Me and my brother were trying to get up to the hearing room in the courthouse in LA and we happened to go the back way and ended up near the freight elevator.We were the only ppl there. We then decided to go back around to the other side...Before we started walking the elevator door opens and The Jackson's walk out: security guards, Latoya, Jermaine, Joe, Kathrine, Jermaine, Jermaine's wife and son....Randy was there but not at that time( he came around the front earlier and we got to see him)...Latoya and Jermaine actually said hi to us!! We didn't take pictures cuz we didn't want to bother them but we followed them out the door and the papparrazzi were everywhere!! It was crazy....Then they loaded up in an SUV and drove away.... You could genuinely see the emotion on their faces...They looked hurt and a bit depressed...:( We didn't see Murray he went to the car garage and drove off. IDK what this means for the hoax but they sure did look upset...Katherine looks very frail in person....I think Jermaine was mad...he even slapped one of his security guards on the back...lol.... It was a great experience and we were soooooo lucky to be there at that time.. We might have been the only ppl that got that close to the Jackson's...its amazing seeing relatives of Michael in person....ALSO....one of the security guards came up to us and said: "Just between you and me,If you are looking for MICHAEL JACKSON he is already in the building...I wouldn't want you to waste your time".....?????? What does that mean...Michael is supposed to be dead..Lemme know what ya'll think...

OK, as much as I would like to beleive this is true, there just isn't enough proof to go on.
First off, there's only your word telling us that a bodyguard told you Michael was in the building. Now, that is a strange thing for a bodyguard to say, if he didn't hear you guys talking about the hoax. What could he have meant otherwise?
Do you think he was being sarcastic? Perhaps he'd recently encounterd lots of hoax believers who'd annoyed him a lot and decided that you and your brother must be like them, too. so, he decided to be sarcastic and mess with you guys.
why someone would do that, I don't know. Perhaps he was hurt that anyone could think that Michael would put his family and children through all that pain just to fake his own death. Just thinking aloud.

Please don't let the people on here who say they don't believe you get to you. They are mostly jealous they didn't have the same experience. If you heard it, then you heard it. I appreciate you telling us about it. I'm in Los Angeles and I was thinking of heading there myself...but couldn't get off of work. Maybe next time....maybe at the press conference announcing he's alive!!

Is it true that 95% fans are non-believers, then he probably thought you were coming for justice for MJ too, unless you had some identification about "hoax" on you. For non-believers, saying MJ was in the building would be a real slap, even if he actually was. So I'm 50/50 on whether this guard was giving a tidbit of truth. And that was cool you being there. I do wonder what was ticking the Jacksons off, maybe the press. Though they're in on the hoax, they're not in control of what Michael's getting the other people to do, and the twists and turns. They may not like some things. Mike's in charge, not them. Maybe they struggle with doubts and fears too. They're human. And if they don't do a good job, they don't get paid "$10,000 a month was it?

Sounds like an exciting time. Are you sure he didn't say "Michael has left the building" - as the saying goes "Elvis has left the building". Either way, you had "fan" written all over you most likely and he was fooling around. All in good fun.

Then you said that your dad heard this also and your whole family. So who all heard this? When asked if anyone else was listening you said, "Nope." So please clarify your statement. Thank you for your post and sharing your experience with us. It is great to know that someone from the forum was there. I have no problem believing you, by the way. You shared things with us that we could not get from watching the live stream on the computer. I think it is awesome that you were close enough to them that they spoke to you.
It is interesting what the security guard spoke to you. Time will tell what he really meant by that. I have seen the videos that express the opinion that Murray could be Michael, however, I have a hard time believing that one. Maybe he was there disguised as one of his siblings.....who knows?
If Michael is using all of this to make an elaborate movie I am sure the ending will be a real Thriller!

So my concern with this scenario is-
this was supposed to be a case against CM for killing MJ (however you wanna put it). Why would MJ be there in the building for a hearing of his own case especially when it is related to his own death? Am I making sense here? Unless MJ wants to be in the audience or somehing or be there to prove CM is indeed not guilty. It's almost like MJ attending his own memorial/funeral..
Though I believe the body gaurd might have said this, it's his intensions I'm not too sure of.

Good point, considering the majority of fans there were "justice for MJ" ones. Why would he assume that and joke about that to a fan who thought he was dead? :? Heck, why would he joke about that at ALL? I'm still curious about his facial expression.

Hey - cops are all humans. Some bad, majority are good people doing a stressful and thankless job - they do the things no one else wants to do so give them some slack and no name calling.
Just because someone has a sarcastic sense of humour does not make them an asshole, we are all just different people.
Just had to say that.. i dont tolerate stereotypes or name calling.. no matter what i take the person on face value.. not to judge on their job, their age, their sex, their colour, their social status, etc, etc.

There were bodyguards, but the one talking about MJ was a cop who then went away and couldn't be found after that.

I think it's believable that you were there, but whether or not you saw the Jackson family or if the security guard talked to you still isn't proven. And it can't be, sooo...I have no opinion on whether or not your story is true.

I'm not an attention seeking liar...I care about the hoax and about my visit to the hearing......Now I am wondering why I even told anyone this......I know its hard to believe since I have no evidence...and I also know that like 1 in a million ppl could have gotten into my situation...but once again I have nothing to gain.....and I have heard alot of far-fetched evidence on here that hasn't been proved, YET it is still believed....So.....Thats all I can say

Well, i think your telling the truth..........to me it's not too farfetched that the Policeman told you that....that's my opinion becuz even though it's his job..it doesn't mean he agree with the courthearing(HOAX). So i feel he was legit imho...... ;)..If anyone disagree with you fine...but you know in your heart and mind what was said...you and your family was there...not anyone of us....... 8-).....oh and i appreciate that you talked about it and gave us the lowdown..... ;)

Thank you for sharing I myself had something that I feel had to do with the hoax back in July 2009 2 weeks after the mermorial. I am a bartender in Down town Disney and I took care if Mariah Carey and Her Hubby Nick. I posted what happend that day. She was all smiles laughing (she was on vacation) when I said to her how sorry I was for her loss she looked at me like I was nuts, then I said it must have been so difficult to sing infront of his family and the casket......she said oh yes I was not pleased with my performance. I was shocked. She was not acting like someone whom just lost a friend. I too have nothing to gain I just was sharing what happend to me its not everyday you get someone whom performed at the mermorial come into your bar/resturant and sit with you. Even the server that was helping them also said she was feeling like it could be an hoax and she believed he was died. Thank you for sharing. Hugs. :)

you said something about security or a policeman..we could tell most of the officers where in there tan uniforms..some security guards where the dark blue/black outfits..im just thinking out loud here..remember there was a picture of Michael either wearing or holding up a dark blue/black uniform..had the badge and even his name on it..i don't know where the picture is..he was inside a room that had badges and things like that..i think someone posted the picture im talking about in a different topic like maybe about the paramedics or something to do with the hoax..so sorry i cant find the picture right now but i know someone here knows what one im talking about!!..maybe it could have been Michael in one of his many disguise??.if someone can find the picture plz post..i know it was mj in the black/blue uniform of an officer or police uniform..and in the background of this picture you can see different badges of all sorts..
never know it could have been mj himself....

Me and my brother were trying to get up to the hearing room in the courthouse in LA and we happened to go the back way and ended up near the freight elevator.We were the only ppl there. We then decided to go back around to the other side...Before we started walking the elevator door opens and The Jackson's walk out: security guards, Latoya, Jermaine, Joe, Kathrine, Jermaine, Jermaine's wife and son....Randy was there but not at that time( he came around the front earlier and we got to see him)...Latoya and Jermaine actually said hi to us!! We didn't take pictures cuz we didn't want to bother them but we followed them out the door and the papparrazzi were everywhere!! It was crazy....Then they loaded up in an SUV and drove away.... You could genuinely see the emotion on their faces...They looked hurt and a bit depressed...:( We didn't see Murray he went to the car garage and drove off. IDK what this means for the hoax but they sure did look upset...Katherine looks very frail in person....I think Jermaine was mad...he even slapped one of his security guards on the back...lol.... It was a great experience and we were soooooo lucky to be there at that time.. We might have been the only ppl that got that close to the Jackson's...its amazing seeing relatives of Michael in person....ALSO....one of the security guards came up to us and said: "Just between you and me,If you are looking for MICHAEL JACKSON he is already in the building...I wouldn't want you to waste your time".....?????? What does that mean...Michael is supposed to be dead..Lemme know what ya'll think...
