i read that Joe is in Cannes to exept a upcoming movie script :

bet they need to hire of crew of guys with wheelbarrels and shovels when joe comes around. :lol:  that said i have to wonder if he isn't just playing the a** in all this mess because that is the part he is expected to play and keeps him out of  suspicious// for everything else.
