Hi, I was just listening to this radio show, aired yesterday, and listen around the 80min mark. This is a caller who says he is the nephew of one of MJ's bodyguards. He has some interesting things to say! Check it out and tell me what you think??

i was wondering the same..only one thing niggles me, please correct me if i am wrong, did he say he hasn't seen his uncle since the memorial, but he knows he is still being paid?? :?... so i take it he hasn't heard from him...i would be worried if anyone in my family disappeared...or its just this guy knows more..any thoughts? i really want to get excited.. :?

I listened to the entire show. It was well done--Maura, Tom and another speaker made some interesting observations. Maura emphasized that she thinks Michael did this for a very important reason, including allowing his children, now that they were older, to have a normal life, go to school, have friends, etc. It was informative. The caller was amazing--he DID sound sincere.

Come on, they (Katherine, Murray and Michael) had that conversation in a secure room (no cameras no micros) 2 days before he "died" for 3 hours!
I remember when Michael told Randy Philips the day before all happened "Thank you, I can take it from here"

I agree that if this is real it could be huge. But I also agree that if he hasn't seen or heard from his uncle than how does he know that he is still getting paid by the same account. I also found it interesting that he believes that Katherine is in on this. As we have said many times before her silence speaks volumes.

What he might have ment was that he knows that he got payed from michaels account from the time he died until the momorial.
So he probably assumed he still got paid after that aswell, atleast since he left with the message on his email. He also said they where really close, so if it wasen't important I would guess his uncle would tell him whats up.
Just put yourself in his situation, your uncle was mj's bodyguard, and suddenly goes away without saying anything after MJs memorial.
You would assume he was still with him, atleast since he got payed atleast till the memorial was finished.
and with the message on his email "I'm on a important mission" or whatever, don't remember words for words, but you get the idea :)

Right maybe he knows he still gets paid from someone else in his family..
If he stills get payed then he (bodyguard) is still working for Michael..

as exciting as this is he does contradict himself because he says katherine n conrad murray were together 2 days before 25th for 3 hours indicating something dodgy was goin on.....and after he says michael did have heart problems that day ...I dont think michael would actually have real heart probs if he was planning to fake his death im not making much sense but i hope u get what i mean :?

Tri-State native Marvin Butts, who was Jackson's bodyguard during three of his tours, said that he was moved that so many others remember his friend as he does.
He said that Jackson was a giving, fun-loving shy man who also happened to be a brilliant entertainer.
At least he was telling the truth about a bodyguard named Marvin! :D

Yeah I also thought the "heart problem" was a dodgy one, but what crossed my mind was that he wasn't supposed to know what was really going on. So from his view at the house on the 25th it seemed like michael was sick.
Cause that would make sense since his uncle hasnt said anything about michael or anything about what happend.Cause he isn't supposed to know

Yes you are right he said it and the dancers and so on still have a contract, so you can see it as a huge clue too...but maybe we should really be careful with this information. I am wondering too why this person talkes about this on a radio station...it is good for us but at the same time...I don´t know, maybe this is really to good to be true!

I can't listen but judging from the comments. A guy whose uncle was one of Michael's bodyguards he hasn't seen his uncle since the memorial and he's still getting paid from the same account as he was before Michael ''died''. Did I get that right and did he say anything else?

Okey first I want to say, I havent posed much, not been a long member, though I've been watching this site for a very long time, but diden't bother to post or reg until a little while ago, anyway.
Michael was all about security, we all know that.
Cam's in all room, except his private office.
Now, many of the jackson's say that Murray killed him, trials here and there, nothing goes on.
This is the most known person on the planet, no one have been charged for the "murder".
IF this really was a murder, don't you guys really think that there would be any security cams picking up what really happend?
Then the police would use that as proof. That makes sense right?
I mean, even shitty subway cams can idenify people on them, so why wouldent a cam inside a room do that aswell?
The caller also said they where sitting in the Security room watching all the cam's. Witch would mean (I assume of course) that he had access to the videos that dissapaird. Witch would make sense since hes the guy that left with michael. Cause he (the bodyguard) took the videos so it would stall the investigation, cause that would give Michael his time.

What I don't understand is why Michael would fly out of the room upset. What was that all about? I wonder if with all the planning that some things don't necessarily go with how Michael has planned it out, and he has to make adjustments along the way. But at least this guy thinks MJ's alive, and that's worth a lot from a close to insider!

I'm wondering if the pics of the kids were all taken previously, and are just released occasionally to keep the idea going that they're living with Katherine. MJ controls what and when we see. What crossed my mind when he said jackson left upset was that, he dident completly agree with the way it was gonna happen.
In the sense that Murray might come out as the bad guy. Maybe Michael diden't want that, and rather be seen as a self overdose.
the kathrine and murray talk might have been about that.

I am thinking the same...IF this is murder (which doesn´t make sense to me really) this should be on the tape an since this tapes are missing and this bodyguard too they should look after him too...but nothing about it in the media anymore. I believe that when MJ is dead that this was just a weird accident and not murder. I just don´t buy this story. Either MJ is dead by accident (but the whole Propofol story is just CRAZY!!!) or he is alive! I do not believe in this murder theorie this sounds like a made up story even by the family members!

Humm you make a very good point. I didn't agree with you at first, but then I thought about that interview with Jermaine and Jafar, when that whole stun gun incident happened.
It was like Jafar didn't remember that they played together, or went to karate every week with his cousins...

There have been footages (i.e the karate class)..the awards and so on, so I don't think they are constantly with Michael..
They might see their dad but I doubt they live with him

He didn't sound worried about his uncle at all. Perhaps! his uncle told him that he would be gone for an indefinite amount of time. He seems to be confident that MJ is alive. Why would a dead man have money deposited into his uncle's (former bodyguard)account every month? Also, Katherine sure has been mute on getting justice for her son's murder. All of the family has been hunting for heads. The son that provided such a lavcious lifestyle has been murdered and she has said nothing. Let's not forget the 3 hr conversation she had with Murray behind closed doors with no security systems. I wish I had been a fly on the wall. I am just thankful that we have people in the world that is speaking up about him being alive. All of us are not crazy and in denial like we have been told so many times. Keep the Faith! :D

The fact that this person is on a "Internet" based radio show in the first place speaks volumes to me. This means he knows about the hoax death and he just happens to have some "inside" information and shares it with us. I was taken to this site through twitter, so I'm sure many many others have found it too. What a better way for giving us another"clue" on the 25th after no "BAM" from Michael!! This is a mini bam of sorts, just to let us know that Michael is alive and well protected! This is great news to me.
Like he said, Michael had security cameras , and a security office with all the monitors, so this would probably mean that someone was "watching" those cameras on the night and morning of the 25th. They could see everything that went on, who went in and out of Michaels room, yet the tapes "mysteriously" disappear? Yeah right...This young man has confirmed for me that Michael is alive and he knew exactly what he was doing!!!

i was wondering the same..only one thing niggles me, please correct me if i am wrong, did he say he hasn't seen his uncle since the memorial, but he knows he is still being paid?? :?... so i take it he hasn't heard from him...i would be worried if anyone in my family disappeared...or its just this guy knows more..any thoughts? i really want to get excited.. :?
He didn't sound worried about his uncle at all. Perhaps! his uncle told him that he would be gone for an indefinite amount of time. He seems to be confident that MJ is alive. Why would a dead man have money deposited into his uncle's (former bodyguard)account every month? Also, Katherine sure has been mute on getting justice for her son's murder. All of the family has been hunting for heads. The son that provided such a lavcious lifestyle has been murdered and she has said nothing. Let's not forget the 3 hr conversation she had with Murray behind closed doors with no security systems. I wish I had been a fly on the wall. I am just thankful that we have people in the world that is speaking up about him being alive. All of us are not crazy and in denial like we have been told so many times. Keep the Faith! :D

So, this guy is basically saying that 2 days before MJ died, Katherine, MJ, and Conrad talked in a 100% private room for 3 hours and his uncle, MJ's bodyguard, still works for Michael, because he's exile, and still gets paid... hmm, i want to believe this, but how do we know it's legit? This could just be a random guy calling and saying this to play with our minds. :?

After listening to this I think I might have changed my mind about who all is involved. Do you all remember when the brothers were talking about trying to see him and they had to make an appointment just to see him. The bodyguards would not let the family see him unless MJ said it was okay. Here is my thought: I think that Katherine, Murray, the bodyguards, Frank Dileo and the children and maybe Janet are the only ones who knew about what was going to happen. Think about it, all the other family members are trying to make money off of Michael. Jermaine, Tito, Marlon, Latoya, not sure about Randy or Rebbie and definitly Joe. Katherine is keeping quiet, his long-term bodyguards are keeping quiet, Janet is keeping quiet. The missing security tapes are with the bodyguard and Michael. I think MJ kept these people out of the hoax, simply because he couldn't trust them, and he knew they would try to make money off of him. I always had my doubts about Joe knowing about it.
I also don't think that this has been planned for years. I think it was something that started the planning process not long after MJ found out about the concert dates going from 10 to 50. I think MJ was in a panic and knew that he could not do that many shows. He knew that people were trying to get to him and they didn't care about the cost.
Of course, all of the above are just my opinions. I have no facts or proof to back up what I said. I wish I did.

Yes you guys are right about him saying he was in London. I feel like he was rushing to get everything out he may have said some things wrong; he does slip up a few times, but he clearly says he was in London O2 announcement.
I think we need to give this person the benefit of the doubt like we do anyother person. If he was lying how did he know about the Marvin guy? and he said more stuff to Maura and Tom on the phone. There probably know more about the details than we do...

Mykidsmum, I just listened to the caller again and I think you mistook what he said. He never said anything about being in London until 2 days before Michael's death, he clearly describes these as 2 different events.
*he says he was at the O2 announcements in London
*he says he was at Carrolwood 2 days before the "death" (presumably on 6-23) in the security room during the alleged 3 hour Katherine-Murray meeting
*he says on 6-25 (or "that day") he "landed at LA(X) like literally 15-20 minutes before the 911 call went out", he never mentions where he flew in from
So the caller lands at LAX at noon(ish) from an unknown origination, and arrives at Carrolwood as the paramedics got there (12:30ish).
Sounds realistic at least. Some people are always flying from place to place, it's perfectly normal for them. I don't see any in discrepancies like your post indicates mykidsmum.
This guy goes on and on and on uninterrupted for the most part. It's tough to go on that long winded without contradicting yourself especially with as elaborate a story as he tells. I haven't found any contradictions yet but that doesn't mean there aren't any.
Additionally worthy to note, the caller initially refers to the "murder" of Michael Jackson and doesn't admit to thinking this is possibly a hoax until asked directly.
I just think in our frustration we shouldn't be too quick to write off some of the information we get offered.

Listen to it again...he does NOT say he was in London UNTIL 2 days before he passed away. He said "I was there in London when he did This is It announcement (which was March 5). I was also there two days before he passed."
So he could have been travelling with his Uncle during the London annoucement and also with him in LA. He would have had plenty of time to get back to LA after in the March announcement to when MJ "passed" in June. ;)

The caller does not say where he was returning from. All he says is that his landed 15-20 minutes before the 911 call was placed. We know that the call was 911 was placed at 12:21pm. The caller's plane then landed at between 12:01-12:06pm. We also Know that supposedly paramedics took a few minutes to arrive on scene. If you look on the map this is possible.

So how is the caller lying?

My issue really is those 2 things because he wouldn't have knowns something was wrong as the 911 call hadn't gone out yet. So what did this guy live at the Carolwood house too? :lol:

If he wants to help or whatever, why not go to a TV or video youtube or TMZ? Whenever something happens to fool us they go to the radio? Remember the recording of a radio interview in Los Angeles claimed to be of abril/10 with the alleged impersonator Barry Shaw and he was unmasked as the interview was with Michael himself far behind the times? I think we must not only be animated, but with one foot back and to investigate the right things. :roll: :?:

Wow! Michael has always completely trusted his mom. She might be a JW but she's still flexible for the hoax, and knows how to keep a secret. What I don't understand is why Michael would fly out of the room upset. What was that all about? I wonder if with all the planning that some things don't necessarily go with how Michael has planned it out, and he has to make adjustments along the way. He has to be some kind of a leader to direct all these people with their personalities and egos, and desire for money, and know who might betray him. But at least this guy thinks MJ's alive, and that's worth a lot from a close to insider!
If Michael is in exile with this guard, are the kids with him? I'm wondering if the pics of the kids were all taken previously, and are just released occasionally to keep the idea going that they're living with Katherine. MJ controls what and when we see. The only occasions they had to be in LA were the Memorial, funeral, and Awards (and MJ came too ;) ).
Like every clue this one leaves us with more questions than answers.
I think maybe because, as you said Kathrine is a very religious person, I'd assume that she didnt agreed on the hoax, so that's why kat and murray had long 3 hour discussion

All I know is that we shouldn't dismiss ANYTHING, until we have some proof one way or the other...what did this guy have to gain by calling in to this particular show?? Hmmmm..... Clues do pop up in the strangest places when we least expect it. Maybe more people will now start speaking up cause it has been 1yr. Maybe we are in another phase of this journey? if you listen carefully enough you'll clearly understand his story makes perfect sense. He was in London during the 02 conference.
Later he said he was in Cali 2 days before mj passed which is also when katherine and murray and their 3 hour conversation!
Its very possible he flew somewhere from that time till June 25 when he landed back in LA.
Also I think this is some really inside stuff...I dont think its that easy to just make up a whole story like this I mean if it was false and could easily be proven wrong then I think it would've been done by now! Plus they said that FAMILY MEMBERS listen to that show. If this guy was not legit I think somebody would have called in by now to say hey none of that is true!

That's what I was wondering. Clues placed strategically at the right time. Does anyone know the exact day this interview and this caller was. If he gave info dangerous to the hoax, would not Michael somehow have shut it down or had it deleted? On the other hand about this guy's flight to and from. I could accept just happening to be in one key place to observe an MJ event, but 2 important events, is very unlikely. That's suspicious to me. Maybe TMZ will make a note of it to confirm it.

It is not going to happen in one fell swoop, like many believe...it is multi-layered and spread out over time and we are in complete control of how quickly it will reach its finale....READ YOUR T.S.!!!!!!!.....it is being spoon fed to us incrementally....Michael has provided us with a MULTITUDE of clues over the course of this past year....so many, it is making our heads spin, isn't it?......to think that something HUGE in the way of a BAM would have happened on the Anniversary seemed way too cliche for me....too obvious....the day AFTER is when this latest clue hits the Forum in a big way...this is a HOT thread today...and what is Today, 6-26-10? Well, for one thing, tonight is a FULL MOON at 11:32 PM PDT (1 + 1 + 3 + 2 = SEVEN!!!!!!!) and in the early hours of this morning in the Western part of the US, there was a partial Lunar Eclipse...Michael has a ton of Moon symbolism in his Art and Music...for instance, can we say, THE MOONWALK in unison please?
Michael is simply in the "Buttoning and Unbuttoning My Shirt or Jacket or Whatever This Is" Phase right now....(I'm paraphrasing his line from TII ending here)....we must be PATIENT!!
It is ENTIRELY within the realm of possibility that it was planned by Michael that this nephew of his long time bodyguard be enlisted to deliver the next clue....and it was a goody!
You can hear sincerity in a voice. He had it. I think he realized what a huge task he had been given, got a little nervous and may have said a few things too quickly or out of order and that is why we are seeing "holes" or questioning if he is legit....but this has a different feeling to me....this feels really big...

I must admit, the young man convinced me. He did sound sincere. :D I will also say, I watched many of you say yesterday "Michael, we need a clue, we need something", etc. , because it was the 1 year mark. This may be very well a little help from MJ, so let's not disregard it so fast.
Pretty soon it will be a year since the Memorial service as well. We might get another hint that day too.

It's possible if Marvin is still being paid and has disappeared he may be with Michael. He's not one of the three that are writing the book is he?
This is huge... It all makes so much sense regarding Katherine. The behavior that Katherine and Joe exhibit does not make sense. Katherine goes about in silence and really has shown little emotion. Joe runs around like a lunatic filing lawsuits and rambling about things. He has either been kept out of the whole thing or he's acting.
This is a great find.

My personal belief about the BAM is this:
It is not going to happen in one fell swoop, like many believe...it is multi-layered and spread out over time and we are in complete control of how quickly it will reach its finale....READ YOUR T.S.!!!!!!!.....it is being spoon fed to us incrementally....Michael has provided us with a MULTITUDE of clues over the course of this past year....so many, it is making our heads spin, isn't it?......to think that something HUGE in the way of a BAM would have happened on the Anniversary seemed way too cliche for me....too obvious....the day AFTER is when this latest clue hits the Forum in a big way...this is a HOT thread today...and what is Today, 6-26-10? Well, for one thing, tonight is a FULL MOON at 11:32 PM PDT (1 + 1 + 3 + 2 = SEVEN!!!!!!!) and in the early hours of this morning in the Western part of the US, there was a partial Lunar Eclipse...Michael has a ton of Moon symbolism in his Art and Music...for instance, can we say, THE MOONWALK in unison please?
Michael is simply in the "Buttoning and Unbuttoning My Shirt or Jacket or Whatever This Is" Phase right now....(I'm paraphrasing his line from TII ending here)....we must be PATIENT!!
It is ENTIRELY within the realm of possibility that it was planned by Michael that this nephew of his long time bodyguard be enlisted to deliver the next clue....and it was a goody!
You can hear sincerity in a voice. He had it. I think he realized what a huge task he had been given, got a little nervous and may have said a few things too quickly or out of order and that is why we are seeing "holes" or questioning if he is legit....but this has a different feeling to me....this feels really big...
My other theory about the BAM is this and it too is a BIGGY....
MICHAEL IS WATCHING THIS HOAX FORUM LIKE A HAWK EVERY MINUTE HE IS AWAKE>>>>>The Hoax Forum is one of the KEY ELEMENTS he has recognized as necessary to pull this off....there had to be a clearinghouse of ideas for people to get on board and figure it out....TMZ is another such element....THE FAMILY is another KEY element....HE CAN'T DO THIS ALONE!!!

Well! I listened and I didn't feel the guy was lying about anything. We don't know if MJ wanted to this get out to the public or not? Afterall, he's the one orchastrating all of these events that's going on. No one feels that it's strange that on his death anniversary we hear this? Did anyone hear Carlotta tell the guy that she believed that if all he was saying was true then perhaps it wouldn't be safe for him to say anything? The guy said it was okay. Now, IMHO this is the sign that we have been looking for all of this time. MJ is in exile (he's safe and alive). This was all planned out by MJ. He loves his fans. Don't you think he has been watching and reading about his fans and what we have been going through since his death? He loves and cares for us and he wanted to put our mind and hearts at ease. I don't believe his song Keep the Faith was playing coincidentally either. I am happy quite frankly. Keep the Faith!

Just one question that has been eating at me though, and I'm sorry if it's off topic or the question has already been asked... If MJ comes back, what threat is he under regarding litigation? Can someone be sued for faking their own death? If so, does he dare come back? Wouldn't he be happier just loving life, loving his kids and living off the royalties his estate makes for the rest of his life?

So, this guy is basically saying that 2 days before MJ died, Katherine, MJ, and Conrad talked in a 100% private room for 3 hours and his uncle, MJ's bodyguard, still works for Michael, because he's exile, and still gets paid... hmm, i want to believe this, but how do we know it's legit? This could just be a random guy calling and saying this to play with our minds. :?

LOL he says he was in the security room 2 days before he died watching the meeting with Murray with his Uncle then he says he was getting off a plane in LA 15 minutes before the 911 call was placed and got to the residence as the ambulance was leaving....LOL! Then he says since his death he hasn't seen his uncle since the death and his uncle goes into exile but yet he knows his uncle is still getting paid...money still going into the account...how? He hasn't seen his Uncle since the death...

Just a thought about the random pics of the kids being released....the green bathing suit with blue circles that Paris had on is being sold at Target right now. So it's current. I know b/c I have an 8 year old who tried that exact suit on last week! So the pics may be released to show us they are with grandma or just elsewhere to show they are functioning....BUT they aren't old pics.
The caller seems very sincere. I believe him. I've thought all along that Kathrine was acting in a shady way. Loosing a child (5 or 50) is devastating. A parent never wants to bury a child. Kathrine is not showing one morsel of devastating or emotion. She comes from a time period where a woman stood by her man and did as she was told. Joe doesn't know about the hoax, but Katherine does. So she is conforming to her husband as not to tip him off. Hence the shady deals that are happening.
I think all the siblings know. Just not Joe.

Just because he hasn't heard from his Uncle in a long time, why is it so impossible that he knows he's still getting paid? There are ways. Plus he doesn't just say his uncle is still getting paid, he says all the bodyguards are still being paid.

I don't know if this guy is legit or not but did any of you think the possibility of Michael could have sent this guy to us? He knew how sad we were all because of the 1st anniversary and maybe he wanted to make us smile a little. What do you think? :)
I think you had a brilliant thought. :) But I worry the way that information appears, for example, by radio, the person does not appear or give a more concrete proof. I do not know, maybe it has to be secret so as not to harm and also Mike, but how are we sure? I'm afraid the same will happen to us what happens in relation to Elvis, 30 years of uncertainty. See, I do not want to be negative, just the opposite. Although I have said many times that I lost hope, now here I am back. ;)

Ok, I've been away from the forum for most of the day today, coming and reading a little this morning but this wasn't posted yet so I JUST now found it. OMG! If this guy is telling the truth, which I think he is because I didn't hear him contradict anything he was saying, this is REALLY huge guys! I know I said on the 25th that I didn't have an answer to why Katherine would be a part of unveiling that monument with Michael's birth and "death" date on it but if Dr. Murray and Katherine had that long of a conversation in a private, non-secured area of the house, then maybe he was able to convince her WHY Michael had to do this and she's just been playing her part ever since then. If this guy is really telling the truth, I sure hope he was sent by Michael to tell it because if he wasn't, then he's gonna be in a LOT of trouble for spilling the beans like this. He said he arrived at the house when the paramedics were there so for him, that day had to be a little real for him, at least at first, but then he goes on to answer the question of if he believes Michael is alive and he says, "Yes"! As far as the questions I have seen by people asking how he could know his uncle was still getting paid from Michael's account, that's easy to find out. Pay stubs (everyone has to get one, even on direct deposits) could have come in the mail to his uncle's house and he saw them or maybe he hasn't SEEN his uncle but he has talked to him via phone or email recently. I don't feel like he was doing a "tell all" in that call in but I do believe he was given permission to "leak" SOME information out for those of us that were feeling a little down about all of this since the 25th. I think this is Michael's way of telling us, "Just keep the faith and hang on, it's almost over!" :D

Thank you sweetie. I went to the site, and tried to figure it out but my browser keeps freezing. I don't understand why he would be upset with his uncle - surely he's considered that he just plain dead. I believe him. I don't like this.

Yah I agree. This all reminds me of a double-sided puzzle or a picture that you tilt and it shows another picture embedded. The one side is of a frightened, upset, controlled, bankrupt, murdered, druggie/emaciated Michael. The other side is of an alive, in control, money-saavy, healthy, genius Michael. All of the actors/family and staff are playing their parts well, and all the while slipping in their clues for the other picture. This is aside from the main messages about the NWO or 2012, which could literally be a third puzzle. We already have been given the majority of the pieces, and the remainder are the crucial pieces and are being given to us more carefully through assigned individuals. Just like when that fan went to the courthouse and the guard said Michael was in the building. It's their responsibility to pass them on. I too, feel Michael is here with us, watching. "Oh good, they got that one...and that one." I still think God is guiding and protecting him in all of this, and it's all achieving something profound and spectacular in the end. Also, Michael doesn't completely trust his mom for nothing; she's not your ordinary religious woman; she knew he was special at age 2.
I'm really hoping and asking that TS or TMZ give us some indication that we can trust this nephew of the guard. That would be my request. :)

The part that I was struggling with was how he could possibly know about his uncle still being paid on the one hand but also have no idea where he went when he disappeared a year ago...the two concepts seemed mutually exclusive...but you've given a couple of viable answers to that question...thank you, KacyLovesMJ! Perhaps he and his aunt have been agonizing over this disappearance all this time and have been too afraid to go to the authorities about it because she needs the money that is still being deposited into her account!

He says he is very close to his uncle, close enough to be allowed to be in the security office with the bodyguards....that in itself is something....do all the bodyguards get to bring their family members to work? Let's assume though that for whatever reason, perhaps the tenure Uncle Marvin had after working for Michael for so many years, Nephew was allowed that privilege.
He's also says he was at the O2 Announcement...again, the impression I get is that he is part of the Bodyguard Entourage...otherwise why would he flying over to England for the announcement? My impression is that he is not only American, but also lives in LA.
So he flies into LAX from somewhere on June 25th, but was in LA on June 23rd.... and gets over to Carolwood within 15 minutes....his story has a rushed element to it at this point....like he was told to get there ASAP....otherwise, why would he fly into LAX and IMMEDIATELY head over to Carolwood? it all seems to be true imo..i hope and pray!!
he said his uncle was still getting paid..it can be true..if it is a direct deposit then it would still be going into his account and if his uncle is married then that person has the right to see the bank statements to show..so that info can be true.. ;) mj may be giving his uncle cash on the side..out of the cash that was missing from his home lol..
the only question i really have at this point is...he said they were in a room that didnt have security cam or sound(if i heard right and i heard it on tv soooo idk)..but i thought the only room in the house that didnt have security cam and sound was mj bedroom??!!..
i like what he said about when calling his uncle phone..mission impossible or something like that heeh..wasnt there a post on here about a count down and someone said it stated the time and mission impossible???..or was that just in my head :lol: i always love it when i can laugh at myself..

If there isn't heavy traffic, he could have made it from LAX to Westwood. I live in Los Angeles and I can confirm. If there was heavy traffic then NO WAY! I also think that when someone says 15 minutes....it's not really 15. Just a figure of speech.

Have you all thought that maybe this has a more sinister implication, and that this person is trying to make us think that Katherine and Murray were in a room conspiring to kill Michael as horrible as that sounds I mean look at all the angles of every story.

MJsbasheret: I agree with you 100% but what I am saying is maybe this story is suggesting that scenario, not that I think Michael's sweet Mother would ever think or do such a thing. But we don't know all the minds of people behind every story or snippet that is put out in the press thats all I'm saying.

So, this guy is basically saying that 2 days before MJ died, Katherine, MJ, and Conrad talked in a 100% private room for 3 hours and his uncle, MJ's bodyguard, still works for Michael, because he's exile, and still gets paid... hmm, i want to believe this, but how do we know it's legit? This could just be a random guy calling and saying this to play with our minds. :?

LOL he says he was in the security room 2 days before he died watching the meeting with Murray with his Uncle then he says he was getting off a plane in LA 15 minutes before the 911 call was placed and got to the residence as the ambulance was leaving....LOL! Then he says since his death he hasn't seen his uncle since the death and his uncle goes into exile but yet he knows his uncle is still getting paid...money still going into the account...how? He hasn't seen his Uncle since the death...
So what if he was in LA with his uncle two days before he died? Does that mean he lives there? No

What a relief from the yesterday anniversary impression. I actually went to FL today too to see how is going. There were fans and all flowers and gifts everything were there untouched.
So, if this is really Michael Marvin's nephew as he claims and he says the truth, then this is a fan- hoaxers victory along with Michael!
Now it explains how and why we never seen tears on Katherine eyes, why she was not at FL yesterday crying eyes out and clildren too, how she could go Target for shopping, how she has been so calm all these 12 months, how she could be so happy at Dancing with Stars show, how come she never said a word, besides very recently about her book, not knoking doors of prosecution and judge to ask how come Murrey is still free, who pays Murrey's atorney fees and even alimony he owed his child, how come Joe did not saw his son's body. Katherine Jackson deserves to get "Oscar".
To me Jermain gave anoter "slip up" clue on the interview for "death" anniversary with Larry King when he said "I touched Michael to say good by, he was soft".

Ok, I've been away from the forum for most of the day today, coming and reading a little this morning but this wasn't posted yet so I JUST now found it. OMG! If this guy is telling the truth, which I think he is because I didn't hear him contradict anything he was saying, this is REALLY huge guys! I know I said on the 25th that I didn't have an answer to why Katherine would be a part of unveiling that monument with Michael's birth and "death" date on it but if Dr. Murray and Katherine had that long of a conversation in a private, non-secured area of the house, then maybe he was able to convince her WHY Michael had to do this and she's just been playing her part ever since then. If this guy is really telling the truth, I sure hope he was sent by Michael to tell it because if he wasn't, then he's gonna be in a LOT of trouble for spilling the beans like this. He said he arrived at the house when the paramedics were there so for him, that day had to be a little real for him, at least at first, but then he goes on to answer the question of if he believes Michael is alive and he says, "Yes"! As far as the questions I have seen by people asking how he could know his uncle was still getting paid from Michael's account, that's easy to find out. Pay stubs (everyone has to get one, even on direct deposits) could have come in the mail to his uncle's house and he saw them or maybe he hasn't SEEN his uncle but he has talked to him via phone or email recently. I don't feel like he was doing a "tell all" in that call in but I do believe he was given permission to "leak" SOME information out for those of us that were feeling a little down about all of this since the 25th. I think this is Michael's way of telling us, "Just keep the faith and hang on, it's almost over!" :D

Don't live there, so have no clue)...but again, perhaps he is SUPER close with his uncle, like a son....at the very least, he sounds like he had incredible access to the bodyguard shack and equipment. Very interesting that he says MJ's office was the ONLY room in the house that wasn't secure (didn't have cameras)... That means some security tapes really are missing. And even MJ's bedroom wasn't secure, I'm sure there were security cameras in other rooms and in the hallways. I also noticed the following:
1. "Michael went through a lot of doctors before he got to Conrad" and Katherine was involved in the vetting & hiring process. That indicates that Katherine was in regular contact with Michael! It also shows that Michael couldn't have just picked a good-for-nothing supposed "cardiologist"...

yeah I also find it's odd that the employes were fired not long after the incident ..
I think only 2 reason for do that
first, to shut up the employes for leaked the news OR
second, the employes that were fired went with michael to exile to take care of him maybe .. :?

My personal belief about the BAM is this:
It is not going to happen in one fell swoop, like many believe...it is multi-layered and spread out over time and we are in complete control of how quickly it will reach its finale....READ YOUR T.S.!!!!!!!.....it is being spoon fed to us incrementally....Michael has provided us with a MULTITUDE of clues over the course of this past year....so many, it is making our heads spin, isn't it?......to think that something HUGE in the way of a BAM would have happened on the Anniversary seemed way too cliche for me....too obvious....the day AFTER is when this latest clue hits the Forum in a big way...this is a HOT thread today...and what is Today, 6-26-10? Well, for one thing, tonight is a FULL MOON at 11:32 PM PDT (1 + 1 + 3 + 2 = SEVEN!!!!!!!) and in the early hours of this morning in the Western part of the US, there was a partial Lunar Eclipse...Michael has a ton of Moon symbolism in his Art and Music...for instance, can we say, THE MOONWALK in unison please?

Someone wants us to continue working on this investigation which is a positive thing. It says to me that what we are doing is invaluable. I don't know if its the prosecutors who will be bringing folk to justice, TMZ, or Michael, himself, but whom ever it is, desperately does not want us to stop. There is enough information on here for us to start making some arrests ourselves, citizen arrests if nothing else. I feel like this is major in that it has changed the script. Many who had said they were on the verge of leaving just 2 days ago just got a second wind. How freakin clever is that :idea:

I thought that a hoax site was an investigative site and that would mean investigating any and ALL leads, whereby after a thorough pulling apart at the seams, the info is deemed legit or bogus. If I am correct, then this is just the kind of stuff that keeps US going. Without it we would be at times STUCK. Currently, this is one of the best pieces out here worthy to investigate IMO. Everything starts out questionable. This clue is no exception, and a darn good one if I might add.

Thank you for this info....listening again, I think Nephew also says "15 or 20 minutes"....I agree....we all use the phrase "15 minutes" as a way of saying "a very short time". Still, it sounds like he got pretty lucky with L.A. traffic that day!
Also, I agree with your comment to Nefari about Katherine being incapable of knowingly causing harm to her son...BTW, I totally get what Nefari meant....at first, I had the same thoughts about Nephew continually using the word, "shady" in regard to Katherine....but I think he really meant it more like, "she's in on something" and her actions don't really add up if Michael was truly dead.
Here's my take on what this guy saw on the security cameras:
He says that Mike was in there with his mom and "stormed out"...then Murray went in and she was in there with him for 3 hours...when they came out, they looked all "Buddy Buddy"....could it be that Mike stormed out because he was frustrated that she wasn't going along with The Plan and that's when CM stepped in and after 3 hours hours, obviously got through to her?

After listening to this I think I might have changed my mind about who all is involved. Do you all remember when the brothers were talking about trying to see him and they had to make an appointment just to see him. The bodyguards would not let the family see him unless MJ said it was okay. Here is my thought: I think that Katherine, Murray, the bodyguards, Frank Dileo and the children and maybe Janet are the only ones who knew about what was going to happen. Think about it, all the other family members are trying to make money off of Michael. Jermaine, Tito, Marlon, Latoya, not sure about Randy or Rebbie and definitly Joe. Katherine is keeping quiet, his long-term bodyguards are keeping quiet, Janet is keeping quiet. The missing security tapes are with the bodyguard and Michael. I think MJ kept these people out of the hoax, simply because he couldn't trust them, and he knew they would try to make money off of him. I always had my doubts about Joe knowing about it.
I also don't think that this has been planned for years. I think it was something that started the planning process not long after MJ found out about the concert dates going from 10 to 50. I think MJ was in a panic and knew that he could not do that many shows. He knew that people were trying to get to him and they didn't care about the cost.
Of course, all of the above are just my opinions. I have no facts or proof to back up what I said. I wish I did.
But what about the story that Latoya saw Michael body and touched him. I think your thoughts are good and I understand how you come to this conclusion but the story from Latoya contradicts your opinion that she doesn´t know what is going on. :|

I can't really put my finger on it, I just don't think she is involved. I remember her saying that Paris had bought a necklace with a split heart, she gave one to her dad and she kept one for herself. But, someone had said that there was pictures of Paris before the 25th with that necklace on. Also, correct me if I am wrong, Latoya had also said that Michael was buried with his glove on, yet on the 20/20 special, Michael Bush said that he was not buried with it. It is just alot of contridicting sayings from Latoya. IMO, there are only a handful of people that knows about this. I think Michael only included people he could trust with his life. Latoya just likes to talk too much. Also, in the first charge on Michael, she was blabbing her mouth about how MJ could have done it. That is someone that I would not include to trust with my life.

(CINCINNATI) -- Marvin G. Butts, III got his first job investigating his own father's death. When his dad died, Marvin's mother told her five-year-old son that the cause had been a heart attack.

everybody can't be included. The reason I think that there is so much confusion in the Jackson family right now is because certain members know things that the others don't know, and they obviously feel that something is up. Not being able to come clean with the outsiders has got to be putting a strain on the relationships. Those in the know would have to remain vigilante and not let their secret slip. Others have to play their parts unknowingly and does not understand why things are being done the way they are being done and getting majorly frustrated, etc. such as Randy who obviously feels like the step child right about now.

After listening to this I think I might have changed my mind about who all is involved. Do you all remember when the brothers were talking about trying to see him and they had to make an appointment just to see him. The bodyguards would not let the family see him unless MJ said it was okay. Here is my thought: I think that Katherine, Murray, the bodyguards, Frank Dileo and the children and maybe Janet are the only ones who knew about what was going to happen. Think about it, all the other family members are trying to make money off of Michael. Jermaine, Tito, Marlon, Latoya, not sure about Randy or Rebbie and definitly Joe. Katherine is keeping quiet, his long-term bodyguards are keeping quiet, Janet is keeping quiet. The missing security tapes are with the bodyguard and Michael. I think MJ kept these people out of the hoax, simply because he couldn't trust them, and he knew they would try to make money off of him. I always had my doubts about Joe knowing about it.
I also don't think that this has been planned for years. I think it was something that started the planning process not long after MJ found out about the concert dates going from 10 to 50. I think MJ was in a panic and knew that he could not do that many shows. He knew that people were trying to get to him and they didn't care about the cost.
Of course, all of the above are just my opinions. I have no facts or proof to back up what I said. I wish I did.
But what about the story that Latoya saw Michael body and touched him. I think your thoughts are good and I understand how you come to this conclusion but the story from Latoya contradicts your opinion that she doesn´t know what is going on. :|
LaToya has to be in the hoax..she give the coroner (if i'm not wrong..) and FL the information about Michael. Wasn't she the only one in charge to do so?

But the Story of Latoya has also conflicts... One time she said when she touched him, he was cold. The other time she said he looked like he was sleeping and his body was still warm...

I can't really put my finger on it, I just don't think she is involved. I remember her saying that Paris had bought a necklace with a split heart, she gave one to her dad and she kept one for herself. But, someone had said that there was pictures of Paris before the 25th with that necklace on. Also, correct me if I am wrong, Latoya had also said that Michael was buried with his glove on, yet on the 20/20 special, Michael Bush said that he was not buried with it. It is just alot of contridicting sayings from Latoya. IMO, there are only a handful of people that knows about this. I think Michael only included people he could trust with his life. Latoya just likes to talk too much. Also, in the first charge on Michael, she was blabbing her mouth about how MJ could have done it. That is someone that I would not include to trust with my life.

I think you had a brilliant thought. :) But I worry the way that information appears, for example, by radio, the person does not appear or give a more concrete proof. I do not know, maybe it has to be secret so as not to harm and also Mike, but how are we sure? I'm afraid the same will happen to us what happens in relation to Elvis, 30 years of uncertainty. See, I do not want to be negative, just the opposite. Although I have said many times that I lost hope, now here I am back. ;)

Maybe he just wants us to get things, not everybody (especially his enemies etc) We still hesitate, we still have lots of questions in our minds, we sometimes lose hope but suddenly we get another clue from him and we start to believe again. about 911: Michael's timeline is everywhere on the internet, he might have read when did the ambulance come or even easier, he knows the timing because he was there. He arrived there when the ambulance was leaving Encino. When something this huge happens it marks you that much that you know the exact hour, minute, seconds, place and people surrounding you.. Come on I still remember where I was the day Michael "died"..everything! I see it so clearly, I know exactly what I was doing and the time it was when i learned that..

On Twitter - Pianogames told someone that the nephew TRIED to file a missing persons report. The police found excuses not to process. So there is no report that can be checked. As sincere as the guy sounded, I'm afraid it's malarkey. Someone should just call his bodyguard service and find out.

I am trying to understand the whole story about the 911 call. He said that he landed at LAX 15 to 20 minutes before the 911 call went out, right? Then he said that he rushed to the house and got there as the paramedics were there, right? The call went out at 12:22p.m. This guy had to land at LAX between 12:00 to 12:05,right?
My question, Did someone call him just as soon as he landed to say Ok it's time get you ass to the house for witnesses purpose? Or was the 911 call placed and then he was called with the news? If thats the case there is no way that he could get from LAX to Michael's house within a short period of time. It would take at least 30 minutes.
My computer is running very slow, so I cannot listen to the call again. Did he say that he got there as the paramedics was leaving or arriving??? Also, why would someone think to call this nephew of a bodyguard before contacting all family? From what I can remember, his manager Frank Dileo was at the Beverly Hills Hotel when he got a call from a FAN that there was paramedics at Michael's house. He didn't get a call about this from a bodyguard or someone inside the house, it was from a fan.
This whole thing is screaming HOAX!!!! The first people who should be contacted is family and his longtime manager should not be recieving a call from a fan about the situation. I think the time was right for Michael to go ahead with the hoax because he knew he was leaving within days.
One more thing that I just thought of. Didn't a cook, not Kai, say that Michael was all packed and ready to go to London? I don't recall reading anything about luggage being in MJ's room when they were describing the scene. Do any of you? Michael had no intentions on go to London.

about 911: Michael's timeline is everywhere on the internet, he might have read when did the ambulance come or even easier, he knows the timing because he was there. He arrived there when the ambulance was leaving Encino. When something this huge happens it marks you that much that you know the exact hour, minute, seconds, place and people surrounding you.. Come on I still remember where I was the day Michael "died"..everything! I see it so clearly, I know exactly what I was doing and the time it was when i learned that..

I am trying to understand the whole story about the 911 call. He said that he landed at LAX 15 to 20 minutes before the 911 call went out, right? Then he said that he rushed to the house and got there as the paramedics were there, right? The call went out at 12:22p.m. This guy had to land at LAX between 12:00 to 12:05,right?
My question, Did someone call him just as soon as he landed to say Ok it's time get you ass to the house for witnesses purpose? Or was the 911 call placed and then he was called with the news? If thats the case there is no way that he could get from LAX to Michael's house within a short period of time. It would take at least 30 minutes.
My computer is running very slow, so I cannot listen to the call again. Did he say that he got there as the paramedics was leaving or arriving??? Also, why would someone think to call this nephew of a bodyguard before contacting all family? From what I can remember, his manager Frank Dileo was at the Beverly Hills Hotel when he got a call from a FAN that there was paramedics at Michael's house. He didn't get a call about this from a bodyguard or someone inside the house, it was from a fan.
This whole thing is screaming HOAX!!!! The first people who should be contacted is family and his longtime manager should not be recieving a call from a fan about the situation. I think the time was right for Michael to go ahead with the hoax because he knew he was leaving within days.
One more thing that I just thought of. Didn't a cook, not Kai, say that Michael was all packed and ready to go to London? I don't recall reading anything about luggage being in MJ's room when they were describing the scene. Do any of you? Michael had no intentions on go to London.
I think it was a conincidence that nephew flew in. He arrived around the same time -he didn't give specifics. I think he had the feeling that they hadn't been there long. Frank Dileo was at the Beverly Hilton not the Beverly Hills Hotel. I don't remember a cook saying he was packed and ready to go. That was reported in the news shortly after the death when they said Michael collapsed in the living room and one of the kids thought he was fooling around. He wasn't leaving for a week so maybe he hadn't started packing.
But anyway - I don't think nephew is for real anyway. No missing persons report for Uncle Marvin.

Well, nephew knows his own flight info and found out when he got to the house about when the paramedics were called and probably got more details later.

IF this nephew guy is legit, then I think he already believed MJ may have hoaxed his death before calling into the show, otherwise, how did he come across the Carlotta Chatwood show. It's not something you just stumble across unless you are actively looking for MJ hoax-related material. And like many of you, I also think he sounded pretty sincere. I would like to find out more about him, though, like where he flew in from on June 25th. If anybody finds out from Maura or PianoGames any details about this nephew guy, please post here.

Have you all thought that maybe this has a more sinister implication, and that this person is trying to make us think that Katherine and Murray were in a room conspiring to kill Michael as horrible as that sounds I mean look at all the angles of every story.
IDK. Maybe they were all in it together to discuss what to do to help MJ not conspire to kill.

Did they actually leave at 12:20 for the hospital? (or whatever the time was) -- I thought it was a bit later than that because they pronounced him "passed" at 2:26 and they said they worked on him for a while but could not revive him. I think there are several time lines to consider here. I thought the paramedics were there for around 40 or so minutes....doing whatever.....any thoughts on the whose time line we are following lol?
