I have to disagree with you, if we report it on the site mentioned in the petition and collect enough signatures to bring that down I think it can be done
It's called "mjnewsonline" you tell me..isn't that popular enough? Anyone can access that site and i'm sure they won't even bother to search for the truth in regards to Michael, so that will be their conception about him (+ with a little help from the media)..

Apart from what we already know about Michael and the reason why we want it to be brought down, you can also mention in the description that they are spreading false information over the internet in chats and forums (thank you Gema =D) and that their twitter account was already closed because many people reported it.

In agreement with Mo and Souza here!! That "turning a blind eye attitude" was part of what allowed evil people to attack and try to tear Michael down years ago. I believe that if MORE people had raised hell over what was being done to him...we may have seen a different outcome. I know some were very vocal at the time but unfortunately....not nearly enough!!! Sneddons second bite at the apple may have been avoided if more had been done to raise awareness to just how rediculous the 1st allegations were!! Sadly, we can never turn back time and correct our failings but we can sure make it our goal to tear down any remaining vestiges of that awful filth that hurt Michael soooo deeply!!

One of the other posters stated to report it to GODADDY I went to there site and this is what I posted.
This site should not be allowed to be up and running. The man has passed on or may still be alive. Why would anyone want to do such a shameful thing? No matter what he was found innocent of all charges. His family and children should never have to see this. I know there is a thing called freedom of speech but I think this is just taking it a bit too far.

The real sad thing is that these people didn't know what happened in court, because the media didn't report it. If those journalists who were in court had done their jobs professionally, then the world would've agreed with the jury, and we would'nt have nasty minded websites like this appearing still.

Just received an answer from justice4mj.com and they told me they have just reported that site on godaddy. They also said (and I quote):
Sadly this is a personal site... freedom of speech. If it was a network or a corporation, we could go after them. The family can go after them for slander or libel. We as fans can't do much with this one.
There are many attacks like this if it is with a tv network or companies that we've had success on getting their hate and lies removed. We should concentrate on those. It's hard, but we can make a difference with those.
We need more signatures to create awareness and show them how many people are against those kind of sites so hopefully they can bring them down

I don't care if it's somebody's personal opinion and they have a "right" to say it, it's not any different if it's coming from the media because the tabloids are still the personal opinions of the people who print it.
Yeah theres freedom of speech but what these people are doing is simply spreading lies and hate it is PREJUDICE and thats not accepted. It's unnecessary, offensive, ignorance, and TOTALLY crossing a line. It's a hate crime! No human deserves a website dedicated to slandering their name, these people must be extremely jealous of Michael and bored with their pathetic lives so they feel they need to make everyone else as miserable as them.
It's one thing to have these opinions of Michael but to create this website and ask for donations is a completely different level.

Fellow MJ fans, it has been brought to my attention via Twitter via @dmoonstreet that there is an imposter/hater who is relentlessly causing trouble and dismay for Our Beloved King of Pop's fans. As I understand the person behind the trolling is trying to make MJ fans believe they are the ORIGINAL proprietor of a restpected MJ Fan website that was established in 2002.

"MJNO.COM (MJNEWSONLINE.COM) was started by a British fan called Paul around 2002/2003. For a few years it was THE main MJ forum, and Michael knew about the forum. It closed at the beginning of 2008, for a few reasons...[not to be discussed on here.]"
"I sent Paul a message this morning, when I saw on twitter fans talking about MJNO.NET."
"This is what he replied, some of which I condesensed and put on twitter. He said it was ok for me to pass on the info he sent me."
Paul's Reply:
"I am aware of that website, yes. Of course as you know, mjnewsonline.com is the real MJNO; this website was created by an old-time hater who had been trying to terrorise MJNO since it's very inception!
He popped up again after Michael's death, posting on forums pretending to be me, saying he was re-launching MJNO. No-one believed him of course, and this site is almost all that remains of his campaign.
This person has been around for maybe 6 years. He is relentless. The only thing to do is to ignore him - that has been the only proven way to get rid of him.
Yep, this guy is totally insane. But I must warn, he feeds off of attention. This site isn't new - anyone giving him any attention whatsoever will just encourage him to stick around. Take this from someone who has dealt with him directly over many years.
As for having the site removed, there's no grounds for doing that really. It's up to his web host to host the website, and if they decide not to anymore, someone else will host it. Even the act of trying to get the website removed will be enough to spur him on and continue trolling.
I honestly don't think that anyone would think that's the real MJNO, especially considering I still have the site up in some form at http://www.mjnewsonline.com (http://www.mjnewsonline.com). This guy is quite an idiot, and is utterly incapable of convincing anyone of...anything.
But of course, by all means, if this guy harasses anyone, it should be reported to the proper authorities - whether they be the police, or twitter staff, or whathaveyou. If I recall correctly, he is based in Texas.

Please be cautioned fellow MJ fans...though we haven't had to deal with this issue directly here, I believe it suffices to say that we need to keep our defenses up. This matter arose due to conversations on twitter by fellow MJ fans. With the amount of fans who are barely joining social networks to help them thru their grief, we must be certain that they are made aware of the dangerous trolls that are out there only set on damaging and tainting Michael's legacy.

Thanks again for informing us of this site so that we can bring it down (and bring down any others that this (and other) haters may try to put up.

On another site, it was brought to my attention that there are difficulties reporting channels as offensive on YouTube. This is my reply:
On page 1, I click on hate speech and then on Continue.
On page 2, I click Yes, and then on Continue.
On page 3, I click on "This user is using hate speech against a protected group," and then on Continue.
On page 4, I enter the name of the offending user (the user's youtube link minus the http://www.youtube.com/ (http://www.youtube.com/)) and then click Continue.
On page 5, I click on "[UserName] is using hate speech against a protected group," then click on any one of the options below that, and then click on Continue.
On page 6, I select "Videos" and select any offensive videos. If the user has no videos uploaded, I go to the user's channel and click on an offensive favorite video. Then I click on share, highlight the url for the video, and copy-and-paste it into the box provided on the safety help page. Then I delete everything to the right of youtube.com/ and then click "Find Video". When the video is displayed, I click the box next to the video; and hten I click Continue.
On page 7, I click on "block user" and then on Continue.
On page 8, I say (for Blanket666Jackson or ParisJacksonEatsShit), "Impersonates a minor child for the purposes of attacking the person, character, and/or reputation of that child's father." I also mention the name(s) of any group(s) which that user is involved in that might be targeting protected groups; and I provide the urls of the group sites. For instance, regarding the ParisJacksonEatsShit channel, I stated "Impersonates a minor child for the purpose of attacking the person, character, and reputation of her father. User is a member of "House of Pain" http://www.youtube.com/group/melissagroup (http://www.youtube.com/group/melissagroup) which targets minority groups and their friends for "punishment" which "will not be pretty." Then I click Continue. And that concludes the report.
Occasionally, YouTube redirects me to the wrong page; and I have to start all over again. Sometimes this happens several times; and it becomes frustrating; but I go through the process until I successfully report the channel. I will not give up in speaking up for those who cannot speak up for themselves.
