This has been discussed in another thread before. I actually know the people behind the Tribute portrait and I can assure you they are in NO WAY in on any hoax. I was told that dots were given in MJs name and to his kids on his heart b/c MJ held his kids very close to his heart. The other celebs are VIPs and got to chose where their dot went.
Again...this isn't part of the hoax.
