The anesthetic is used in hospitals to sedate patients, but Jackson’s doctor has admitted to giving it to him at home as a sleep aid. One prosecution witness testified to some evidence Jackson might have drank it he would a glass of milk.
At one point, Judge Pastor seemed puzzled over why Murray would make the unorthodox decision to administer — at Jackson’s request — propofol for sleeplessness, since the drug’s effects last only minutes.
“Isn’t the person still sleep deprived?” Pastor asked Murray’s defense attorneys. “What purpose does it do to administer a dose that’s only going to keep the person asleep for five minutes?”
Joseph Low, an attorney for Murray, responded that after Jackson had experienced over many years the adrenaline of performing for thousands of fans, he found it hard to sleep.
“It’s difficult to come down off your own chemistry, if you will,” Low said. “The propofol doesn’t allow you to sleep ... but it at least allows you to get started.”

Elissa Fleak, a coroner investigator, said she found a jug of urine on a chair when she combed through Jackson’s room.
Paramedic Richard Senneff testified that Jackson was also wearing a surgical cap when emergency workers arrived at his bedroom. That may be because, as revealed earlier in Jackson’s autopsy report, he suffered from “frontal balding” and his hair was described as “sparse and connected to a wig.”

Ok, first of all, they said that Michael slept with a surgical cap, to hide his bald spot. That's how they found him. So tell me how come the ambulance picture Michael has hair? What they did do, put his wig on before the ambulance arrived? Instead of doing CPR they decided to fix Michael. Does not make sense.
Secondly, if Murray adminstrated him propofol for 5 to 10 mins, why would he need a catheter? Usually catheters are needed for long term patients who cannot get out of bed,
when the get operated and cannot get out of bed for several days. Or when a person is terminally ill. He is dying. So Michael was in good shape as per Ortega on June 24, so Michael is not ill. and for 10 mins or propofol does not need a catheter. I got informed by my doctor friend. This is his explaination. By the way by drinking propofol does not do the same effect as by intervenus. It does not do anything at all, just burns your stomach. I guess that's why he drank it with milk.

The condom catheter is mentioned in the AR. Presumably, the physicians at UCLA Med put that on him.
A condom catheter is mentioned in the AR but it is not presumed to have been put on by the UCLA physicians at all. It is presumed to have been put in place by Murray.
This raises several things:
1.There is no mention of any collection bag attached to this catheter,
2. There is no mention of any urine having been collected except for a small, sealed bottle found at the scene which wasn't connected to anything and we have no way of knowing whose urine it is.

This is the urine the tested in the AR, not any gathered at the hospital or during an autopsy.
3. If this catheter was in place at the hospital, where is the urine that was collected and why wasn't that tested? Why use some old urine that has been sitting in this glass bottle for who knows how long?

So urine must be tested within two hours or be preserved (an additive or refrigeration) in some way to prevent bacterial growth and/or decomposition. Heat increases both bacterial growth and decomposition. The room had the heat cranked, in the summer, in LA. The urine in that bottle supposedly used for the test results in the AR, would have been so filled with bacteria and decomposed to such an extent, that obtaining any useful results would have been nil.
This is just another clue pointing to this all being a hoax.

Condom Catheter

There is NO mention, in the AR, of any bags found at the scene nor one being attached to the Catheter nor any urine collected in a bag or tested.

Finally an explanation as to why Michael Jackson's 1993 accuser could identify the discoloration on the singer's genitals ... Michael liked to pee for an audience.
TMZ has obtained files from the 1993 Santa Barbara molestation investigation. A deputy from the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department noted the young accuser was able to describe -- in explicit detail -- the discoloration on Jackson's genital area ... the result of Vitiligo, a skin discoloration disorder.
TMZ's Harvey Levin spent 3 hours last Sunday with Dr. Arnold Klein, Jackson's best friend and doctor for decades. Dr. Klein insists Jackson did not molest the boy, and says the reason he could describe Jackson's genitals is because Jackson liked to pee in front of other people. Dr. Klein said Jackson thought it was funny.
Klein says there were numerous times when Jackson would pee in the doctor's home -- in a cup!!! -- around groups of people, including children.
Klein says Jackson would also pee in front of other people in his office.
Dr. Klein says the 1993 accuser saw Jackson peeing and that's why he could identify the genital markings.

No one here ever said there were bedsores mentioned in the AR, and the OP was correct in saying someone mentioned bed sores early on after his death.
MSNBC is one of the mainstream media outlets that first reported bed sores. ABC repeated the same report.

A condom catheter is mentioned in the AR but it is not presumed to have been put on by the UCLA physicians at all. It is presumed to have been put in place by Murray.

I simply wish that Michael Jackson could have had another life away from the cameras and the crowds. I wish he had had a warm loving family who cared about him and not just his money. I wish he had had real friends who would go through hell and high water to right the wrongs seen being done or attempted to be done to him. I wish he had had a social life with friends to get his mind off of the business side of him 24-7. And I wish he had had caring staff who regardless of Michael’s eccentricities would have demanded that they be allowed to do their jobs, like watching out for him and being wary of anybody trying to do him harm. I wish, I wish, I wish. I am torn between the two theories, but last week was no ball game for me. It broke my heart, even if it had to be done. Hearing some of the stuff just made me sad and broke my spirit. I don’t know what to believe anymore. I simply don’t.
One thing that bothers me is what you all have just described about how he was found. It is hard for me to imagine Michael coming to rehearsals and doing his thing and then going home to become totally helpless & dependent on drugs and Conrad Murray. That’s Jekyll and Hyde behavior. I can’t even comprehend that. Michael is very proud and particular about his appearance. I just don’t see him running home, up the stairs to bed, stripping naked and allowing anyone to render him unconscious with his children and other people in the house. That just doesn’t feel right to me. He looked good at that last practice. He was in good spirits. It’s hard to believe that between then and the time of his supposed death he just gave over all of his power to Conrad Murray. I cannot believe that. If anything happened in that room that caused Michael not to be here, it was forced and that bloody shirt where ever it is is important in that. Something just ain’t right.
