Why is/was Jermaine so eager to bury MJ at Neverland when it is not even owned by MJ anymore? Is that not like handing your brother over to be owned by someone else?

I don't know...I don't understand that either.  From what I can gather, MJ still has some sort of stake in Neverland, but he doesn't own it anymore.

It was sold back in november 2007 to some one living next to Michael, Thome Thome apperently was the one that sold it... But is I also remember that as being some kind of loan...
