Conrad Murray -- I Tried Saving Michael Jackson

Posted Mar 22nd 2010 1:07PM by TMZ Staff

"Dr. Conrad Murray claims he was honest with paramedics the day Michael Jackson died and did everything he could to save Jackson's life.

Dr. Murray is responding to a story which cites a paramedic report, claiming Dr. Murray never told the EMTs he administered Propofol to the singer just before he stopped breathing.

The rep for Dr. Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff tells TMZ, "We are currently in receipt of almost 2800 pages of discovery from the Los Angeles prosecutors and we have been assured that more is coming. What we have does not include this 'official' paramedics report, cited in the News of the World story."

The rep says Dr. Murray will not address the accusation -- at least not now -- because Chernoff hasn't seen the report.

The rep is quick to add, "We can say unequivocally that Dr. Murray did everything in his power to save Michael Jackson's life and that he fully cooperated with both the paramedics at the scene and physicians at UCLA Medical Center."

I like only one thing about TMZ:
they put almost always corresponding pictures of CM and MJ side by side - as if the both were at least one of a kind.  ;)

Revenge for the trial media circus - now self-induced? Sometimes you need fire to still fire.

Ad.: Never would there be any true discussion outside of court during the course of a trial or the respective trial would be one of a banana's republic.
The presentation TMZ is giving is indeed more one of a trial outside of any valid law system - thus
1) either representing / pointing to another case / several other cases in a sense of metapher or
2) delivering a real life soap show like the daily recreation of MJ's 2005 trial:
http://jam.canoe.ca/Music/Artists/J/Jac ... 46786.html (http://jam.canoe.ca/Music/Artists/J/Jackson_Michael/2005/03/02/946786.html)
More film on the 2005 trial: http://www.imdb.de/title/tt0450928/fullcredits#cast (http://www.imdb.de/title/tt0450928/fullcredits#cast).

what is also interesting is that it seems Chernoff is questioning the authenticity of the report by saying: this 'official' paramedics report, ... or is it TMZ who add the quotation marks?

How can this idiot say "I tried saving MJ's life" when administering propofol in a private environment without using an adequate equipment??

This guy has totally lost it

How can he say he told the paramedics the truth when he's told them 5 different versions of what happened? :?
