah, your right. Everything is perfect since Michael genious and perfectionist. But everybody is waiting for his comeback to make a sence from all of this. Although Jermain "slips up" that "Michael was in airport, but he ment hospital", he also was the person who announced Michael's "death". So, this makes me think Michael won't be back and makes me sad and desperate.
