Well, I recently saw a movie that caught my attention.Is about magic, tricks, toys, childhood, youth.About children in general.
This movie is called "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium".
This is the subject briefly:
An old man owns a magical toy store.He create many many toys that have capacity to move, fly, talk...like a human.
Well, in one day, the old man decides to retire due to illness but he die.He leave the store in his assistance hands ( same actress like in "V from Vendetta" ). She has a partner which don't believe in magic but she convinces him to buy this store.
Well, during the movie more things happen but, at the end, the old man who died appears alive, painting a picture with an applehead ( same as in Scream video ).Is a scene like This Is It when Michael appears after all that loong loong generic.
This movie make me think at Pinocchio or at Peter-Pan or at Alice in Wonderland....Please take a look at this movie when you have time.Maybe was an inspiration for Michael.

when i first saw this movie i did not like it, but i have seen it a few times on sky and i appreciate it more each time.
the paino girl tired to stop the death, but sometimes its just your time - i think the character said that, he had worn out his last pair of shoes and it was time for him to move on - simply his time.
the piano girl assistance rediscovered her passion and her belief and from the cube - the belief was the cube - her life changed and so did her enviroment.
magic was restored
can you help me with your references to mike though
i am sure if he had seen i, but he would have loved it, all the magic tricks

Who knows, Michael's problaby builing an emporium somewhere... :? who knows...
