I found the interview very interesting. Tom was asked did Michael ever talk about dieing young?
He replied NEVER!!! Michael loved his children and they adored him. HE ALSO SAID HE WOULD NEVER WANT TO DIE AND ABANDON HIS CHILDREN.
Tom Mesereau in regards to Dr Murray replied I don't have no comment on him and he said I did not know him. He smiled a lot which makes me wonder if he is on the hoax. When he was asked did Michael ever seemed drugged he said no I did not. I sat with him five days a week for five months and he was
always lucid conscience and articulate.
HE SAID MICHAEL WAS A GENTLE AND LOVED EVERYBODY. HE ALSO SAID THEY HAD A BS CASE!! PLEASE CHECK IT OUT.
HE SMILED SO MUCH HE MADE ME FEEL HE KNOWS MICHAEL JACKSON IS ALIVE.

Further confirmation that Michael is a kind, caring, gentle giant that has won the admiration of those that were fortunate enough to really get to know him, the human being.
I am going back to all the interviews I have seen of people that really knew him, friends, colleagues, musicians, technical people, etc.. the list goes on and on.... and every single one of them has commented on what a nice person MJ is and what a joy it has been to work with him.
This is rare in the music industry, especially for someone who has attained the level of succes that MJ has. He has remained humble, gentle, kind and never taking anything for granted.
I have found that anything negative that has been said about MJ, comes from those that never "really knew" him or those that were trying to tear him down. Jealousy, greed... fill in the blank.

Hey he was good to MJ and I think MJ still want's him in his corner, I think Tom knows more then we are lead to believe :D

Tom Mesereau is an honest man, respects the laws. He would never have let Michael fake his death like that, so I'm pretty sure he has no idea about the hoax.

Well he maybe invole with the hoax just for that: legal issues. He may have figure out any loop holes or something for when Michael does comeback OR if Michael does not comeback, but is figure out. He seems to be one of the very few loyal people in Michael's life. For that reason, if this is a hoax, then I do believe that Tom Mesereau is a part of this.

Tom Mesereau indeed makes an impression of an honest and noble man and an utter professional. He was at the TII premiere and the funeral. So i was surprised to know he also filed a claim to MJ estate for not being paid. I still cannot make out how some of the claims fit into hoax.

Well I believe that he's telling the truth, and it raises the old question: why would MJ put himself in such a dangerous situation, allowing someone to inject him with anesthetic, when he knew that he had 3 children to look after? It makes no sense.

Crap, he confirms that Katherine looked faint and turned to leave the mausoleum. I was hoping that was just a rumour. :( I really love Tom Messereau...he's always had Michael's back, unlike most people around him.

dont be upset he may not be in on hoax i think he is and is protecting mj i never heard that bout katherine remember how smiley he has been since the death hes got his back and could be in on hoax cos its not illegal remember and im sure for serious reasons so tom would want to help protect him with this :)

I Like Mr Mesereau too, He isn't like other high-profile lawyers wich are sometimes fame-whore , this one was discret and fair one
He saved Michael , such a great man even if he was just doing his job et did it right and fairly ! That's so rare , particulary about Michael ( wich hopelessly attracted vampires and ghouls and all these opportunist and money-greedy ass)
