Surprise, Surprise, here we go again. Now the D.A. and LAPD are in a feud so it is being put off?! I was hoping something major would happen tomorrow, with the way all this is happening, I'm sure it could change again! I don't know how to post links, so go to TMZ.com and read for yourself or maybe someone can put a link for me! CHEERS!

So the LAPD wants handcuffs and chains, while the DA doesn't. Well that is one hell of a "meritorious" reason for postponing the whole thing. I mean...come on, since when does the LAPD and the DA negotiate the way a a person who is accused of homicide should be arrested? Maybe I'm living under a rock? Have I understand this clearly, or am I confused about what I just read there?
As we first reported, the LAPD was bent out of shape -- and that is an understatement -- because the D.A. had kept cops in the dark and had been working with Dr. Murray's lawyers to arrange a voluntary surrender in court at the time of the arraignment.
The plan as of this afternoon -- Dr. Murray's lawyers would drive him to the L.A. County Sheriff's Office at the Airport Courthouse in L.A. at 5:30 AM Friday, along with a bail bondsman. Dr. Murray would be booked, post bail and then walk into court without handcuffs or chains.
We're told the LAPD so vehemently objected to the plan ... the D.A. finally backed off. The LAPD wants to arrest Dr. Murray, book him and bring him into court in handcuffs and/or chains -- something that is fairly standard in homicide cases.
The plan has fallen apart and we're told ... as of now ... there will be no arraignment tomorrow.
It's starting out shaky, folks.

This could be much more complex and comlicated than we think...we even are not aware of it... :o They might do not know what to tell the public anymore because the story develops to an unexpected end which they never ever expected :lol: Doesn´t America love happy endings... ;)

Wow I'm not even suprised by this news. Even though TMZ never seem to have their facts straight. This is seriously becoming a game. I don't think anything is going to happen to Murray. That's my opinion. When I see him on tv he looks so calm and composed. E! news said the total opposite earlier today. They said that Murray would be arraigned at 1:30 tomorrow and that they would keep us posted tomorrow on everything that unfolds. Well I doubt they're gonna have anything to announce tomorrow because I don't think nothings going to happen to him. This whole story of MJ is like a mystery novel unfolding in front of our eyes. It really is starting to seem unreal like a movie. I guess the truth will prevail like Murray said. This is actually good news in relation to the hoax theory. I guess will have to tune in tomorrow to see what happens next.

You can even read about it on CNN also. I believe it looks better for Michael being alive the longer this draws out. It's already played out like a movie - but for it to continue longer will just be more evidence, at least in my mind.
A criminal complaint against Murray will not be filed Friday, but will be "in the near future," the sources said.
A surrender -- in which a defendant turns himself at a police station for booking -- is not now expected, the sources said.

What are the next dates that line up with the number 7? Maybe we should look at that as the possible date.

It's kinda funny my mother(at the start a nonbeliever, now starting to see without me saying a thing) was watching E tonight and saw Murray, she said wow he is huge!! He is so tall!! Did he play basketball? LOL But it make me think for a second, how could you miss this man? Whenever we used to go to the mall, we would see Basketball players (shaq, Denis Scoot, Nick Anderson, Penny) a mile away, you can't help it they are tall!! Just wanted to point out how on earth had he kept hidden all this time, even before June 25th, the pap's finally get him outside the place MJ was laid to rest? Just thought I'd put that out there.

LLJ, you are right that our faith in MJ is paying off. Like MJ said at the close of TII, " It's an adventure. It's a great adventure. We want to take them places that they've never been before. We want to show them talent like they've never seen before." Boy MJ was not kidding. I have never seen anything like the DA, LAPD, and Murray thing before in my life. :shock: :shock: :shock: Unbelievable! MJ is still alive. ;)

Im almost positive all the other news outlets got their sources from TMZ...i sure they wont do it again anymore after noticing how many times they have told us he was going to be arrested lol
Lets see one day they said he was going to be arrested...didnt happen
the next morning he was suppose to turn himself in....didnt happen
then it was that he was going to get arrested tomoro...didnt happen
THEY start freaking out lol because they have been wrong multiple times so now they make up BS saying the LAPD and the DA are fighting on how he should get arrested...which is why the story kept changing
Then last night they said he was going to get arraignment on friday morning ( they sounded so sure like they had the time the hearing was going to be and everything!!) ... didnt happen
Im sorry but i think i am seeing a pattern.... TMZ are an unreliable "source" im sure the other major news outlets are going to be more careful when listening to TMZ again...

Of course you´re right..... but this is in part what the hoax is about.... media giving information from tabloids without checking... just because it sells.... it doesn´t matter if it´s true "but everybody wants to believe all about it "
