Michael Jackson Casino -- Playing with Fire
8/2/2010 12:20 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Some wannabe gambling tycoons have just opened an unauthorized Michael Jackson Casino online ... and TMZ has learned the real MJ Estate is ready to declare casino war in order to shut 'em down.

The gambling site -- which features everything from poker to baccarat -- features MJ's image and a message on the home page that reads, "The King of Pop is proud to bring you the most exciting Vegas style online casino betting experience on the Net!"

Problem is -- the estate claims never gave the online casino the green light to use any of their trademarks ... and now Howard Weitzman -- the attorney for Michael Jackson's estate -- tells us he will, "take whatever legal actions are necessary to shut this operation down.”

Talk about a bad bet.

What I read in the article is:

Michael Jackson Cas(e) in O (in order, ok)
- Ace of spades (spadille) - with red and yellow, looking like a pumping heart
- Blackjack - Black Jack
- Roulette (a croupier gets the ball rolling)
- Baccarat (Play now)
Plus a collage of Michael giving a pointing cue.

The text says:
Quote
...the real MJ Estate is ready to declare casino war in order to shut 'em down.
Quote
"The King of Pop is proud to bring you the most exciting Vegas style online casino betting experience on the Net!"

All this could finally mean the beginning of action.[/color]

Maybe talking about all the annoying fakes/fake videos of wannabe MJ's that are PLAYING GAMES with the fans? With "The King of Pop is the most exciting online betting experience on the Net!" meaning people keep being distracted from the important part of the hoax dus to all the bad plants that keep them exited betting whethet it's MJ or not?

Food for thought.

I totally agree if this is really going on then yes it needs to be shut down. But I was referring to the postings we keep getting by TMZ and just in reference to this particular one as some sort of clue in the hoax. Could be suggesting that Michael's "death" is a game of cat and mouse.

Some more thoughts:
Wasn't TS asking for 777 soldiers in the Army of Love to be able to start action or did I lose my memory? Didn't we just cross this number?

And does "playing with fire" not only come up with a circus-like juggler image but also with "danger is ahead, watch what you are doing"?

The article also mentions some "wannabe gambling tycoons" and shows stacks of "gambling money". (We know about who is gambling with us and piling up money, don't we.)

The link to Vegas points to 3 parts:

I really can't imagine that's one of TMZ's most read stories, so why is it listed..?  Has he indeed rebuilt Mike's face, if it ever was changed after the Bad era..?  Just think back of the Liberian Girl pic that recently was added to MJJ Pictures, in which he looks identical to the original pic, but just aged...

And when you click on that link, here is the information. I'll highlight what I think is interesting. I think it's interesting because to me it looks like he could have been planning this since 2005-6 and the fact that there is going to be a live show next year? Also, the person behind this is a gaming dealmaker and now today we have the story about a casino? I guess the ending is appropriate too...it remains to be seen.

The Jacko Has Landed -- In Vegas

12/25/2006 5:44 AM PST by TMZ Staff

Merry Christmas, Las Vegas! It looks like you're getting the King of Pop under your tree this year.

Michael Jackson has decided to end his self-imposed exile in Ireland and Bahrain, and make his big "comeback" in that city of broken dreams, Las Vegas. Us Weekly reports that the singer has already moved into a mansion in Vegas and that he's working on a deal to do a live show on the Strip, joining Celine Dion, Prince and others.

Jack Wishna, described as "gaming dealmaker," is the force behind Jackson's triumphant return to U.S. shores, and he tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal that Jackson "is poised to return to the top" of showbiz. Just after Jackson was acquitted in June 2005, the TV show "Celebrity Justice" reported that Jackson had struck a deal with Steve Wynn to perform in Vegas. Peeps for Wynn and Jacko then told "CJ" that the story wasn't true. It just remains to be seen, doesn't it?

"Playing with Fire" could also somehow be referring back to that Pepsi "accident" that had Michael's hair on fire.

TMZ MJ heritage speaks no family heritage 8-)

It is considered heritage all property and rights belonging to a personNatural or legal . Historically the idea of heritage was linked to that of Inheritance. For example, RAE given as first meaning of the term " Finance someone has inherited from his ancestors . "

The word is also used to refer to the ownership of an individual, regardless whatever we have acquired.[1] From this point of view , the individual may be either a person natural or Legal. So we talk about Business assets: The set of goods, rights and liabilitiesBelonging to a firm as a legal person , and which are the economic and financial means through which it can meet its objectives.[2] (See "Equity accounting"And"Pools of assets" in accounting. ,

In reference to real people , and from a standpoint of wide use , the less accurate the term - " the inherited "generally refers to goods and rights to which individuals have access as members of community. For example, we often speak of heritage and inheritance due to a family membership . But there are " heritage "to which individuals have access as members of larger communities , such as regional heritage and / or national (eg Industrial heritage; National Heritage of Spain; Historical Heritage ( Spain)) - but there are so-called cultural heritage (See also Intangible Cultural Heritage, Architectural Heritage, Etc.), and even World Heritage.

On the legal concept meaning something like "the set of legal relations pertaining to a person with a utility economic and are therefore susceptible pecuniary estimation , and whose legal relations are constituted by rights and duties ( assets and liabilities.)[3] From this point of view considering the value of a capital asset is deducted from the value of the same charges who are taxing the assets .

I was reading something about a potential World War 3 http://www.threeworldwars.com/world-war-3/ww3.htm (http://www.threeworldwars.com/world-war-3/ww3.htm) which made me remember of the use in one TMZ article of "diabolical plan" and the Nazi Flick Fan article. And now we have "Playing with fire" "Conquer" "Death" "Partial Victory" "Memorial". Maybe this has something to do with war and Michael is telling us that another third war is in the making.

If you have read about Albert Pike (a Satanist and founder of the KKK among other things, he even has a statue in Washington D.C.  :? ) he wrote something about the three necessary world war to make I quote "the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view." Sounds like a diabolical plan to me.

Arnie said that he will save face Michael.
Out below what was said last year, this is in the old forum, the video and you can not see, :?

Dr. Arnold Klein

Michael Jackson’s skin doctor Arnold Klein was completely rebuilding the star’s ravaged face in the run-up to his This Is It comeback shows.

Klein desperately tried to make the King of Pop appear “more normal” for his 50-date run at London’s O2 Arena after years of cosmetic surgery left the singer’s face severely scarred and acne-ridden

Elvis-Themed Casino Coming to Las Vegas Strip

Thursday, March 27, 2008

LAS VEGAS —  The company that owns the licensing rights to the name and image of Elvis Presley is continuing with plans to build a casino devoted to the King on the Las Vegas Strip, according to a Securities and Exchange Commisson filing.

New York-based FX Real Estate and Entertainment said the project, planned for an 18-acre site across from the CityCenter development, hinges on whether the company can raise capital through debt and equity financing.

The development has a $3.1 billion price tag, not including land costs, financing and additional pre-opening costs, the filing said.

FX declined to comment Wednesday beyond the filing.

It told the SEC that it hoped to aim at the "upper strata of the luxury market," and that design plans were in flux "in relation to the demands of the Las Vegas market."

The project is scheduled to begin construction in the first quarter of 2009 with a completion date of late 2012, the filing said.

First phase plans include an "Elvis-inspired" luxury hotel and casino and a separate hotel-condominium. FX will own and operate the 2,269-room hotel and 93,000-square-foot casino.

A separate project, with 778 hotel rooms and 147 condominiums, will be operated by a joint-venture partner.

A 206,000-square-foot convention space, retail space, restaurants and showroom also is planned.

Developers hope to tap into the market for Elvis-themed weddings with several wedding chapels, a bridal and flower shop, and wedding reception and banquet areas.

An interactive multimedia Elvis experience, a boutique and an Elvis memorabilia store are also planned for the project.

FX has a licensing agreement with Elvis Presley Enterprises allowing the company to use the name and certain assets from the entertainer's estate.

The company acquired the land through six separate transactions totaling $221.3 million, or $12.5 million per acre, between March 1998 and May 2005.

The site is currently occupied by several retail store and restaurants, including the Harley-Davidson Cafe and Smith & Wollensky. It generated $21.4 million in revenue for FX mainly through rental income.

The ace of spades has been a lingering motive in the scenario since quite some time.

The eyes in the center of the dangerous album art work are embedded in what you could call a downwards directed ace of spades.

More on David Blaine and Michael:
