I know It don't have nothing to do with the Hoax.
Just would like to leave this Info in this Topic,since this is the most visited.
Be aware what You Post in the Internet Pic, hobby ,etc.
Because You don't want Your Info Posted in this Link.
I test it with my Husbands Uncle name.And I found all Info's about him.Hobby's,Adress,Tele.earning,Lifestyle google earth Pic from his House etc.
I even found myself. with old Pictures I had on my deleted Myspace acount :twisted:

Ha ha, I don't live in your country I have no results. But it's bad that we can know all things about a person. Be careful about what you put on websites like Facebook or Twitter.

I looked myself up also. Half of the information is correct and half is not. There are photos, but not of me or anyone I know!

The nice thing about it is:
if you had posted all kinds of stuff about yourself that you find now being true and pointing to you in the web - you are boss of your future postings (that might not be true...)
Big icon MJ is doing an excellent example for us.
Publish at least double (not so true) information about yourself. The more, the better.

Replace your photos by a "coloured Doc Murray" so the "white one" disappears etc...

That is freaky. Most of the info was correct on me, thankfully it did not show any correct pictures but it did show my address and a map on how to get there.
One thing that I found was weird is that I was watching the news the other day and it was saying to be careful what you put on twitter because the government was going to put it in some government database. Everything that was ever put on there was going to be the in governments hands. That is so wrong on so many levels.

I put my info in and thank God!...most of it was listed unknown, but I find it frightening that they have my address and phone number listed. There's should be a law against this...It's so crazy.

I couldn't find anything about me on this link. Anyway, it's easy to search about people. Anytime I have people sending email for adopting a pet, I check this email in google, event the phone number, and I check all they said or did before contacting me. Just to make sure for example that they are not "hoarders" or breeders...It's very easy to find out about people on the web...you just have to cross informations.

BUT I put in my nickname with my
real last name. And it still pulled up my real
AND the name that was spelled wrong
that I had amended a few yrs ago!!
Yes FB MS telephone #s, birth records etc are public info.
And that's how the site works.
But I'm still kinda stumped on how it connected
my nickname with my real name :?:
Must be from the govt census job i got and on the app
it asked for my alias'.
