(Reuters) - Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of late pop star Whitney Houston and of singer Bobby Brown, was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home near Atlanta on Saturday and was taken to hospital where she was breathing, CNN reported.
TMZ entertainment news website also reported that Brown, 21, was breathing after being revived at the hospital. Police and fire officials did not immediately respond to calls requesting comment.
Brown was hospitalized at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, a suburb north of Atlanta, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported. A spokeswoman at the hospital was not immediately available for comment.
Whitney Houston, a famous but troubled singer who battled substance abuse issues, was found unconscious in a Beverly Hills hotel bathtub and died in February 2012. Authorities have said Houston drowned but attributed her death also to cocaine use and heart disease.
The anniversary is coming up next month............

I've been following this and yes this is serious but some things just don't add up.
The police had posted to their facebook page the outside of the home with the police tape around it. I mean, facebook of all places? And come to think of it, I have not seen any news footage of that.
I have seen news footage of the media outside the hospital (which in another article Bobby Brown's attorney said Bobbi Kristina was taken to an Atlanta hospital).
Also, if Bobbi Kristina was unconscious (unresponsive) when found and was brought back to life at the hospital that meant she was already in a coma so why was she placed into a medically induced coma?

That is over 6 hours - why did they wait so long?
I think this may have all started on January 23rd. A 911 call had been placed and said there was a fight at the home, but when police officers arrived nobody was home.

"We were out there just recently. We were called on January 23rd for a fight," she revealed. "The person that called 9-1-1 was not at the scene when they called us. They said there was some type of disturbance or a fight at this house. When we arrived, it was around 8 o'clock at night. There was no disturbance. Nobody home."

Bobby Brown's lawyer has issued a statement over Bobbi Kristina Brown's marital status.
As Bobbi Kristina, the daughter of the late Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, continues to fight for her life in a hospital in Atlanta, her father's lawyer issued a statement to Access Hollywood , noting an investigation is underway, and that the young woman is not married to Nick Gordon.
“We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina," Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC, legal counsel for Bobby Brown, said in a statement on Tuesday evening. “To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon.”
Bobbi Kristina's father also released a new statement, again reiterating the family's request for privacy.
“We continue to request privacy in this matter. Please allow for our family to deal with this matter and give Bobbi Kristina the love and support she needs at this time," Bobby Brown's statement read.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com , on Monday, the Houston family released an update on the 21-year-old, who was found unresponsive in the tub at her home on Saturday.
"Bobbi Kristina is fighting for her life and is surrounded by immediate family," the Houston family said in a statement on Monday.
"As her father already stated, we are asking you to honor our request for privacy during this difficult time," the statement continued. "Thank you for your prayers, well wishes, and we greatly appreciate your continued support."

After suffering a series of seizures, Bobbi Kristina Brown is being treated at a new hospital in Atlanta, according to media reports.
The daughter of R&B singer Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, was moved to Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital on Monday after initially being treated at a smaller medical facility closer her home in suburban Roswell, Georgia, CNN reported Tuesday.
In a scenario eerily similar to her mother’s death, Bobbi Kristina was found submerged, face down in her tub. She was rushed to North Fulton Hospital and placed in a medically induced coma. However, her immediate prognosis was described as bleak.
She is in “really bad shape,” an individual close to the Houston family told CNN.
“Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst,” the individual said of loved ones who have gathered at the 21-year-old’s bedside — including her father Bobby Brown and husband Nick Gordon.
The source also shared that Bobbi Kristina’s eyes had opened and closed Monday, but doctors warned the family against reading too much into the movement. The medical team is reportedly attempting to reduce swelling on her brain, but they won’t know the extent of possible damage until she’s taken off of prescribed sedatives, the individual said.
The Roswell police department, which initially responded to the 911 call from Bobbi Kristina’s home, did not immediately return multiple calls made by TheWrap for comment.
In a previous statement, officer Lisa Holland said police administered life-saving measures until Brown could be transported to a hospital.
“Her husband and a friend located her in a bathtub this morning and she was unresponsive,” Holland said on Saturday. “He started CPR and a police officer took over lifesaving measures until an ambulance arrived. She was transported to the hospital. Please keep her and the family in your thoughts and prayers.”
“Privacy is requested in this matter. Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time,” Bobby Brown said in a separate statement.
As to speculation about the involvement of drugs or alcohol in the incident,” officer Holland said, “So the police took a search warrant on the home. Before the warrant — initially when the police went into the home — there [was] nothing there that indicated that anything out of the ordinary happened. There were no drugs out in the open.
“We don’t leave any stone unturned,” Holland added.
TMZ reported along with several other outlets that Nick is Bobbi Kristina's husband. You would think TMZ would know for sure if they are married or not.
There has been tons of comments under all of the articles which is basically saying that Nick should be looked at for this incident; he would inherit a lot of money being her husband. But if they are indeed not married, he wouldn't get a penny so why harm Bobbi Kristina in any way? I don't think he would.
I've been thinking about Michael, Whitney and Paris with all of this.
Michael came first, then Whitney, then Paris and now Bobbi Kristina. Father/Daughter Mother/Daughter
Michael's passing was questionable as was Whitney's. Paris was brought to the same hospital where Michael was announced dead (not a bright idea since she was suicidal) and now Bobbi Kristina almost dies in the same way as her mother.
Are these 4 situations unrelated or is there something we haven't connected?
And since Bobbi was suffering seizures would they take the risk of moving her to a new hospital?
Or is this really true about Bobbi Kristina?

Cissy Houston Bobby Kristina's grandmother, just arrived today at the hospital. Also, Tyler Perry flew Bobby Brown in his private plane to be with his daughter. This is the same person who flew Whitney Houston body from California to New Jersey. Why is Cissy Houston just arriving? She didn't look upset when she got out of the car.

I've also noticed how news agencies actually quote TMZ; they assume that TMZ is reporting facts instead of checking things out on their own.
I've googled for the police report (stated below) but can't find it.

As the authorities continue to try to piece together the circumstances surrounding Bobbi Kristina Brown’s tragic situation, sources close to her family have allegedly told TMZ that police officers did find drugs at her home.
According to the site, after initially executing a search warrant on Saturday, Roswell, GA police officers returned to the house to conduct a second, more thorough search, and allegedly seized a number of items, including drugs.
In response to our request to confirm the reports of a second search, the Roswell Police Department’s Public Information Officer, Lisa Holland told The Urban Daily the following:
“We have not returned to the house since the incident, and we will not be making any further statements about this rescue call.”
Also, the identity of the friend who was with Bobbi Kristina’s husband, Nick Gordon, has been revealed. According to a police report obtained by My Fox Atlanta, Maxwell Byron Lomas was there when Bobbi Kristina was found submerged in water, in a bathtub.
While it is impossible to surmise the nature of the relationship between Lomas and Bobbi Kristina, a search of the Fulton County Jail records found that on January 14, 2015, Lomas was arrested and jailed on the following charges:
– Possession Of Firearm Or Knife During Commission Of Or Attempt To Commit Certain Felonies
– Possession of Alprazolam
– VGCSA – Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
Alprazolam, the drug at the center of the of the second charge, is a schedule IV controlled substance most commonly referred to by the brand name Xanax.

Atlanta (CNN)—Investigators are focusing on Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, as they try to determine how she ended up facedown in a tub of water, a source with knowledge of the case told CNN.
In another development, a source close to her family told CNN that she has injuries that still need to be explained. The nature of those injuries was not disclosed.
Bobbi Kristina, 21, was found facedown in a bathtub full of water in her Atlanta area home on January 31. She was "unresponsive, meaning not breathing, no heartbeat," a Roswell police spokeswoman said at the time.
Doctors have placed her in a medically induced coma, a source close to the family said soon after she was hospitalized. The status of her brain function won't be known until sedatives are reduced, the source said.
A week after she was rushed to the hospital, details of her condition are scarce. Sources close to the family say she opened her eyes briefly on Monday and also suffered seizures that same day. It was not immediately clear what medical significance these reported events have in Brown's case.
As she fights for her life, more family members are coming to Atlanta to visit the legendary singer's daughter.
Her grandmother, Cissy Houston, who is the mother of the late musical superstar Whitney Houston, arrived at Emory University Hospital on Friday, a source close the family told CNN.
Other family members, including Bobbi Kristina's father, singer Bobby Brown, have been in Atlanta for days.
She "was not breathing" when Gordon and a friend, who has been identified as Maxwell Lomas, found her inside her townhouse in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell.
They called 911 and performed CPR until emergency crews arrived and took over, police spokeswoman Lisa Holland said.
Nobody knows what caused her unresponsiveness, Holland said, but police consider it a medical incident at this time. She said investigators had found nothing to indicate it was drug- or alcohol-related.
Bobbi Kristina had said she was married to Gordon, but an attorney for her father said the two were never married.
Meanwhile, the three-year anniversary of Whitney Houston's death approaches.
She was found dead in a bathtub at a hotel near Los Angeles on February 11, 2012, hours before she was to attend a pre-Grammy Awards party.
A coroner ruled her death an accidental drowning, with heart disease and cocaine use listed as contributing factors.
Bobbi Kristina is her only child.
I went back to Whitney's autopsy report and here are her injuries:
2 superficial abrasions on left side of forehead
Superficial abrasion on bridge of nose
Superficial abrasion to top of her right shoulder
Superficial abrasion to her out lower left arm
Superficial abrasion to inner central left forearm, minor abrasions to the top of left hand between middle and ring fingers
I checked Whitney's autopsy report on the drugs that were found and one matches to what Lomas was arrested for; Alprazolam. This is basically for treatment of anxiety disorders.

There is an active criminal investigation underway in Georgia in the Bobbi Kristina case ... it centers on possible foul play and the target is her boyfriend ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... Bobbi Kristina had certain injuries that have piqued their interest. We do not know the nature of the injuries. Multiple sources tell TMZ there is a history of violence between Bobbi Kristina and boyfriend Nick Gordon.
We're told police are looking into a possible altercation more than an hour before Bobbi Kristina was found submerged in a bathtub.
We're told Max Lomas -- the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub -- arrived at around 9 AM last Saturday. He says he hung out with Nick but did not see Bobbi Kristina. He was told she was in the bedroom. Nick wandered away and Max says he didn't pay attention to his whereabouts.
The cable guy showed sometime after 10 AM and Max says he let him in -- Nick was nowhere to be seen. The cable guy said he needed access to the bedroom so Max let him in and discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub. He screamed for Nick, who ran in and administered CPR.
We're told Max claims Nick allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains.
Cops interviewed both Max and Nick and they want to debrief Max again, but our law enforcement sources say Max's lawyer insisted on immunity before he spoke again. We're told as of Friday morning Max hadn't gotten immunity or talked to cops.
Our sources say Nick Gordon has also lawyered up. We could not reach Nick for comment.
Has the cable guy been interviewed?
If this was foul play, Nick didn't plan it very well.

Interesting thing with Tyler Perry. I either don't remember or didn't know that he had flown Whitney's body to New Jersey but when I had read that he offered to fly Bobby Brown to GA to be with Bobbi Kristina I thought it odd.

TMZ reported that the Dr.s told Bobby Brown to remove Bobbi Kristina from life support but he was going to wait until after the weekend to make that decision.

Step one, sedation, so the victim can't speak or write about what is REALLY happening to them or communicate in any way with their family. Step two, enough sedation to depress the respiratory drive, so that the victim cannot breathe even if they were awake. Step three, place victim on a ventilator. Step four, let lay in that state for approximately ten to 14 days, to convince the family of the fiction that the brain has died, and build hysteria and anxiety into the family. Step five, call the family into an urgent meeting in a private room nearby the ICU. Step six, lie with a very concerned face to the relatives to bring their sorrowful hopelessness to ultimate crescendo. Step six, lean more heavily on the relatives to "be compassionate, not selfish"and to sign the "unplug" papers, TO cut off the victim's ONLY lifeline while in this drugged and 100% helpless brain-absent state. But DO NOT mention that the reason they have not woken up for two weeks is BECAUSE you have paralyzed their respiratory muscles and drugged them to deep sleep, while their departure is being arranged. Step seven PULL THE PLUG, remove all evidence from the room and comfort the family with coffee and cookies with the door closed so the other patient families scheduled for this next will have no clue THAT they are next...... Sorry, it's probably more than what you wanted to know but this is one legal accepted recipe for medical murder. :icon_evil:
But, I think the whole thing is another hoax. Bobby Kristina can't be suicidal a bit over her mother's death. All she had to do is ask Brandi what was in that note her mother passed her and she'd KNOW her mother faked it TOO. :icon_albino:
However....if the real doctors really have her in the real hospital--even faking it---her days ARE numbered, to the tune of 14. They will kill her because they can. It's great for business to be in the news "desperately trying to save" someone multitudes are rooting for. :'(

What happened to Bobbi Kristina on the morning she was found unconscious face down in a bathtub? Injuries to her face and mouth have Roswell police concerned, according to a source from WSB-TV 2 in Atlanta.
As we reported earlier, Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend Nick Gordon is the subject of an investigation by authorities for criminal foul play. Gordon has since lawyered up, even as Bobbi Kristina is in the hospital fighting for her life.
Meanwhile, the family of Bobbi Kristina Brown held a candlelight vigil for her Monday night. Everyone is waiting for the worst.

Why didn’t the family get Bobbi Kristina away from Nick? An earlier article stated there was a restraining order against Nick to stay away from the family (this is why he is not allowed at the same time at the hospital when the family is there).

In March 2014, Marion "Pat" Houston, 54 – whose husband is Whitney's brother Gary and who serves as the executor of the trust fund Whitney set up for her daughter – petitioned for a temporary protective order against Gordon.
In court documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia, and obtained by PEOPLE, Houston said Gordon had "made threatening comments and posted photos of guns with the intention of making petitioner fearful for her personal safety. Respondent then posted more photos of guns later and has sent harassing texts."
A March police report elaborated on the conflict, noting that Gordon and Bobbi Kristina "are not pleased with Marion controlling Whitney Houston's estate."
Was that restraining order the start to the buildup to January 31st? The restraining order was temporary? How long was it for?
Have there been other documented incidents of abuse to Bobbi by Nick?
What bugs me the most is that Nick knew (or should have known) an appointment was scheduled for the cable guy to arrive on that day. Why would anyone try to kill someone knowing a stranger would be in their home and have to enter the bedroom? And where is the bathroom in the bedroom where she was found? Is the tub visible from where Lomas and the cable guy were? What made Lomas go into the bathroom to begin with?
If it is true and Bobbi did sustain injuries to her mouth, it was either with a fist, an object or she fell onto something hard. Is it a black and blue mark? Is her jaw broken? Was her mouth swollen? Was her lip cut? It would be nice to know the extent of the injury since she is on life support which if the injury is severe enough the life support may be in the way of healing.
Lomas had said he didn’t know where Nick had gone after he arrived around 9 AM, but yet Nick was right there when Lomas called him for help after discovering Bobbi in the bathroom. He was within shouting distance? And then Nick gave CPR.

According to a source, police officers in recent days have asked storeowners in the commercial Ellard Village strip mall adjacent to Bobbi Kristina's gated community if they saw any suspicious persons or movements on Saturday morning prior to the police arriving at the scene.
The source tells E! News that two police investigators in fact visited Sun Trust Bank on Holcomb Bridge Road after the incident and questioned employees, asking for parking lot surveillance video and inquiring about any suspicious activity.
"[Police] were asking if they saw anyone jump the wall behind the house, or if anyone was seen leaving the area," a source tells us. "But no one recalled seeing anyone or anything suspicious. But the cops also were looking for video."
The bank branch, located at 8390 Holcomb Bridge Road, sits less than 100 yards from Bobbi Kristina's residence, separated only by a roughly ten-foot stonewall. The bank had short hours that day, notably open only from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
I do hope that this isn't true, but if it is I hope that whoever did this to Bobbi Kristina is caught and punished.

As hundreds of supporters turned out for a vigil in Riverdale, Ga., on Monday night for Bobbi Kristina Brown, Tina and Shayne Brown — sister and nephew to Bobby Brown — remain optimistic about her condition.
"She's progressing," Shayne tells ET's David Begnaud in an exclusive sit-down interview. "She's getting better. We just ask for people to continue to pray."
As for Bobby Brown, who has been by his daughter's side at the hospital for more than a week, Shayne and Tina say he's holding up well, given the circumstances.
"Uncle's in good spirits," Shayne said. "It's just family issues right now. Uncle just wants his privacy. The family wants its privacy."
Bobbi Kristina -- the 21-year-old daughter of Bobby Brown and the late music legend Whitney Houston -- was discovered face down in her bath tub on Jan. 31, and was rushed to a hospital in Rosewell, Ga., where she was put on a ventilator and placed into a medically induced coma. She was later transferred to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.
Though Tina and Shayne have been at the hospital since day one, they have backed off a bit to give Bobby his space with Bobbi Kristina.
"I’ve been home for a couple of days to let everything just die down," Tina says. "Bobby wanted to spend time with her by himself."
It has been a difficult time for the family, with emotions swirling and media scrutiny, and the tension culminated in a bloody brawl last Thursday night, which caused the stitches on Shayne's forehead. However, the mother and son say the family remains strong.
"At the end of the day though, the family is in good spirits," Shayne says. "Everybody's talking about the bickering and fighting that's going on between the family. At this time right now, we're just-- a lot of emotions are going on. We love each other."
Tina also takes responsibility for the fight. "I was upset, you know, I've been dealing with my niece and her being in the hospital. It was just a lot of emotions and I had a drink and I was frustrated and I was trying to make a point and I threw a glass. Unfortunately, it hit my son," she says.
"That situation was blown out of proportion," Shayne continues. "You see we're here right now. You know what I'm saying? I love her. She loves me. This is my mother. At the end of the day, family goes through things but -- just the family that we come from, it just happens to be publicized to the world."
When asked where they see Bobbi Kristina in a month, Tina envisions her niece fully recovered and back to her old self.
"Oh I don't know, we'll probably go to Fiji Islands, something, on the beach," she imagines. When asked whether she expects Bobbi Kristina to live a full life again, Tina says, "I do. Yes."
"Krissy will be good. Everything will be alright," Shayne adds.

Days before she was found unresponsive in her home, Bobbi Kristina Brown was involved in an accident that sent the driver of the other car to the hospital, according to the Roswell, Georgia police report obtained by ABC News.
On Jan. 27, Brown was driving a Jeep with her friend Danyela Da Silva Bradley as passenger, while the other vehicle involved in the crash was a Ford Taurus, according to the report.
Brown, 21, lost control of her Jeep and crossed over into the lanes running in the opposite direction, then collided with the Taurus, the report said.
The report adds that both the driver of the Taurus and Brown's passenger were taken to North Fulton Hospital due to injuries suffered from the crash.
Brown, the daughter of pop icons Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, has been in the hospital since she was discovered by her partner Nick Gordon and a friend Max Lomas on Jan. 31, according to police. Lomas has been previous linked to Bradley, Brown's passenger in the accident days earlier.
Brown was found face down in her bath tub and was taken to North Fulton Hospital, but then moved to Emory University Hospital.
Roswell Police also recently confirmed that Brown's incident at her home less than two weeks ago is classified as a criminal investigation. That has always been the case, a spokesperson said in a statement on Wednesday.
"The Roswell Police Criminal Investigation Division, who is investigating the incident, conducts criminal investigations," Lisa Holland, the Roswell public information officer, said in a statement to ABC News. "The incident has always been under criminal investigation and has not been reclassified as a criminal investigation. Criminal investigations may or may not result in criminal charges being brought against individuals."
Brown has been surrounded by friends and family, including her father, who has continued to ask for privacy while they monitor her condition.
The police are saying this has always been a criminal investigation. So the minute the police responded to the house it became a criminal investigation? Then why wasn't this stated right away?
Are the injuries to Bobbi's mouth/face have anything to do with the car accident? Did she black out while in the tub from those injuries?

Police Reportedly Found Drugs in Bobbi Kristina's House

Bobbi Kristina Brown still remains in a medically induced coma, but TMZ is reporting that police officers found drugs in the 21-year-old's house.
Brown was found unconscious and lying facedown in a bathtub over the weekend. Police searched her house immediately following the incident, but found nothing suspicious lying out in the open. However, in a second, more thorough search, officers reportedly found drugs.
According to TMZ, family members are confirming the findings, though the police department hasn't released a statement.
Though her condition is still "touch and go" after being deprived of oxygen for anywhere from two to five minutes, it was reported yesterday that her brain swelling has decreased, oxygen levels have increased and she is able to move her eyes.
Sounds like the second search of Carolwood when the Jackson family said there was heroin at the house.
This article is from the 3rd, 3 days after the accident; this is the first time I have read detailed info on Bobbi's condition.

Bobbi Kristina's organs are shutting down and reliable family sources say at this point it doesn't matter if Bobby Brown withdraws life support ... she's dying.
As we reported ... when Bobbi Kristina was taken to the hospital 2 weeks ago her brain activity was minimal. A few days later she showed an improvement in brain function but we're told her condition has since deteriorated.
We're told several organs are already shutting down and the family now fully understands.
Bobby Brown is holding strong to his religious view and is saying he will do what it takes to keep his daughter alive, even if it's just on life support with no long-term hope. Some members of Bobby's family disagree with his decision but will respect it.

On January 31, 2015 at 1025 hours, I (Officer LOWE) was assigned to the Uniform Patrol in a marked patrol vehicle (13-335). I responded to (redacted) reference a drowning. The incident location was secure and the scene protected for CID investigators.
Just because someone was found facedown in the bathtub would that instantly suggest that something criminal happened? According to the narrative on the report, that is suggested. Why would the scene become secure and protected right away?

ATLANTA (AP) — Whitney Houston's daughter was involved in a traffic accident that injured two people days before she was found face-down in a bathtub, according to a police report obtained by The Associated Press.
Bobbi Kristina Brown lost control of her Jeep Liberty when a tire blew out on Jan. 27, crossing into oncoming traffic and colliding with another vehicle. Police in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell described "extensive damage" to both vehicles. Brown's passenger and the other car's driver were hospitalized. Brown blamed tire failure, and officers found a nail in the Jeep's blown-out right rear tire, the incident report says.
Police were called to the home on July 8, 2013, and Gordon told officers Brown was unresponsive after falling on the floor. Gordon described it as a seizure, but Brown told police she had no history of medical conditions and had never had a seizure. The incident report says Brown was disoriented and was taken to a hospital.
Last month's crash also wasn't Brown's first car wreck. Police in Alpharetta cited her in November 2012 for failing to maintain her lane after the black Chevrolet Camaro she was driving landed in a ditch. No injuries were reported in that crash.
Gordon has also been cited for driving infractions. On Dec. 30, he was driving Brown's Lexus and she was a passenger when police said Gordon rear-ended the car in front of him at a red light. Roswell police arrested him then on an unspecified Fulton County warrant.

Mere days before she was found unconscious in a tub filled with water, Bobbi Kristina Brown sent a series of anguished texts revealing the depth of her grief over her mother Whitney Houston's tragic death.
Nearly three years later, the late pop diva's only child confided to a family friend that her pain was still raw, "like your heart has been ripped out of your chest," Radar Online reported.
"I was ALLLLL my mother lived for," Bobbi Kristina wrote in one of her final texts before Saturday's accident. Radar didn't identify the recipient.
"Despite the fame, the fortune, the power - any and everything, my mother has done FOR ME lady," she added.
"She was and is my everything ma'am."
News of the Bobbi Kristina's painful final messages comes as a family vigil for her entered its fourth day at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, where the 21-year-old was reportedly hooked to a ventilator.
Brown's lover, Nick Gordon, 25, and a friend, Maxwell Lomas, discovered her face down in an upstairs tub at their suburban Atlanta home Saturday, the victim of what some outlets have reported was an accidental drug overdose.
In other heavyhearted messages to the female friend, Bobbi Kristina admitted to feeling "alienated" and "lost" following her mother's 2012 drowning death in a Beverly Hills hotel bathtub.
"And if you don't think I don't know [What ]an ounce of HURT anguish and pain is, you are preaching to the wrong women, because I've [been] in the public eye since I was born," she wrote, according to Radar.
Elsewhere, she allegedly lit into the mystery friend for neglecting her own daughter.
"My mother would of never," she said.
Signing off, she wrote, "All well now though. I will update you. Have a blessed week. Goodbye."
Meanwhile, as investigators continued to piece together the events surrounding Saturday's accident, police in Roswell, Ga., were looking into reports a witness may have fled Bobbi Kristina's home before cops arrived.
One source told E! News that two police questioned employees at a bank branch that sits near Brown and Gordon's gated community and hoped to get their hands on a parking lot surveillance tape.
"[Police] were asking if they saw anyone jump the wall behind the house, or if anyone was seen leaving the area," the source told E! News.
"But no one recalled seeing anyone or anything suspicious. But the cops also were looking for video."
Lomas, 24, has also drawn scrutiny.
He was arrested on Jan. 15 on drugs and weapons charges, Fulton County Jail records showed, and spent three days in jail before getting released on $15,000 bond.

I have always thought part of this hoax had to do with getting back at the media. To show them as the true vultures they are, and in all 4 cases (Michael, Paris, Whitney and Bobbi Kristina) the media performed at their best.
Even in death, Michael wasn't left alone and neither was Whitney. Articles about past drug problems and weird behavior didn't stop. And in each case with Paris and Bobbi the deaths and sordid lives of their parents were brought up once again.
I have always felt the media would fall flat on their face once Michael and Whitney came back (yes, I do think that Whitney is alive) and that Michael would have the last laugh. The media crucified him and once they were shown with egg on their face, the future for Michael could begin.
Whether the incident with Bobbi Kristina is true I don't know but it follows too closely as to what happened to her mom and the media reports haven't stopped writing about the 'sources' that have given them up to date information - contradictory information at that. Same reporting as usual.
My thoughts and prayers do go out to the Houston and Brown families, they don't need to be going through this if this is a tragic accident.

As Bobbi Kristina Brown begins her third week in a Georgia hospital, those closest to her are remaining positive about a recovery.
In fact, despite reports that Whitney Houston's daughter will be taken off life support this week, Brown's attorney Christopher Brown says those rumors are simply not true.
Those are "false stories," he revealed to E! News Monday morning before assuring the media that there is "nothing happening."
Since Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized on Jan. 31 after being found facedown in a bathtub full of water at her home, there have been a variety of reports about her progress or lack thereof.
Some insist the 21-year-old is showing improvement while others caution that doctors have not been the most optimistic. Regardless of all the stories out in the media, Bobby wants people to focus on praying for a recovery.
"We continue to request privacy in this matter," he said in a statement to E! News just this past Friday. "We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina and God is healing our prayers."
One of the many fans around the world hoping for a recovery is Kevin Costner.
Three years after the 60-year-old actor gave a touching eulogy at the funeral of Houston, Costner says he sincerely hopes Bobbi Kristina's fate isn't nearly as tragic.
"My thoughts are probably similar to everyone, which is obviously, the similarities, what's going on, the worry that this might have happened again," he told Nightline. "Where is this little girl going to go when you lose your mother?"
He added, "I hope that God opens her eyes and lets her breathe and lets her brain work, and she gets a second chance."

(Reuters) - Doctors have taken Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of late singer Whitney Houston, off the ventilator that has helped her breathe since she was found unresponsive in a bathtub last month, but no decisions have been made to take her off life support, a family source said on Thursday.
The source, who declined to be identified, said Brown's overall condition has not changed. Removing the breathing tube was a standard course of practise to avoid infection, the source said.
Family members have said Brown, 21, the only child of singers Bobby Brown and Houston, is fighting for her life at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta after she was discovered on Jan. 31 face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her suburban home.
They have said little about the aspiring singer's treatment or medical prognosis, and Bobby Brown has asked for privacy.
Police in Roswell, Georgia, are treating the case as a criminal investigation and have been questioning people about the circumstances leading up to Brown being found in the tub.
Brown's famous mother, a six-time Grammy Award winner and actress who battled substance abuse, drowned in a hotel bathtub in Beverly Hills, California, on Feb. 11, 2012. Authorities said cocaine use and heart disease contributed to Houston's death at age 48.

ATLANTA (AP) — Doctors have replaced Bobbi Kristina Brown's breathing tube with a tube usually used for patients who need to be on a ventilator for an extended period, a person close to the family said Thursday.
The 21-year-old's breathing tube was replaced with a tracheostomy tube, the person, who is not authorized to speak on Brown's condition, told The Associated Press. A tracheostomy, which involves cutting into a patient's neck, is often performed on patients who need to be on a ventilator for an extended period.
The surgery comes nearly three weeks after Whitney Houston's daughter was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub of her Georgia home.
Brown's family has said she's "fighting for her life" at Emory University Hospital. A police investigation is ongoing and few details on her condition have been released.
Bobbi Kristina is the only daughter of singers Bobby Brown and Houston.
Houston was found face-down and unresponsive in about a foot of water in a bathtub in the Beverly Hilton hotel on Feb. 11, 2012, just before the Grammys. She later died, and authorities concluded she had accidentally drowned. Investigators found a dozen prescription-drug bottles in the suite and listed heart disease and cocaine use as contributors to her death.
Bobbi Kristina's partner Nick Gordon said in a statement through his lawyers Wednesday night that he "desperately" wants to see her. The 25-year-old Gordon said he is looking for permission from Bobbi Kristina's family to visit her in the hospital.
Gordon said he has not tried to return to the hospital and risk a public confrontation.
Bobby Brown's lawyer hasn't responded to numerous requests seeking comment.

Latest developments state that Bobbi Kristina was using cocaine prior to the accident and that Nick is still being barred from visiting her.
After doing some searching online about Bobbi and drug use I found an article from 2011 stating that Whitney was cancelling Bobbi's 18th birthday party and taking back a Lexus convertible. Lexus, huh?
Nick and Bobbi Kristina were involved in a car accident on Dec. 30th, 2014. The car that Nick was driving was a 2010 Lexus. The report doesn't say if it was a convertible or not (I have the VIN # so I can look online to make sure). Was that 2010 Lexus the same as the Lexus that Whitney supposedly cancelled? If so, Whitney didn't cancel it.
IF Bobbi Kristina is really ok, has the last couple of years been an intro to what we have now? If not, this family is really messed up.
Now on to Nick. I was reading about Nick being barred from the hospital and there is one interesting piece from the following article that stood out to me because of how it was worded.

The statement did not elaborate on what those visitation terms were, but added, "We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe.”
Bring resolution? Any individual person visiting Bobbi Kristina would not be bringing resolution to the investigation. Anyone knowing anything should be talking to the police, not visiting Bobbi Kristina. So in essence, Nick Gordon isn’t visiting because he has nothing to do with the investigation even though we have been made to believe that there is a criminal investigation going on with Nick?
If this is true about Bobbi, why isn't the family keeping still? Why all of the interviews, why all of the different stories coming out? Why is there no update from a reputable source such as the police? If there really truly is a criminal investigation, why not ask the public for help in locating the 'person who may have left' the home of Bobbi and Kristina? Nick and Lomas would know if there was anyone else at the home at the time of the incident. And like I have asked before. What about the cable guy who was there and who found Bobbi with Lomas??? Why has the media not interviewed this guy?

The Brown family believes that Nick Gordon is holding back information. In a new statement released by Bobby Brown's lawyer on Sunday, Feb. 22, the R&B singer claims that Gordon has yet to explain what happened to his girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown before her hospitalization.
"Due to Mr. Gordon's failure to place in tangible form his understanding of the events that lead to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina, there is no reason for any additional discussion with him. It appears that Mr. Gordon did not want his understanding of the facts to be subject to the truthful examination of various experts or Bobby Brown himself," Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC told Us Weekly in a statement.
"Mr. Gordon has every right to remain silent and not share his version of the events with Bobby Brown. We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe," the statement continued. "At least not desperate enough to inform Bobby Brown, in writing, what happened to Bobbi Kristina."
Bobby Brown added: "We continue to request privacy in this matter. We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina and God is hearing our prayers."
That same day, Gordon posted an Instagram photo of his new Bobbi Kristina arm tattoo. "Healing just fine like my baby," he wrote.
So Bobby Brown wants Nick Gordon to tell him what happened and since Nick won't he isn't allowed to see Bobbi Kristina. Again, if a person knows something they go to the police! And do you think Nick would be allowed to see Bobbi if Nick said he tried to kill her? No.
1. If the police had an ounce of evidence that Nick was involved in any way he would have already been arrested (warrant could be issued if Nick wouldn't come in)
2. Since we have been told that Bobbi took drugs prior to the incident why is this not being ruled an accident? Why is it being looked at as a criminal investigation?
3. Remember, this was a criminal investigation right from the start. That info came straight from the police spokeswoman.

These minimum requirements stem from the language contained in the Fourth Amendment. Federal statute and most jurisdictions mandate the issuance of an arrest warrant for the arrest of individuals for misdemeanors that were not committed within the view of a police officer.
However, as long as police have the necessary probable cause, a warrant is usually not needed to arrest someone suspected of a felony in a public place; these laws vary from state to state.[10] In a non-emergency situation, an arrest of an individual in their home requires an arrest warrant.
Adequate showing of probable cause[edit]
Probable cause will be founded on either direct observations by the police officer, or on hearsay information provided by others to the police. The information brought by the police to the neutral and detached magistrate must establish that—considering the police officer's experience and training—the officer knows facts, either through personal observation or through hearsay information that would suggest to a reasonable prudent person that the individual named in the warrant had committed or was committing a crime.
From 1964 to 1983, a constitutionally adequate affidavit comprised exclusively or primarily of hearsay information had to have contained information suggesting to the examining magistrate that (1) the hearsay declarant supplying the information to the police was a credible person, and (2) that the hearsay declarant had a strong basis of knowledge for the alleged facts.[11] Since 1983, a constitutionally sufficient affidavit must support a conclusion by a reviewing magistrate that the "totality of the circumstances" suggest that there is a fair probability that the facts relied on by the police to find probable cause to arrest are in fact valid; the magistrate will balance “the relative weights of all the various indicia of reliability (and unreliability) attending an informant's tip.”[12]
Neutral and detached magistrate[edit]
The individual issuing the arrest warrant need not be a judge or an attorney, but must be both capable of determining whether probable cause exists as well as be a neutral and detached official. While arrest warrants are typically issued by courts, they may also be issued by one of the chambers of the United States Congress or other legislatures (via the call of the house motion) and other political entities.
No known or reckless falsehoods[edit]
A warrant will be held invalid if the defendant challenging the arrest warrant can show, by a preponderance of the evidence, that specific parts of the affidavit submitted by the police are false; that the police either knowingly made them or made them with reckless disregard as to their truth or falsity; and that, excluding the false statements, the remaining portion of the affidavit would not have by itself established probable cause to arrest the defendant.[13]
Description of arrestee[edit]
The arrest warrant must, to comply with the Fourth Amendment, "particularly describe" the person to be seized. If the arrest warrant does not contain such a description, it is invalid—even if the affidavit submitted by the police or the warrant application contained this requisite information.[14]
So either way Nick Gordon could be arrested whether a misdemeanors or felony.

The plot thickens. Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend Nick Gordon, who is under criminal investigation following Brown’s Jan. 31 hospitalization, had filed for a temporary restraining to keep authorities from attaining a search warrant to view footage on his Dropcam, a personal, in-home security camera, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. According to documents obtained by the site, the restraining order also sought to keep the company which owns Dropcam, Nest Labs, from complying with the search warrant. After Gordon’s lawyers Joe S. Habachy and Randall M. Kessler filed the documents, however, a new statement to Us Weekly reveals that Gordon has since changed his mind, in an effort to comply with the police investigation.
“To protect his client's interests, Mr. Habachy filed the Temporary Restraining Order. However, Mr. Gordon has since elected to dismiss the claim in an effort to help Roswell PD speed up their investigation,” the statement to Us reads.
In the initial filing, Gordon’s lawyer claimed that “The Search Warrant violates the Fourth Amendment in that it is overly broad and seeks private data ‘without limitation,’ and fails to narrowly limit the scope of the data sought by date or other characteristics.” The decision to seek a temporary restraining order came after Gordon received notice from Nest Labs that it had “received ‘legal process’ for data and documents related to the account and that it intended to comply.”
As previously reported, Gordon, 19, has been banned by the Brown family and unable to visit Bobbi in the hospital, where she’s been in an induced coma for almost a month. In a statement released to Us, Bobby Brown’s lawyers denied the two were ever married. "We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina," Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC said in a statement on Feb. 3. "To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon."
Since her hospitalization, Gordon’s lawyers claim he’s been doing everything in his power to see Bobbi and that he continues to comply with the ongoing investigation.

The petition for a TRO was filed Monday by Gordon’s attorney “to protect his interests. However Mr. Gordon has since elected to dismiss the claim in an effort to help Roswell PD speed up their investigation. ”
Documents filed in Fulton County Superior Court sought to keep the Roswell Police Department from carrying out a search warrant involving a security camera. The filing also seeks to stop the company Nest from complying with the warrant, issued on or about Feb. 12, documents show.
“The Search Warrant violates the Fourth Amendment in that it is overly broad and seeks private data ‘without limitation,’ and fails to narrowly limit the scope of the data sought by date or other characteristics,” court documents say.
According to court documents:
“Plaintiff, Nicholas Gordon, is a customer of Nest Labs, (which) owns and operates a ‘dropcam’ web-based security company.
“On February 12, 2015, Nest notified via email its customer, Nicholas Gordon …that it had received ‘legal process’ for data and documents related to the account and that it intended to comply.”
The issue is an unjust breach of privacy, the documents say:
“Privacy, in the context of stored information includes the right to control how stored information is communicated and prevent its abuse. lt is more than just confidentiality of data. The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution implicitly governs in its very core that Americans have a reasonable expectation of privacy which inherently extends to the right to control their own data and access thereto.”
Documents go on to say “there is an insufficient link between the crime alleged in the Search Warrant, specifically ‘possession of a controlled substance.'”

Late last week, news broke that Google GOOGL +1.6% Inc.’s Nest Labs would be buying upstart Dropcam in a $555M cash deal. For those unfamiliar with the companies, Google purchased Nest Labs earlier this year for approximately $3.2B. Nest currently builds intelligent home thermostats and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, but other home automation products are likely on the horizon.
To this point, Google GOOGL +1.6% has allowed Nest Labs to operate as its own brand and the company continues to grow at a steady clip. Dropcam is a provider of easy-to-use and configure Wi-Fi webcams and trackers, and cloud-based storage. Dropcam owners can check in on their connected cameras from virtually anywhere, and should the user choose, the video feed can be stored in Dropcam’s cloud (which leverages Amazon’s Web Services), and be viewed later.
I really dig Nest’s products and have used a number of video monitoring devices similar to Dropcam’s (though I haven’t tried an actual Dropcam just yet). The conveniences products like these offer are undeniable; being able to remotely control your home’s heating/cooling system and monitor video and audio feeds can not only save you money, but they offer a bit of peace of mind as well. On a recent vacation, I checked in on my webcams constantly to make sure my house and pets were OK and that our house/pet sitter was doing everything we asked. It was great.
But there’s a problem with all of this—at least in my opinion. Assuming the deal is approved and Google ultimately ends up owning Dropcam, Google will technically have access to a wealth of data about what goes on in our homes. Think about this for a moment. If you own a PC and use Google for search (or use Chrome as your browser, GMAIL, etc.), and also own an Android-based device, a Nest product, and a Dropcam, the data collected by all of these pieces of technology can reveal virtually everything about you. Google would know what sites you visit and what you’ve searched for, where you are at any given time (assuming you’re carrying your smartphone), your contacts, Wi-Fi passwords, the temperature you like to keep in your house, and the list goes on and on. Heck, technically speaking, Google could theoretically even listen in on activities in your home, not to mention check out video feeds at will. If you’ve also got a few Dropcam Tabs installed, they’d even be able to tell when certain doors and windows are opened, or where you’ve stashed something. That’s scary if you ask me. Really scary.

While multiple outlets are reporting that Bobbi Kristina Brown has been taken out of her coma, ET has learned that these headlines are not true.
"She is still in a coma, still critical," family sources tell ET.
Just last week, ET reported exclusively that doctors were reducing Bobbi Kristina's medication in an attempt to bring her out of the coma. A source said that she was making improvements with stable vital signs and that her organs are not failing. However at this time, the 21-year-old remains in a coma and on life support as of Wednesday.
It's been over three weeks since the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston was placed in a medically induced coma and on life support since being found unresponsive in a bathtub and rushed to a hospital in Rosewell, Ga. on Jan. 31.
Legally, the final decision to take Bobbi Kristina off of a ventilator is up to her father Bobby.
Dr. Julian Bragg, a neurologist at Midtown Neurology in Atlanta, who is not one of Bobbi Kristina's doctors, spoke to ET about the road ahead should Bobbi Kristina regain consciousness.
"After spending more than two weeks in a medically induced coma, or for any cause, the body goes through a number of changes," Dr. Braff says. "There is a significant decrease in muscle strength both in terms of moving the limbs and in terms of breathing. Often people require extensive strengthening not only in being able to sit, stand and move around, but even simpler things like swallowing and breathing."
The family continues to hold on to hope for Bobbi Kristina's recovery.
