I just finished reading the prosecutions opening statement and I have to say that I was dumbfounded. As a mother, if what he was saying were the facts as they were given to him, when I took my children off of that ranch the first time I would NOT have ever agreed to letting them go back and I definitely would not have given in to the constant pleadings and demands of Frank and Vinnie. I would have contacted law enforcement immediately and filed at the very least a harrassment suit. Therefore, I feel that in reading the opening argument of the prosection, that this case is already full of holes and it is no wonder that Michael was acquitted of all charges. Besides, why would Gavin had thrown his "fits" and insisted on staying if he was molested....the Arvizo's are nothing but LIARS and it is very apparent just in reading this initial part of the transcripts.
Well now I am going to start on the defense's opening statement. This should be interesting!!!!
BTW...Thanks for the link. I have been wanting to read this since the trial but never could find it.
