Why are Randy and Jermaine laughing their asses off when the reporter was talking about the tribute? :lol: What a circus this is!  lolol/

It seems like Katherine forgets her lines and the dude next to her is there to complete her sentences. I love Katherine so so much. It must be so hard for her to follow the lines and the script all the time. I just want to hug her.  bearhug

I love it, especially when Katherine says, "I am sure he would like it, that is why I am supporting it."  How can she be so sure....Maybe she asked him.  lolol/ 

It sure is getting interesting.  Jermaine and Randy looking not too upset over the whole thing either.  Did you know that October 8 is the date that Michael and Debbie Rowe divorced?  OK, just another coincidence probably.

Guess we can kiss Kiss good-bye now too!  Good!  I was thinking for a minute that they were going to announce that Diane Dimond would be singing a tribute song too.  And they're anwer to the Kiss fiasco is that they didn't know he had called Michael a child molester???!!!  Give me a break! :roll: :? suspicious//

Thank you for sharing that video. Did Jermaine and Randy know they were being filmed? That was very funny and you have to love mother Katherine. LOL.

I'm glad that KISS is out of the picture too - at least for now. I don't care for him much but I think Michael is using him for a purpose. Perhaps the reason Badkolo mentioned in the TMZ thread. IDK.

I was trying to find where that footage with Jermaine and Randy was taken from and I don't find anything. When was that? It's also on CNN, but were they there with Mrs. Katherine? Did they have an interview or they just showed them laughing?


I don't understand what Mrs. Katherine says when she looks at the guy, I have listened a lot of time and she doesn't say "what's your name?". I am almost sure she says something else, but I don't understand what.

What is going on with Randy and Jermaine in this vid???!!!  How did that random shot of them laughing their heads off get edited into a piece about them saying they were against the timing of the concert???  I've had to watch it again and again - still it doesn't make sense!  But isn't it wonderful to see some laughter.  It made me want to see Michael in there giggling with them too and hugging his mum - I want that more than anything.

It not just me who finds this man suspicious then... From the first time I saw him with that shirt with dots and the overall attitude and smirk, you can't say he looks like an ordinary company representative. I don't know what makes him look unusual, but this is what my gut feeling tells me.
 
The first reaction was that there's something with this guy.  I'm the last person to look strange at someone who dresses "unusual", but as I always notice unusual things and persons, and i am first natively attracted by originality, but this man cought my attenton from the start. I don't know if he could be Michael in disguise, it's kinda hard to fake the voice, it sounds lower and harsher than Michael's voice, even if the guy's voice is high and has a strange tone.

In the video at one point they say his name is Paul. Then on another thread the news article mentions Paul Ring, Global Live Events executive. But when I looked up the name on google pics there is no one by that name shown.  I totally see Paul Anka with a wig on, and like Souza says, maybe teeth, plus his voice is Paul Anka's.  I think he has teamed up with MJ for another prank just like the This Is It song!  I don't think this is Michael.  I also threw Harvey Levin in there too. Remember the duet they did together, "I did it my way!"

Randy and Jermaine was at the CNN studios but they were on a different studio from Katherine's I think. I'm not sure if they were hearing the reporter was talking about the tribute tho. But if they did, that laughter of Randy explained it all. "What an amazing circus this is!"  lolol/

So, Randy and Jermaine were not talking about the tribute. They got the part where they were laughing from another interview of them which has nothing to do with the tribute. That's still odd to take the part of the interview where they were laughing.  suspicious//

So they 'randomly' picked out this shot of Randy and Jermaine laughing, from an unrelated interview in July 2010, that's over a year ago, (that incidentally had lots of shots of them looking serious that they could have used) and edited it into this tribute piece? Why bother? In the context of the piece there was no need to show R and J at all,  and certainly not laughing!  Crazy!

That is a very good point and I would love to agree with you, but I am sorta sitting on the fence about this one. I would very much like to believe that the tribute is MJ's bam platform, but many people have been saying that the tribute won't happen (although it looks like it's all going ahead) or if it does, Michael won't bam because because he was afraid he would be assassinated on stage. But I guess, if he's going to "shock the world", then he would be taking us by surprise, and that also means, any potential armed people who want/ed to be rid of him.

Well, I hope he never comes back. I love him - I always have and I think that if he came back, they would destroy him. It would be a lot worse for him that his "first" life was. I just hope he makes the right choice because I don't want him to get hurt. People are beasts. But he knows that.

I'm new here ... Can someone please tell me - in short - exactly WHY did he fake his death. I know he was tired of his life and that he didn't enjoy the thought that people would watch him getting old, but what's the rest?

I doubt Murray will be convicted even if Michael doesn't come back. There isn't enough proof, people can't get there stories straight. Basically, if he were guilty of "killing" Michael, he would've of been convicted already, because there would be plenty of proof against him.

The fact that people would hurt Michael worse than before if he came back is really the only reason I don't want him to come back. I want him to come back so bad, but if he feels that it's not the right thing to do, then I respect that decision, no matter how upset it would make me.

Finally, I don't know so much on the 'why's' of the hoax, but I bet if you look around the forum, you will find some information. I think a popular notion is that he wanted to teach the media a lesson, but I'm not exactly sure what he he's trying to get at, if that's what he's trying to do. I'm no expert, so yeah, look around and see what you can find. That's all the advice I can give you.

Hi Lorela, I doubt anyone here can tell you 'in short' why MJ faked his death!  In fact I think only he could tell you that with complete certainty.  What we have here are theories based on extensive investigations but we are still not all in total agreement or certainty about all the why's, when's and how's! Personally, I think that's healthy - I for one wouldn't dream of claiming to have sussed out the entirety of MJ's genius brain!

I suggest you have a look at the moving banner thingie near the top of the page (with the scary half-skeleton MJ!), click on some of those articles (e.g. 'Hoax?', 'Understanding the Hoax') and settle down for a long read!

I think Murray's trial is going to begin in September 26th, not in October. That's the reason why they say the timing is wrong.

curls, thanks. I read "Hoax", but I didn't read "Understanding the Hoax". It's a lot of reading and I don't have a lot of free time. I hope I'll read everything one day. I'm his fan since I was 4 years old (now 29).  michael-jackson/

I'm pretty sure that the trial will be on before the tribute concert. So 'Michael will BAM to save Murray' theory doesn't work imo. And I do believe the trial is going to happen and I don't believe MJ will BAM at the tribute. Just my humble opinion. We'll wait and see.
