- A spokeswoman for Los Angeles County prosecutors says a case in Michael Jackson's death will be filed on Monday but no details will released until then.
Spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons released the statement Friday before what was planned to be an appearance by Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, at an airport-area courthouse.
The statement does not say what type of case will be filed or who will be charged.
Murray's lawyers expect the cardiologist to be charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Murray gave Jackson a powerful anesthetic and sedatives before his June 25 death.

It may not be Murray who the charges get filed against... and the charge might not be Involuntary Manslaughter... all this has NOT been confirmed by ANYONE.

I have a feeling that Monday may be full of surprises.. there may be a reason for Murrays bizarre behaviour.. for the Forest Lawn visit, the going back to work at his medical practice, the youtube video... he is not acting like a man who is facing jail time. If i was him, i would keep my head down... he is acting really, really strangely...

Yeah his behavior is odd. He really is acting like an innocent man. Going to MJ's grave site like he know that he's not going to get charged. That takes a lot of guts. If I were in trouble with the law especially facing so called manslaughter charges I would have my butt in a church somewhere praying for God's mercy. I wouldn't be walking around like Murray like everything is all good. I actually saw him on tv yesterday sitting down like he was drinking a latte or something. I was like oh wow look at this dude straight chillin. That's why I think there's more to the story and I think we are going to be suprised by what takes place on Monday. If it really happens this time.

OK, so what if Murray mysteriously disappears, commits suicide, or is murdered, but not for real... like another hoax within a hoax! :shock: :? And everything starts all over... fake amublance, fake picture, fake hospital announcement, etc..... Now, that would something! Karen tweeted a nice explanation for why Murray hasn't been arrested yet. The tweet says "Dr. Murray has not been arrested yet because AEG has not finished decorating his prison cell".

The airport courthouse is near LAX, not at LAX airport. I've been there many times and it is near the airport. I think the media locked onto this particular courthouse because of something a court clerk said to one of the local news programs. I don't know if CM will be there on Monday but if he turns himself in, he can go to the police station. this whole thing is just so crazy.

The other person who could get the blame could be the staff worker who called 911. He was there at the scene with Murray, so why not? Though, there has been no mentions of him whatsoever...

It seems highly unusually that no one knows what is going on. Even Murray's own lawyer.

Its only been Murrays lawyers and TMZ who have been hinting its Murray.. the LAPD and DA have not confirmed that at all.
