Okay today i received an email from a anonymous source asking me to post this email this source send to the british tabloid magazine The Sun… This is the real truth regarding Dave Dave.. I was asked to post the letter here..
To Whom It May Concern at the Sun,
I wish to keep my name anonymous at this time because I have information about Dave Dave, a former friend of mine.
After reading the Sun article the week of May 10, 2010 regarding the fans thinking Dave Dave is actually Michael Jackson in disguise, Dave Dave and I had a hard week that ultimately ruined our friendship.
On May 15, 2010 at 10:36 PM I received a text message from him stating he wanted to “talk” and asking me if I ” was home so he can call me.”
He called me and we got into a bit of a debate over what the attorney’s at the Jackson estate had told him that day regarding a lawsuit against the Sun….
When I called Dave to notify him that the Sun had published an article regarding him and a possible Michael Jackson hoax, he immediately tried finding a way to sue the SUN and gain more attention. I was more concerned about his safety at school, being mauled by fans of Michael’s, NOT because I think or know he is Michael, but for Dave’s own safety as I know he is not Michael.
There have been many emails and phone conversations between me and Dave since about December regarding his MySpace page, twitter and so on.
I have had a hard time with the fact that he knows there are hoax videos on YouTube so he plays with the minds of fans.
I have been on the phone with him countless amounts of times while he is reading comments and private messages from Michael’s fans while laughing at them and using curse words to describe how pathetic and stupid they are.
I asked him to stop playing with their heads and to stop posing as Michael if he was really Michael’s friend.
During the phone call on the 15th of May, the call became irrate on Dave’s part when he started yelling at me to shut my mouth because “If Michael’s fans are stupid enough to think I’m Michael, then let them do it.” I told him he needed to post a comment on his MySpace page telling them that he is NOT MJ and he refused, telling me that he doesn’t care to waste his time.
The attorney’s he spoke to for a possible lawsuit against the Sun’s May 10, 2010 article told him that day that they couldn’t sue the Sun because he was bringing this on himself by posing as Michael on his MySpace. That, coupled with the “third eye video” that he made , posing as a musician for a music MySpace account, and his “Michael-like” pictures and comments, makes it impossible for anyone to defend him.
I asked him myself why he has a MySpace Music account because he only has a drum machine and is not known as having any talent, other than knowing Michael Jackson, and his response was to scream at me. I have a recorded conversation of me talking to Dave while he was messing around with his drum machine and talking about posting it on his MySpace page.
He knew I was very much against his games on his MySpace and I was in his way.
He had left comments intentionally on his MySpace page from Michael’s fans asking if he is Michael, ignoring them, leaving room for them to believe he is Michael, while deleting my comments, ALL of them.
I would leave a comment such as “I hope you are feeling better today” and it would be deleted within 5 minutes. But he leaves the ones asking if he is Michael Jackson.
Dave is knowingly misleading Michael’s fans by posting headlines on his MySpace that say things such as
“The Man The Myth The Legend” and the day he found out about the SUN article, he posted a headline on his MySpace that said “Wanted Dead Or Alive” then tweeted the same thing and talked about the SUN article and also tweeted Randy Jackson to call him.
If the Jackson family is so close to Dave, then he should have no problem reaching them on the phone without tweeting a request publicly for one of them to call him.. The remarks he has made to me regarding the Jackson brothers are ones of pure jealousy and hatred…..
He also knows that the hoaxers on YouTube believe he was MJ in disguise on the LKL show and refuses to set them straight. The reason for this is because he looks important in Michael’s life so why would he be honest?
After getting to know Dave on a personal, friendship level, I believe he is unstable and possibly a sick twist.
I became very aware of how seriously desperate he is to take Michael’s place and attention around January 2010 when he told me that the topic was not up for discussion and became irrate when I would speak Michael’s name or talk about how much I love him. He sent me hate mail when I created an email account reflecting my love for Michael in May 2010.
Michael’s fans are dirt to Dave and calls them “FAKE”, he has told me that he “hates” Michael’s fans and wishes they would all shut the F*** up”
I believe his sole purpose of his MySpace page is for the misleading of the MJ fans and to gain the attention that he watched Michael have from childhood when Dave met him.
Although Dave’s tragic childhood upset me and many people very much, that was never good enough for him. He doesn’t want to be known as the little boy scarred by his abusive father who set him on fire and was rescued by Michael Jackson…He wants to be known as someone he is not…..A friend to Michael Jackson…calling himself “Michael’s best friend.”
It was always ok with Dave to talk about his “celebrity status with me, or his friendship with Michael or say things like “Look who I AM” but he knew I knew better than that. He plays the Michael Jackson card to his advantage and that is not a friend.
He knows he would have no name if it weren’t for Michael Jackson.
Out of all the children in this world who have been abused by their parents, raped by their fathers and tortured as a child and grew up wishing they had a chance to meet their hero Michael, for some reason, Michael chose Dave Dave…Dave made his own choice on how to handle that and the meaning to him was not to have appreciation and respect for Michael, but rather, to find hatred for other victims and Michael’s fans.
I also believe Dave is being far less than honest about how involved he has been with Michael J. as an adult.
There was a woman who left a comment on Dave’s MySpace in January asking him to make a phone call to a little boy who had been set on fire by his own father and Dave asked me to respond to her telling her he “Doesnt have time for that shit” and he never did it. I was shocked that Dave was not willing to pay forward what Michael did for him when he was in a burn unit as a child.

I believe that what Dave has done and is doing now is eating at him but he doesn’t know how to stop.

I honestly don't have a clue.When I read this article it made me think back to when I first looked into DD myspace acct where it looked like everyone thought it was Michael using a DD acct,yet I personally felt it wasn't MJ and that DD was playing with people and enjoying the attention wich made me sick to my stomach so I quit going and checking out his acct.That was back in Nov.If this really is all true then it's a sick thing to do to Michael,then again if this is all fake then why would this be coming out against DD,a person whom we all thought to be close to Michael at one time...

Ok I just read all of that and to me, it sounds like someone that has a bit of jealousy because Dave was/is close to Michael. If Michael and Dave didn't have any kind of friendship during Dave's adult life and weren't close, then why is Dave listed in the Invincible CD as being part of MJJ Productions? What this person is saying just doesn't make sense to me based on that fact and I've learned to not trust anonymous sources. Anyone could type that up, that is wanting us to not believe in Dave being Michael on LKL and say it's from an anonymous source. *shrugs*

I never trust or believe in these things, anonymous or not I just dont give these stories any credibility. I cant because there has been so much BS thrown to us fans and hoaxers on the net that it has become litteraly impossibe to sort through it to determine what is fake and what is real. IMO there is proabably 95% BS and only 5% truth in everything we've come across since june 25th. :roll:

Even if it's a real e-mail that she received ( i think it's weird that she copied and pasted it instead of show a screen shot ), we don't know if it comes from a person who really knows Dave Dave, i mean that we know what this web is about ( stop the hoax investigation and attack the hoax forums, especially this one ) so anyone could send her a message with the words she wants to hear.

(CBS) LOS ANGELES An aspiring singer who was thrust into the spotlight at age 6 when his father set him afire won an order to evict a man who tricked him into signing over title to an Inglewood condominium, a lawyer said Monday.
Dave Dave, now 30, was known as David Rothenberg when he was doused with kerosene and more than 90 percent of his body was burned in a Buena Park motel room.
His father Charles later served seven years of a 13-year prison sentence.
Inglewood Superior Court Judge Deirdre Hill issued the eviction order Thursday against Darnello Jackson, who claimed he was a cousin of singer Michael Jackson, according to Dave's lawyer, Brian Oxman.
The defendant claimed he had a verbal agreement with Dave to buy the property, but Hill rejected the contention because nothing was in writing, Oxman said.
Dave met Darnello Jackson at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in December 2003 during a rally in support of the entertainer, who was awaiting trial at the time on child molestation charges -- of which he was later acquitted.
Darnello Jackson and Michael Jackson are not related, according to Oxman.
The eviction order was the second court victory in a month for Dave, who sued Darnello Jackson last May.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Rita Miller signed a default judgment on Aug. 18 against Jackson and ordered him to pay Dave more than $90,000 in damages.
Dave was named as a potential character witness during Michael Jackson's 2005 trial on charges of molesting a young boy who visited Neverland Ranch.
The entertainer was acquitted of all counts and Dave never had to testify.
Dave, who lives in Utah, said he writes music professionally and is also working on a solo singing project. He said he is a tenor who started in pop, but has now moved to another genre.
Michael Jackson, 48, has supported his singing efforts and has encouraged him to develop his own style without trying to sway him in one creative direction or another, Dave said.
Dave said he will sell the condominium after Darnello Jackson moves out.

BURN VICTIM, 13, WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS DAD

The boy whose father set him on fire seven years ago in a twisted attempt to punish his ex-wife held a news conference to tell his newly paroled dad that he never wants to see him again.
"I wanted it to (be known) nationally that I never want to see my father again," David Rothenberg, 13, said at a news conference he held to tell his father, who was paroled Wednesday and presumably watched his son on television. "I wanted to make it clear to him."I think he still wants to be my father, but that can never be done again," he said. "If he was my real dad, he wouldn't act like he did."
The youngster, who refers to his father only by his first name, said he would be able to put the experience behind him only "when Charles dies."
David was 6 when Charles Rothenberg set him on fire in a Buena Park, Calif., motel room in 1983 after he and his ex-wife had argued over visitation rights. Burned over 90 percent of his body, David was severely disfigured but now lives a remarkably normal life.
David, while saying he is no longer afraid of his father, is adamant about never wanting to see him or talk to him again.
"I don't want to say anything to him," he said. "Charles doesn't understand very well. He still thinks I want to see him."

Rothenberg was freed from prison Wednesday and taken to a secret location, where he will be the most tightly controlled parolee in California history. Carrying two boxes of personal belongings, Rothenberg's only comment when he was freed was "I'm afraid and upset," a prison spokesman said.
Officials said he will live in an apartment and has a clerical job with a private company.
Escorted by two parole agents, Rothenberg was released shortly past midnight after serving 6 1/2 years in prison and was driven to his parole destination, which authorities said they were forced to keep secret because of intense public reaction to his crime. At least one California town refused to accept him.
"I don't want to know where he is," said David.
David was asleep when his father poured kerosene around his bed and set it on fire, burning him beyond recognition.
David, who said he has had nightmares in which his father comes after him, said he is comforted by assurances from the state that Rothenberg will be kept away from him.
"I'm not afraid. I think he's in good hands," said the teenager, who sleeps with a BB gun near his bed.
Tipton Kindel, a spokesman for the state Department of Corrections, said Rothenberg's three-year parole will be the most restrictive in California history, costing taxpayers more than $200,000 a year.
Much of the money will pay the salaries of three full-time parole agents who will alternate watching Rothenberg 24 hours a day to ensure he does not contact his son. He must also wear an electronic "leash," a transmitter that will signal authorities if he leaves his assigned area.
Rothenberg, 49, has written to local news organizations that his only reason for living is to see his son and "ask his forgiveness."

Each MJ fan has their own preconceived thinking about Michael and the people around him. It colours everything they read. The truth is that the real Dave Dave has had a uniquely difficult life, ongoing with the release of his father. Michael took him under his wing as he has done for thousands. The truth is there are haters out there who delight in screwing with the MJ fans. The truth about DD's character and attitude is probably somewhere in the middle.

Yep! He closed his myspace account. It's very disappointing that he did that. I mean WHY??? If he had the intention of making friends, it should have been ok. Unfortunately, he seemed upset that all this time many of his members assumed that he's MJ. Well what did he expect if he often talks like MJ? I know he has a dark past life and it must be a very painful experience for him. But one cannot just erase good intention people out their life. I agree with the person who wrote this post. DD is just upset and disappoint with himself because he feels that he doesn't exist if not for MJ. What a sad point a view. He's wrong about it. In 1990 he was 13 (3rd article written in Jan and hence he is not yet 14)
Only the first has made a mistake calling him 20 in 2009, but the movie was aired in 1988, about 20 years before the article. He was obviously 33 by that time.

I am sorry but I have to say this. I am Positive that the Dave Dave on myspace was involved in this and most likely wasn't the real Dave Rothenberg but Michael or he was sharing the account with Michael.
Reasons (though I am sure there are even more than these):
We don't know that David Rothenberg even actually changed his name to DAVE DAVE. If he did change it to this why select a doubled named? This dual name is relevant to many theories including Michael used Doubles, Dualism, Michael using disguises.
On the LKL show sure looked and sounded like Michael in Disguise to me and many others. I know there are doubters but there always will be no matter what you do or say.
The Video! This video is FULL of clues that in many theories. The Garbage cans - it's all garbage. The cans doubled, Dave/Michael doubled = Dualism. The Third Eye - All seeing eye, Egyptian symbol with a dual meaning of protection and the gods seeing everything. I totally agree with you. I think MJ and DD were in on this together and after that Sun article, things just got too crazy. Why would he delete the MS a day after this so called letter. Seems like someone doesn't want us to believe MJ was DD. and they are going through a whole lot of trouble to convince us that DD is a bad guy. I smell a rat.

Famed Burn Victim Wins Unrelated Court Case

(CBS) LOS ANGELES An aspiring singer who was thrust into the spotlight at age 6 when his father set him afire won an order to evict a man who tricked him into signing over title to an Inglewood condominium, a lawyer said Monday.
Dave Dave, now 30, was known as David Rothenberg when he was doused with kerosene and more than 90 percent of his body was burned in a Buena Park motel room.
His father Charles later served seven years of a 13-year prison sentence.
Inglewood Superior Court Judge Deirdre Hill issued the eviction order Thursday against Darnello Jackson, who claimed he was a cousin of singer Michael Jackson, according to Dave's lawyer, Brian Oxman.
The defendant claimed he had a verbal agreement with Dave to buy the property, but Hill rejected the contention because nothing was in writing, Oxman said.
Dave met Darnello Jackson at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in December 2003 during a rally in support of the entertainer, who was awaiting trial at the time on child molestation charges -- of which he was later acquitted.
Darnello Jackson and Michael Jackson are not related, according to Oxman.
The eviction order was the second court victory in a month for Dave, who sued Darnello Jackson last May.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Rita Miller signed a default judgment on Aug. 18 against Jackson and ordered him to pay Dave more than $90,000 in damages.
Dave was named as a potential character witness during Michael Jackson's 2005 trial on charges of molesting a young boy who visited Neverland Ranch.
The entertainer was acquitted of all counts and Dave never had to testify.
Dave, who lives in Utah, said he writes music professionally and is also working on a solo singing project. He said he is a tenor who started in pop, but has now moved to another genre.
Michael Jackson, 48, has supported his singing efforts and has encouraged him to develop his own style without trying to sway him in one creative direction or another, Dave said.
Dave said he will sell the condominium after Darnello Jackson moves out.

The boy whose father set him on fire seven years ago in a twisted attempt to punish his ex-wife held a news conference to tell his newly paroled dad that he never wants to see him again.
"I wanted it to (be known) nationally that I never want to see my father again," David Rothenberg, 13, said at a news conference he held to tell his father, who was paroled Wednesday and presumably watched his son on television. "I wanted to make it clear to him."I think he still wants to be my father, but that can never be done again," he said. "If he was my real dad, he wouldn't act like he did."
The youngster, who refers to his father only by his first name, said he would be able to put the experience behind him only "when Charles dies."
David was 6 when Charles Rothenberg set him on fire in a Buena Park, Calif., motel room in 1983 after he and his ex-wife had argued over visitation rights. Burned over 90 percent of his body, David was severely disfigured but now lives a remarkably normal life.
David, while saying he is no longer afraid of his father, is adamant about never wanting to see him or talk to him again.
"I don't want to say anything to him," he said. "Charles doesn't understand very well. He still thinks I want to see him."

Rothenberg was freed from prison Wednesday and taken to a secret location, where he will be the most tightly controlled parolee in California history. Carrying two boxes of personal belongings, Rothenberg's only comment when he was freed was "I'm afraid and upset," a prison spokesman said.
Officials said he will live in an apartment and has a clerical job with a private company.
Escorted by two parole agents, Rothenberg was released shortly past midnight after serving 6 1/2 years in prison and was driven to his parole destination, which authorities said they were forced to keep secret because of intense public reaction to his crime. At least one California town refused to accept him.
"I don't want to know where he is," said David.
David was asleep when his father poured kerosene around his bed and set it on fire, burning him beyond recognition.
David, who said he has had nightmares in which his father comes after him, said he is comforted by assurances from the state that Rothenberg will be kept away from him.
"I'm not afraid. I think he's in good hands," said the teenager, who sleeps with a BB gun near his bed.
Tipton Kindel, a spokesman for the state Department of Corrections, said Rothenberg's three-year parole will be the most restrictive in California history, costing taxpayers more than $200,000 a year.
Much of the money will pay the salaries of three full-time parole agents who will alternate watching Rothenberg 24 hours a day to ensure he does not contact his son. He must also wear an electronic "leash," a transmitter that will signal authorities if he leaves his assigned area.
Rothenberg, 49, has written to local news organizations that his only reason for living is to see his son and "ask his forgiveness."

I remember very well when this happened to little Dave. It was huge news and horrifying. He wasn't born in 1983. His father was paroled in 1990 [His father served 6+ years and Dave would have been an infant in 1983] and the movie came out in 1988. He has to be around 34. He was born '77 +/- 1 :)

i'm sorry, but idk why it says warning at the top. i'm still kind of new on here and i don't normally use forums. i have a thought about this post. that message sounds so unbelievable. i don't think that dave dave would have been acting in this manner. he seemed like a really nice person according to that myspace video. why would he because a :icon_twisted: and say things like that? and also, nobody else has heard anything else from dave dave (like, on tv or anything). i don't see how anyone could possibly believe any of this. the voice, the facial features, come on. whoever that person was, was probably just trying to find a way to make up an excuse for him deleting his myspace page saying he was mean and bitter and was manipulating people. it's just not believable. a 30 something year old man playing around with fans? i don't believe it one bit.
