Okay...a few questions regarding this.
How come I have never seen this before now.  Has it only just surfaced on youtube? A picture of Mike from when? How do we know if it was from the session for "a place with no name"?  And as there is no facial shot, it probably is Mike but  we can't be totally sure it's him in the photo.

I think photo is not from this (a place without no name) session.. I saw this photo many times before but I never heard THIS demo..
I also interested when it surfaced...  :roll:

This video was uploaded on July 31 2009, so it has been on youtube for 10 months already.  The pic comes from mjjpictures.com, it's on their index for months.
