In July, MSNBC announced that former "Nightline" host Martin Bashir would be anchoring the 3 PM hour. Since then, though Bashir has not been seen on the network.

Makes me wonder where he is. Can anyone add something to this? Has he turned up lately anywhere or is he gone because he's sick..... :?

I know, seems like alot of people have gone into hiding lately. Maybe the network changed their mind. :?

I just saw him yesterday on the regular network, I think it was today show he was on shortly with comments on royal wedding. I was on here... hahah! And turned my head around to TV when I heard his name. "our correspondent, Martin Bashit" :x

about msnbc did anyone hear anything about them and fox no longer being on soon. something to do with a rockafeller :?

I thought I read somewhere a while back that he has a brain tumor. He may be undergoing treatment for it.

I do not wish death on Bashit or anything BUT ummmmmmm it really wouldn't bother me if he never shows his face EVER again. :twisted:

Yeah I don't wish sickness and death on anyone but it would make me very happy if he fell off the planet of journalism and I never saw that ugly mug again.
