Michael Jackson's parents are giving fans an ultimatum -- don't even try to use MJ's name or likeness to make money. Problem is ... they don't have the right either.

We found a document posted on the Jackson Family Foundation website -- that's the organization that's throwing a bash at the Beverly Hilton in Bev Hills Saturday night at prices as high as $500 a ticket.
The document, signed by Joseph Jackson, Chairman, and Katherine Jackson, Vice Chairman, warns fans, "Please, do not ... Use the 'Jackson Family" name 'The Jackson Family Foundation' or 'Michael Jackson' as a means to advertise the sale of commercial products, fundraisers or services of any kind."
The reality -- Michael's parents -- just like the fans -- have no right to exploit MJ's name and likeness. That right belongs solely and exclusively to the estate of Michael Jackson.
What's more, we did some digging and Joe has created a company that may well be cashing in on Michael's name. It's called the Jackson Development & Marketing Corporation, incorporated in Nevada last December, after Michael died. Joe is listed as the director and Lowell Henry, a longtime financial advisor of Joe and Katherine, is the treasurer.
And get this ... Take a look at the picture of the guy in the red tie, next to Katherine in a promotional pic for Katherine's new book, "Never Can Say Goodbye." That guy is none other than Lowell Henry.

Interesting ... in the book, Katherine thanks Lowell, Joe and the estate. We're told no one told the MJ estate about the book until its release was announced.
As for the Beverly Hilton bash, Joe's PR person tells TMZ Joe will not be profiting from the Beverly Hilton event, and that the money is all going to charity. But VoicePlate.com, which is co-sponsoring the event, tells TMZ some but not all of the money will go to charity.

So who is Lowell Henry? Never heard of the guy but aparently TMZ wants us to pay attention to him. Look at the photoshopped DOTS on his tie.
Gary, Indiana yesterday. IMO the speaker with the white shirt and red tie is that Lowell Henry, but they don't mention his name, he was introduced as "The Man" (Edit: or Mayor) ... Now watch this video and notice his bodylanguage, clapping, shoulders, long legs and bump on his wrist and make up your own mind.

For me the voice was just all wrong unless that was a recording somehow done of someone else speaking but still the hands were not large enough and I think he may have been too short. You can fake tall but short is hard to do.

He isn't that short, see the difference between him and Katherine. And I don't think you should be fooled by the voice, Mike can change his voice and there is also something like a harmonizer.

That's so true about the voice Souza and I'm a bit puzzled as to why they are calling him "The Man" without explaining that reference. The hands are not doing it for me though ;) but you never know.

The Mayor of Gary, Indiana is Rudy Clay. Why wouldn't they give him a proper announcement otherwise? Something does seem odd! And, remember....MJ is the master of disguise. He can even fool his mother!

Especially when he did not speak himself. He was nervously hopping from one foot to the other, the way he holds his hands in front of him, and later on his back, how he claps and his whole posture. And how he is reading from a paper. It reminds me a lot of Mike. I am not saying it's 100% him, maybe the mayor does all this the same way, I am just saying I think the mayor is suspicious ;)

Because I believe that Michael was really afraid for his life and is hoaxing because of a very serious issue, I don't believe not even 1% that he would risk making an appearance to speak at an event such as the one held in Gary yesterday. I believe if Michael ever makes a speech, it will be via satellite or some other process, not in person. It's too dangerous.

Well, considering the "death" of Micheal Jackson benefited the city of Gary a great deal; they finally got some acknowledgment as the birth place of MJ, after decades of broken promises for all sorts of Michael Jackson related foundations, academies, dance studios, various projects to benefit the people of Gary, or anything past basic maintenance on the house, I'd say if he finally actually received a big check to fund some of these ideas, the mayor would surely be willing to play along.
Only recently has anything been done with the house and I guarantee the Jackson's paid for that. They still own the property and the city of Gary is beyond broke. I think I remember Joe presenting the mayor with a check for it's creation on 7-11-09? That was the day of the public memorial that Gary held for MJ.
Off topic: I'm surprised Katherine showed up but I figured the kids wouldn't be going to Gary. I wonder where they are?

I'm a lot more interested in that guy standing next to the mayor in the photo on page one of this thread, the photo that has the WIRE IMAGE watermark across it, the guy holding a bottle, wearing glasses and wearing the glove!!! Look at his smile and compare it to old shots of Michael when he was about 19 years old! The smile is just killing me! Something so eerie and familiar.

the cheeks remind me of a "Jackson", and the overall STANCE, is very "telling." Especially, the way he's holding the marker.

I don't know if it's has been said but the memorial plaque from Gary Indiana has already been unveiled in July 2009 by Joe Jackson. And what is with that "J" from Michael J. Jackson, J could be Joe or Joseph, right?!... maybe that people from forums no longer be confused and putting so many questions:) And also on the back of the plaque, where are the pictures from Michael, on center, there is a picture from E'Casanova!!!
