Post by: loveratheart4mj on March 15, 2010, 12:26:30 PM: Hey guys im just wondering....does anyone think MJ owns TMZ? I believe i have also read that he owns half of Sony as well? Anyone know anything about this?

But as far as I kow it was a part of Time Warner.

Despite all of that , many have often jokingly referred to TMZ as The Michael Zone. That may be because TMZ has spent so much time following his every move for many years.

Warner Bros. controls TMZ. Michael never owned half of Sony Corp. or Sony Music as a whole. Michael had a 50% share of the Sony ATV Music Publishing. He also had loans against that.
