Also, this pic was put out by the "Hoax News Network" on their twit pics section http://hoaxnewsnetwork.blogspot.com/p/twitpics.html (http://hoaxnewsnetwork.blogspot.com/p/twitpics.html)

They have a bunch of made up pictures so I believe this was meant as a joke.
