Okay I'm watching Entertainment tonight and they just mentioned that the remake of We are the World is being done today. It's being directed by Q himself and Lionel Richie. Quincy says Micheal will be involved trust me it's all covered. Wow that just stood out to me. They were also covering the grammys but I haven't heard them even mention the MJ tribute or his kids speech. You would think that would be discussed.

Im pretty sure he means Mj will be involved because they will more than likely add his vocal tracks into the remake. I mean come on..."we are the world" without MJ is just plain wrong.

Yeah I know that MJ will be included of course but it was just how he said it. The tone of his voice. He could've just said that MJ voice will be added to the track or something along that lines.

Oh i see what your getting at..hmm, all those close to MJ are very strange when they speak somedays

Questions:
-Has there been any word on when the remake will be completed and available for the public to hear and see the new video?
-Will the remake consist solely of those Grammy attendees from Sunday or will original singers i.e. Diana Ross and Stevie Wonder be involved?
-Who thinks that an MJ halogram will appear?

I always thought Quincy was acting a bit strange in all of this, and also leaving the other night
before Frank Deleo picking up MJs award... I thought it was strange... even Frank's speach really short
and looks like the guy was telling him to hurry and finish up where as the others speach's were longer..

It was reported that there will be 100 singers involved plus Prince and Paris will also be involved with the remake of the song. That seem like way too many singers to me. I'm pretty sure they said 100 but anyway the exclusive will be on ET tomorrow night.

He did say that MJ was going to be involved, but that didn't happen..
First, the kids didn't show up and they're not going to sing.
second, Janet is going to sing MJ's part...So how was MJ invovled?

I have a question if anyone know the answer I would greatly appreciate it. So they are redoing "We Are the World." I know the song was written by MJ and Lionel but I heard they are changing it somewhat to fit the crisis in Haiti. So my question is this...how can they change something without the permission of the original writers? Wouldn't they have to get permission from MJ's estate? Seems weird to me how they just happen to re record the song on the 25th anniversary.
