NEW TESTS: Jacko's body may be exhumed to clear Dr Conrad Murray, left

By James Desborough, US Editor, 29/08/2010
MICHAEL Jackson's body may have to be unearthed in a bid to get his doctor off the hook in court.

Conrad Murray's lawyers plan to challenge the star's autopsy, which found he killed him with an overdose of sedative Propofol.

They want to prove Jacko - who would have turned 52 today - could have died from OTHER drug use and may demand his body be dug up for new tests ahead of Murray's trial next year.

A key find could be needle marks not made by the doctor.

A Jackson family friend said: "This is a horrifying situation the family have been dreading. They laid Michael to rest and for him to return is just sick."

Murray's team will try to convince a judge the King of Pop's body gave out after decades of abuse of painkilling pills and jabs. They hope to get the cardiologist's involuntary manslaughter charges thrown out.

Lead attorney Ed Chernoff has already got the green light to re-test tissue samples removed and frozen after Jacko, 50, died last June.

The family friend added: "If the tests don't concur with the coroner's findings, they have the start of a strong defence.

"The logical next step would be to exhume the body to make new tests."

Jackson is buried at a mausoleum in Los Angeles.

It says they would look for needle marks on his body.  If he is dead, I imagine the body would be too decomposed to find "needle marks".  This is ridiculous!

Does anyone honestly believe that  the Banana Republic Calif. would tell, if the casket would not hold Mr. Michael Jackson's remains? Add all Suza once more posted about the trials and you have a new bestseller from Kafka. Surely there are samples of the dead man's skin, blood etc. and many photographs of the dead man's body as well as dental records ,because these people have covered their backs and will cover each other's back. Our only chance for the truth will have to come from an independent research group. And the Jackson family has not hired such an indepentdent multi functional research group. Isn't that strange now?

More than a year after his death, pop icon Michael Jackson's body will reportedly be exhumed. Dr Conrad Murray, the 'Thriller' hitmaker's physician, has been charged with 'involuntary manslaughter' and his lawyers plan to challenge Jackson's autopsy, which declared that his death was caused due to
an overdose of the sedative Propofol.

The lawyers will argue that the 'King of Pop' died from the use of recreational drugs and may demand that his body be dug up for new tests ahead of Murray's trial next year, reported News Of The World online.

"This is a horrifying situation the family have been dreading. They laid Michael to rest and for him to return is just sick," said a source close to the Jackson family.

The hitmaker is buried at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Hollywood Hills.

Jackson's family had gone to extraordinary lengths to keep the exact location secret due to worries that his followers will throng the resting place of their idol.

Interesting choice of words?

Nah, I have very strong intuitions, You see I have never said anything in this forum because some people are skeptical , and they will not believe me, already I get bashed sometimes for giving my opinion, but besides that who cares.  I have a gift the good wonderful Lord  has given me, it is called INTUITIONS I feel what would happen, I do supress it sometimes due to the fact it scares me. I have these strange feelings crawling up in my body, and this one I know for sure Michael is alive. It is a feeling that I cannot descbribe, but I feel it in my bones that he is alive and well. One thing I will also tell you that he was not at his own funeral. He saw it yes, by a far, but he was not the hat man, nor the blond lady.(I am ready for some bashing   ) Enough said about me, I know some will not believe me, which  they are already publicizing what I felt for a long time. You can read other posts and see if I am saying the truth or not. Love you all and blessings.

Michael Jackson’s Body To Be Exhumed
Posted by Victor Andronic on January 30, 2010 7:05 AM | Permalink

Michael-Jackson180809.jpgIt seems that Michael Jackson ’s body might be exhumed in order to do some more tests regarding his death.
“As the seven-month-long investigation wraps up with Dr. Murray is clearly locked in the crosschairs, I’m sure his attorneys are considering a number of last-ditch strategies, including digging up Jackson’s body to confuse the issue,” retired FBI Special Agent-in-Charge Ted Gunderson told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“Murray’s defense will likely suggest the propofol was the least of the singer’s problems..
“How many other doctors prescribed medicine to Michael over the years? They’ll ask this to cast doubt on the prosecution’s case.
“Murray’s defense would likely argue that Jackson’s drug addiction over the years is what made him vulnerable and Dr. Murray had only known him for a few weeks.
“There’s so much damning evidence against Murray for propofol, but his lawyer could downplay that medication and point at other drugs and other doctors — anything to cast doubt in the jurors minds.
“Of course, the prosecution will fight against any exhumation, but a cautious judge may decide that digging up Jackson for a fourth autopsy is the best way to answer key questions once and for all and avoid having any jury overturned.”
Michael’s family, on the other hand, isn’t really thrilled about the idea.
“Digging up Michael would be absolutely outrageous,” said one Jackson insider. “I’m sure this would just be a ploy to cast doubts in the minds of jurors. But that’s all it is — a ploy.
“Michael’s death was devastating for those who loved him. If a judge ever let this happen, it would be an absolute sin. Let him rest tin peace.”

I had the same exact thoughts, Emily.  It's not like there's going to be news cameras filming the opening (like Geraldo and Al Capone's empty vault all those years ago).  We'll only be told what we're supposed to be told.  If one believes in a hoax, then the only way we'll hear that the crypt is empty is if that's part of the plan.  I highly doubt it, though.  An empty crypt is not a BAM, and I wouldn't expect anything to disrupt the chain of events leading up to Murray's trial.

Murray's team will try to convince a judge the King of Pop's body gave out after decades of abuse of painkilling pills and jabs.

Needle marks on the body would NOT prove this...  the liver would show any signs of such abuse, and in the autopsy we were shown, his liver was fine.  They will have a hard time proving this one.

Came across that article on The Scum(The Sun ). Wasn't Souza and Mo's theory that his body would go to bed dug up and not be there?. And it'll be reported missing. And most likely sightings will begin?.

Lead attorney Ed Chernoff has already got the green light to re-test tissue samples removed and frozen after Jackson, 50, died last June.

"If the tests don't concur with the coroner's findings, they have the start of a strong defence. The logical next step would be to exhume the body to make new tests," added the source.

The hitmaker is buried at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Hollywood Hills.

Jackson's family had gone to extraordinary lengths to keep the exact location secret due to worries that his followers will throng the resting place of their idol.

It's Forest Lawn Cemetery GLENDALE not Hollywood Hills.

Well I keep re-reading this and this whole hoax gets stranger and stranger by the day! I'm still going to go mostly by what TMZ reports compared to the other tabloids due to the fact they reported MJ was dead first before he was even pronounced dead. So they MUST know. I feel like it might all be picking up pace a bit.

NEW TESTS: Jacko's body may be exhumed to clear Dr Conrad Murray, left

I read somewhere that the family (or someone else) said that Michael was buried that late because the family wanted to get back the tissues which were examined, so as to be able to bury him as a whole. This is a contradiction with the above.

I had the same exact thoughts, Emily.  It's not like there's going to be news cameras filming the opening (like Geraldo and Al Capone's empty vault all those years ago).  We'll only be told what we're supposed to be told.  If one believes in a hoax, then the only way we'll hear that the crypt is empty is if that's part of the plan.  I highly doubt it, though.  An empty crypt is not a BAM, and I wouldn't expect anything to disrupt the chain of events leading up to Murray's trial.

Thos were my thoughts also, they won't just come out and say it, that hes missing, then the defence will ask for it to be thrown out if there is no body. so I don't feel they would tell us anyway.

Hypothetically, if this was going to happen, how would it be done?

Would a swat van roll up in the middle of the night and just take the coffin nice and quietly? or could we expect a freakin TMZ live stream outside the compound (with plenty pissed off protesters)?

We learned in April that Michael did supposedly moonwalk into a SWAT van once - so maybe he'll do it again (however, I personally doubt it - some people do refrain from doing things twice).

Apparantly a few media made that mistake. Like in this video of MJ's coffin (empty) arriving at some buildings.

If this is actually Glendale does it look familiar to anyone? I don't recall seeing it. Also remember the brothers so-called accidently went the wrong way to Glendale mixing up the signs. Now this deliberate saying that the family wanted to keep the location secret. Maybe we should be examining the Hollywood Forest Lawn closer. I got mixed feelings about this.
If they want to dig up a body that isnt there, would they be all over the news with the "another elvis thing happend he's alive, michael jackson's body is missing, etc"
Or will they keep it quiet and say something like : "We've examined the body and it seem that there are no neelde marks etc." Since his body is missing they can make up everything they want to don't they. that's the media right :)

In the german media they write that first they took the tests they have at the coroner and if the are different results to the autopsy from last year they will ...noticed the words they use : take him back ! They don't use the word exhumination, no, they write : take him back...written by a few different papers.

Do anyone think the get the same results like last year ? They have two different results last year...i wonder what they found now....

The autopsie comes, i am sure......oh no....they take him back...he comes back by himself, maybee....

Bec, I am sure they will fight for it, because there is no body. If they exhume the body  the tomb it will not be Michael's body. Simple as  1 2 3. I think  I know they will pull a fight not to exhume not because it is sick, because they will look and feel stupid in front of all of the world. I do not mean stupid in a bad way.

I think the whole Murray court thing is orchestrated. In fact I'd bet my left arm on it. So therefor whatever happens is exactly what is supposed to happen.

Although the family trying to fight it and making a big public to-do about it sure would be exciting. Hadn't thought of that side story, thanks all4love.

(I also like the idea of the angry protesters outside FL when they go to "dig him up", whoever suggested that part earlier in the thread. Nice touch, lol)

Title: Michael Jackson's Body To Be Exhumed?
Post by: ladylee1979 on September 01, 2010, 05:56:44 AM
Reports claim it could be used for new evidence in the Conrad Murray trial...
14:38, Tuesday, 31 August 2010
The body of the late Michael Jackson may reportedly be exhumed as evidence in Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial.

According to the News of the World, Jacko's remains might be disturbed after Murray's lawyers challenged reports that the Thriller singer died of a Propofol overdose.

It has been claimed that by exhuming the King of Pop's body, new tests could be carried out to see whether Michael could have caused his death by misusing other drugs.

A source told the newspaper: "This is a horrifying situation the family have been dreading. They laid Michael to rest and for him to return is just sick."

Attorney Ed Chernoff has allegedly already consented to have frozen samples taken from MJ's body once it has been retested.

The insider continued: "If the tests don't concur with the coroner's findings, they have the start of a strong defence. The logical next step would be to exhume the body to make new tests."

Jacko's brother Randy was spotted visiting Michael's grave on what would have been the singer's 52nd birthday on Sunday as he paid an emotional tribute to his late brother.

He arrived at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park with flowers and met with Jacko's fans who had gathered to pay their respects to the singer, who passed away over a year ago.

Randy addressed the rumours of Jacko's death, telling X17Online.com: "I'm not real crazy about some of the things I read... some of the things he (Murray) says."

He added: 'I have good faith in our courts and judicial system, so I think justice will be served. "I'm going to leave it in God's hands".

yes.. i read this a few days back...
what jumps out at me in this is the line "They laid Michael to rest and for him to return is just sick".
This indicates, to me, that MJ is in some sort of witnessprotection or just retired out of the limelight, and by  exhuming the body it will force him to return befor he wanted to, (and that is making the family upset).

They have done 2 autopsies and still need to do more tests?? Also allegedly that did keep some of the material with the coroner's office. Other sources said the family had waited with the funeral because they wanted all the samples and fluids, whatever, to be returned so they can bury MJ him "as a whole". Well... some of these, or possibly all, are lies...
Only time will tell if the dig-up story is a lie too or it's been planted there to make us wonder again... :?

P.S. the line "for him to return is just sick" is really priceless  :)
