We've Had Enough is definitely one of my favorite songs (hence my sig :) ), I just love the message and the power of this song. The way he expresses the suffering and sorrow in this world is so heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time. And you can really feel his pain through his voice in this song.
Anyway for a while now I've been thinking of a phrase in the lyrics wich could be a clue. I'm talking about this "It's up to me and I'm still alive".
I believe in the theory that he's wants to expose the illuminati by hoaxing his death. Maybe this phrase points in that direction as well.
These are the lyics of We've Had Enough:
Love was taken from a young life
And no one told her why
Her direction has a dimlight
From one more violent crime
She innocently questioned why
Why her father had to die
She asked the men in blue
How is it that you get to choose
Who will live and who will die
Did god say that you could decide ?
You saw he didn't run
And that my daddy had no gun
In the middle of a village
Way in a distant land
Lies a poor boy with his broken toy
Too young to understand
He's awaken, ground is shakin
His father grabs his hand
Screaming, crying, his wife's dying
Now he's left to explain
He innocently questioned why
Why his mother had to die
What did these soldiers come here for ?
If they're for peace, why is there war ?
Did God say that they could decide
Who will live and who will die ?
All my mama ever did
Was try to take care of her kids
We're innocently standing by
Watching people lose their lives
It seems as if we have no voice
It's time for us to make a choice
Only god could decide
Who will live and who will die
There's nothing that can't be done
If we raise our voice as one
They've gotta hear it from me
They've gotta hear it from you
They've gotta hear it from us
We can't take it
We've already had enough
They've gotta hear it from me
They've gotta hear it from you
They've gotta hear it from us
We can't take it
We've already had enough
They've gotta hear it from me
They've gotta hear it from you
They've gotta hear it from you baby
We can't take it
We've already had enough
Deep in my soul baby
Deep in your soul and let God decide
Deep in my soul
It's up to me and i'm still alive
They've gotta hear it from us
We can't take it
We've already had enough
It's going down baby
Just let God decide,
It's going on baby
Just let God decide
Deep in my soul baby
We've already had enough
They've gotta hear it from me
They've gotta hear it from you
They've gotta hear it from us
We can't, we can't
We've already had enough

It's very possible. A lot of his lyrics were based on his personal experiences. I also like emotions he puts into singing, and yeah, you can actually feel the pain. Some of his songs make me cry... The line 'there's nothing that can't be done if we raise our voice as one' appeared at the memorial. I think that all the lines that appeared there are clues. As these are from this song, he might have wanted us to look at it and read into the lyrics, which give out a lot.
btw I love your sig!

Hey that true, they used that line at the memorial. I forgot about that!
Why use that phrase during a memorial?? It really makes you think. Hmm interesting....
This song really makes me cry, every time I hear it. It makes me think of all the people suffering and dying in wars

I do too. I can't choose a favorite MJ song or album cause all his tracks are SUPERRR. It's like choosing a favorite child, its just impossible. But We've Had Enough is definitely one of my favorite songs ever!
It portrays the suffering in this world in such a powerful way. You can almost feel the pain of the little boy that loses his mother in this song.

I always play Threatened while I'm driving and I think this song is in also some way related to the hoax.
"You’re fearing me, ‘cause you know I’m a beast
Watching you when you sleep, when you’re in bed
I’m underneath
You’re trapped in halls, and my face is the walls
I’m the floor when you fall, and when you scream it’s ‘cause of me
I’m the living dead, the dark thoughts in your head
I heard just what you said
That’s why you’ve got to be threatened by me"
I'm not even gonna start about Xscape, that one is just way too obvious

Good point here, I would have do a thread about this song.
The lyrics talk about a father who dies and a girl who cries him, which is a little bit the current situation. On the other hand, I think rather that Michael Jackson denounced in this song the police violence to ethnic minorities and easy use of the police weapons against them.

I've been listening to this song a lot lately! I love the lyrics & Michael has an amazing ability to convey emotions with his music. I couldn't agree more. I feel the pain. My emotions match perfectly with the song's content. The songs seems to be divided into two parts: 1. portraying dramatic situations & 2. a prayer to God! Just another masterpiece. Michael is simply a genius. :D
