Sobbing Debbie Rowe recalls Paris Jackson's suicide attempt
Michael Jackson's children have often been fodder for rumor, gossip and speculation -- so much so that Jackson tried to shield them from prying paparazzi by having them wear masks.
On Thursday, Debbie Rowe, Jackson's ex-wife and mother of his two oldest children, took the stand in the Jackson family's wrongful death suit, and offered brief insights into their lives.
Asked about her relationship with 16-year-old Prince, who attends a private high school in the San Fernando Valley, she shrugged.
"We don't hate each other, if that's what you mean," she said. "I'm closer to my daughter."
Rowe said she and Paris, 15, began seeing each other at the end of March. She said they talked on the phone and texted frequently and that Paris stayed with her on weekends.
Rowe, who raises quarter horses in Palmdale, sobbed as she explained how Jackson’s death has affected Paris, referring to a June 5 suicide attempt that sent her to the hospital.
“I almost lost my daughter,” Rowe said. “She is devastated. She tried to kill herself.… She doesn’t feel like she has a life anymore.”
The judge ordered a short break so the sobbing Rowe could compose herself.
While Rowe testified during her day and a half on the stand about Jackson's use of drugs to alleviate pain from medical procedures, her testimony also humanized a well-known eccentric.
The jury seemed to hang on every word of Rowe's testimony, which included details about Jackson's illnesses -- and his feelings about his skin condition.
“He’s very shy. For him to have all this going on and to be in public, it was really really difficult for him,” she said.
The singer was embarrassed of his skin conditions, she said, and compared himself to the Elephant Man.
Jackson’s vitiligo — where skin loses pigment in patches — “would come and go,” Rowe said, but grew progressively worse. He made a decision to “depigment” his skin because he couldn’t find decent makeup, she said.
“Everybody says he bleached himself, which he didn’t,” she said.

Debbie dragged the living shit out of pearl on twitter! Pearl str8 up said, severely times, she sold her children. And that they're not Michaels. And all that stuff about Paris. She was taking low blows for sure.
Idk....I thought it was ironic that she was warring with some one who believes MJ is alive so publicly. But pearl does have a lot of followers so she probably gets retweeted alot, so Debbie's is def gonna see them. Idk, as if I needed another reason to cant stand Pearl...

Yeah and Front called her "Deb". That kinda stuck out to me. And only, maybe two weeks ago, some one told her that Front was posing as MJ (and we know that's not true), but Debbie confronted him about it, now they seem cool. I couldn't put my finger on it, but there was something about Pearl that I couldn't trust from the very beginning. I read some of the tweets last night, but I had to stop and couldn't continue reading. The way Front was pleading for Pearl not to include children in their fight/argument was so difficult to read.

Strange things about the twitter war between Debbie Rowe & Pearl.
1. They appear to have a previous history, know each other well.
2. Why doesn’t Debbie block her or ignore her like any other hater, nuisance. Why does Debbie keep responding like she WANTS to drag this out as big as possible?
3. Why don’t they tweet all this privately? So easy to do so.
4. If Pearl knows MJ is alive, doesn’t she realize he would read what she says & be embarrassed?
5. This would surely hurt Pearl’s ebook sales, as she appears the hateful & aggressive one.
6. Front & Debbie also seem to know each other previously very well, with great slap-stick humor. Remember in court Debbie said her and MJ had some fights and she called them "Lulus"!
7. Debbie criticizes hoaxers calling them stupid since “MJ is dead”, yet is civil towards Front and never once denies that he is not MJ or calls him a faker. She proudly states she always loves MJ and the children are his, calling them “Oreos”.
8. Why does Front only promote peace between them; why doesn’t he criticize Pearl as a media person for attacking Debbie? Actually he never addresses Pearl, only Debbie.
9. Why did Pearl’s faker PPPYT join in the flaying?
10. Why in the middle of all this did Front say he was talking all night on the phone to Paris, and was crying, and fell down the stairs? Why would Pearl and Debbie's fight cause him to talk with Paris, like it was all key, connected and meant to be?
My theory and I apologize if I'm wrong. This could be similar to the Jackson family feud in summer 2012 which I believe was orchestrated for reality show type drama. Could these two fighters have been told to let loose and go for the jugular to create a drama, controversy. It all happened simultaneously with the supposed Justin Bieber singing MJ's slave to the rhythm. Yesterday this was tweeted, that it was taken down.

Grim stuff that happens on Twitter and then gets put about all over the place and is seen as 'entertainment' - that's what's disturbing. UK news at the moment is full of people killing themselves over bullying and such like on social media sites - as if the world wasn't tough enough.
I'm sure there are positive sides to these kind of sites, it's just that I find it hard to see them. Sorry, maybe it's just me being over sensitive - it has been known!

Well remember this hoax is just "to get to know the man you never knew", media was always crashing on Michael saying kinda freaky Wacko Jacko, gay, asexual, pedo.... so here Debbie goes saying and making clear Michael was a very normal man even a man whore, lol, with real sex needs and that his choice were women of any kind: black, white, middle eastern and so on... but never men or children. If you think about it: would people believe media if they go and say now that Michael liked women or would people trust Debbie more? Twitter has thousands of followers and it's a real reality show o line + people all over the world interacting and getting the real taste of every situation, I tell you the truth: twitter sells more than media now a days.

I was on twitter when the whole Debbie vs Pearl smackdown began. I think Debbie had answered somebody's question about her testimony and something about Arnie Klein (can't remember what exactly) then Pearl said something (not hoax related). I was wondering if Debbie was going to reply, then she did - saying something like but not exactly "you don't know what the f*ck you're talking about" and it basically escalated quickly from there. I'm normally only on twitter for a few minutes at a time but I stuck around to see how far this thing would go. I'll admit, it was entertaining and I remember my mouth hanging open at certain things that were said, thinking "Oh no she di ' int!" I think I even saw that comment from someone else who must've been watching as well, lol. So ya, I was being a bit of a voyeur throughout the whole thing but it's certainly not everyday that I see something like that.
I wondered if Front was aware of the argument, then he tweets a few minute later "Hope no1 gets a Corona bottle up their a _ _ . lol Seriously cant we just all just get along? Love & Peace to you both @Pearljr (https://twitter.com/Pearljr) @DJRJPDR (https://twitter.com/DJRJPDR)." So I don't know if someone tipped Front off or what. He seemed genuinely upset about it later on but he did bring attention to it by bringing it up. He and Debbie joked around for a bit and I don't think Pearl tweeted back to Front at all (maybe after the fact but I didn't see anything). I remember feeling disbelief as the insults between Debbie and Pearl got nastier and nastier and wondering - is this actually real?? The impression that I got as I watching was the Debbie seemed to be having fun with the whole thing, egging Pearl on. But in the end, they both ended up taking it too far.
