Don't pay any attention to that article MJ always kept track of how much he was making and don't forget he made and still makes tons of money from owning half of Sony and owning Sony ATV and many many musical catalogs. He probably makes more owning The Beatles Catalog than any other one he owns.

He doesn't own half of Sony.. he sold Sony half of his publishing venture in the mid 90's.
The entire company of Sony is worth a hell of a lot more than even MJ could ever dream of controlling 50% of. It's a publicly owned/traded company on the Japanese and NYE markets.

actually he does, when he made that speech in i think 2001 or something about tommy motolla he even said himself he was leaving sony owning half of sony to this day he still owns half of sony i believe so hes making money off of half of sonys artists.

That's true, but you think all MJ's fortune, that was HUGEEE, just went away like that?? Because I really don't believe he was all broke like everyone is trying us to think. But I really don't know, that's why I ask.
