Those who are still in doubt, please take your time and read everything that is on the link, I did it once again. TS I think that this redirection took us that perhaps the people is influenced by some news that have been published in recent days, including possible exhumasion of "Michael's body, :lol: or maybe the children would go to school (people says that if Michael were alive this would not happen). This redirection is to keep the faith no matter what happens. ;)

An attorney has filed these pleadings and is trying to have Eliza's case thrown out of court on legal grounds (such as saying the case was filed too long after Vernon Presley died, and similar arguments). It's not based on trying to convince the Judge that Eliza isn't who she says she is.
It appears this will delay things, but again, I'm waiting for information before I post a detailed article about it.

If Eliza's attorney has filed a petition for breach of sentence, and nobody has submitted it to respond, after which the judge said had planned to rule on September 10, 2010 and I understand that's not going to happen, not explicate the why of this delay.

Yes, Jesse provided his DNA in 2002 and Eliza tested her DNA against Jesse's one in 2008
Eliza tried, unsuccessfully, to track down DNA either from Elvis' daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, or from Elvis himself. She contacted several collectors of Elvis memorabilia, hoping for a match. However, after asking how viable DNA from an item which pre-dated 1977 would be, she was informed that there would be many concerns, such as cross contamination, and it would probably not be worth the cost of testing, much less purchasing the various items.
For years, her efforts were in vain. She says she kept "ending up back at square one".
But then, in early 2008, collector David Collins convinced her to contact the FOX 8 TV News reporter, Suzanne Stratford. He had initially suggested Eliza contact Stratford in 2007, but Eliza didn't because she didn't buy into the "Jesse" story at the time. Eliza spoke to Stratford but had to wait several weeks for approval from FOX 8 News before proceeding.
They then gave Eliza the green light. She submitted her DNA sample, plus the the Donna sample, to a lab in Canada that specialized in DNA testing of even old objects. Eliza contacted FOX 8 News to get permission to test against an older sample they had from a former friend of Elvis, who owned a swatch from a blood-stained pair of jeans that he claimed had belonged to Elvis.
Unfortunately, the blood sample was too contaminated to work. So Eliza then asked to test against the "Jesse" sample. Fox 8 News sent that sample to the same Canadian lab. And the initial testing showed that Jesse was not Eliza's father (it was the only test she'd requested). But, the DNA revealed a much closer relationship than two unrelated people. So Eliza asked the lab if they could do further testing.
And what happened this time? The results . . . (drum roll please) ... a match! The FOX 8 News sample from Jesse in 2002 showed a half-sibling relationship with Eliza in April of 2008. Additionally, the lab reported that the Jesse sample also matched the Donna Presley Early sample (which in turn had matched Eliza as well).

She's trying to prove that she is the daughter of Vernon Presley (Elvis' dad) and Elvis' half sister, and using this DNA to prove that Elvis is actually alive & living now under the name "Jesse" i suggest you just go to ElvisandMJ.com and learn about it that way 8-)

On 9/1 the banner (at the top of the page) was a picture of Michael with a HUGE smile and he was in his younger years.
The next redirect for 9/2 went to the ElvisandMJ page again only this time the banner with Michael had a different pic, it was him with the silver sunglasses and umbrella over his head.
I was like :shock: huh? I thought I must be losing it because that isn't the same pic from 9/1.

Well spotted, I'mconvinced! I've just found 4 different MJ pics just by clicking on the link given in different posts in this thread. Going to see if I can find some more now, cos I have to say they're all pretty cool pics and I wouldn't be able to make up my mind which one to leave there, if it was up to me!!

I must say that lady - Maria Columbus - who sayed that when they went to Memphis the atmosphere was of make-believe, it didn't feel real, it felt like it was a game, made me smile.

not necessarily. i think TS stops posts from time to time to bring attention and emphasize a particular topic/image/article. in this case, i think he still wants us to focus on elvis and mj. however, i'm scratching my head as to what he and michael (or maybe they are one in the same, who knows at this point) need us to look at further. maybe have more people accept the connections between the two hoaxes by the wonderful page mo and souza have created? or maybe, as some have said, something's simmering, getting ready to boil and explode in either cases (or...maybe both!). i wish the heat would turn up, this simmering is killllliiiing me.

I hear ya there!!! glad i did not just miss something due to not paying attention.. I am also wondering if something is not getting ready to explode.
I have been here from day one and when things get slow there always seems to be something that comes up !... It is a long weekend here in Canada and perhaps in the states so who knows where the kids are therefore where MJ is and what we may see early next week.

I think there are other similitaries between them, Elvis also had messages in his music, you just have to listen to his lyrics, for example "In the Getto" many other songs have similar messages, about caring for children, and for each other. JMO.

Perhaps the similarity we're meant to see here is that both the Presley family and the Jackson family had a set of twins and that each had one twin that died at birth. We've been told that Elvis has taken on the name of his twin brother Jesse. The idea behind this was a symbolic one - to give Jesse the chance at life that he was denied. Could it be that Michael is wanting to do the same thing? To give his older brother - Marlon's twin - the chance to live? Leaving the King of Pop life behind and taking on a new persona for the next stage of his life? This could be the reason Marlon made a point of mentioning his twin brother at the Memorial. Again, just a crazy thought ... the padded cell is getting pretty crowded :lol:

OR maybe we have been given enough "clues" to realize that Michael is alive and Elvis is alive and now it is time for us to focus in the "bigger" picture here...The "message". Michael is in charge of the "hoax" and all it's dealings, there is nothing that we can do to "help" him with the "hoax", but we can help him with spreading his "message" Remember, Michael said it is "up to us" to "make that change"! not necessarily. i think TS stops posts from time to time to bring attention and emphasize a particular topic/image/article. in this case, i think he still wants us to focus on elvis and mj. however, i'm scratching my head as to what he and michael (or maybe they are one in the same, who knows at this point) need us to look at further. maybe have more people accept the connections between the two hoaxes by the wonderful page mo and souza have created? or maybe, as some have said, something's simmering, getting ready to boil and explode in either cases (or...maybe both!). i wish the heat would turn up, this simmering is killllliiiing me.

no something that keeps popping into my mind. i wonder if these families were actually given bodies to bury. i have to wonder if there could be a possibiltie if at that time multiple births for poor people could have been looked at in a negative light and babies were taken under the guise of death of one of them.
