Title: Chatroom was hacked, new one set up.

Hi everyone!

I have removed the old chatroom after the other one was hacked and I added a new one that is the good old shoutbox and can be used on the portal (right top block) or full width on the 'Chatroom' page, see menu. The shoutbox is connected to your forum account so when you have a forum account you can automatically chat. Also new is the IM bar at the bottom, hope you all like it!
