I have a picture from another webside which was talking about MJ hoax but finaly it closed...

But this was so interessting that I want to share it with you!!!

From what I can tell this is the transcript of the certification. So it would make sense that the last action would be the day it certified. When it has to get a new certification the file will change (in other words this action is within a file, not with the copter itself_
