Hey guys...I recently uploaded a video that had a part Leachim Noskcaj's video in it and I was wondering did anyone else get busted for that too?? I quickly took the video down so should I be ok?? and will my account be shut down??

I don't know about the other things, but I'm pretty sure your account wont be shut down. It would have already happened, I guess. So don't worry.

As long as you took the vid down and dont put it up again long i dont think your account will b shut or i dont think you will be getting sued either, dont worry i think they just give a warning first time  ;)

If you receive 3 full copyright infringement notices from youtube, (not third party ones, though third party notices can be escalated at any time to full copyright claims) your account will be permanently closed.
