This may not mean anything. It may not even be his account. But, I always thought that this might be MJ's old twitter account, MJJackson1958. Just because they stopped tweeting about a day or so before June 25th and nothing since then.
Anyway, if you go to it, look at who he is following. Aarnold Sschwarzenerger :D

I saw something on the news about the olympics and it says to vote for the torch bearer go to ctv.com or w.e their site is , so if they are saying go vote how could it be a surprise :s im lost lol

IMHO I THINK THAT IS MJS ACCOUNT. IT MAKES ME SAD SO IRARELY LOOK AT THAT PAGE. NO TWEETS SINCE THAT DAY IS HARD FOR ME TO SWALLOW.

I just had a look and I think there is no way on earth that is his account. There is nothing personal in there and some of that is nearly word for word rumours that were going around the tabloids over here in the lead up to the concerts. I hope that makes you feel better...
