Title: Classic "Old School" MJ--music and dance
Post by: kingofmystery on December 15, 2009, 08:17:14 PM
I saw these a while back, and I thought I'd bring it to everyone's attention in case you've never seen these clips before (from the Jackson's Variety show from back in the day).  Simply amazing!

Very nice! Thanks.

Hope you don't mind me borrowing your thread to link to one of my favorite classic old school clips from the Jacksons' variety TV show. It features the brothers performing a hilarious and impressive pop-n-locking routine with late comedian Dom DeLuise, who passed away less then two months before June 25 this year.

Keep an eye on poor cutie Tito, who just can't keep up. And, of course, Michael, who could obviously kick a** on the dance floor in many different dance styles even back then. The episode premiered on January 26, 1977, which makes Michael a really young-looking 19.

Awesome indeed. You're quite welcome, kingofmystery.

Shortly after June 25, the person who posted the video removed the hundreds of comments, which were like icing on the cake, especially regarding Tito. Whenever I need a mood-booster, that's the video I watch. It works every single time.
