The commercial actually makes it sound like Michael is alive and well and they have come into a contract with him to do the show!

Although, taking a closer look, if you follow the link on the actual youtube video's discription it says this:

"The magic of Cirque du Soleil and the genius of the King of Pop will be combined in the creation, development, and production of Michael Jackson projects based on the music and songs of Michael Jackson."

So...Not THE actual MJ. But projects based ON his music? Or, but then again; Why did they word it in such a way in the video that he was going to BE there as opposed to the fine print? Guess we'll have to find out. It could be anything, guys.
