looks like 3 zeros/four (0004)
can anyone read what it says???

As someone else noted, the number 02 is probably the number of the limo used.

Celebs don't generally own limos. But even if they do, they don't own that many...no need to. I've never seen any mention of MJ owning lots of limos. And considering that most of the time he traveled in a snazzy SUV, it seems unlikely.

Also, if I am not mistaken, the funeral was in Sep.3d, not 4th.
