So strange...The link just stopped working. It doesn't shows their forum anymore, just a memory wall. It's SONY's website...
I wanted to find this topic anyways and I googled  the name of topic and did find it in another forum:

I was there yesterday too.  And she's right...Katherine did look absolutely devastated.  The whole family did. :(
