There was another reference to Michael's Pepsi incident in Eminem's seventh studio album 'Recovery' (2010) on track 3, 'On Fire.'

Go back a bit to 'Just Lose It' in 2004, where the music video parodied Michael's Pepsi incident. Oh and 'Just Lose It' was included in Em's greatest hits disc 'Curtain Call.' Blue curtain instead of a red one like at the O2.

Eminem said in an interview that he thinks Michael is a legend, and that making fun of other people is a part of his thing. Maybe it's just building hype for tomorrow's announcement on June 7th?

Although, I have to agree, the official MJ Twitter feed posting a Bad pic and the Epic tweet with a link to the Bad short film is interesting, considering the official MJ site/Twitter already posted something on the day. Usually, it's one thing on any given day.

Tomorrow may hold a Bad Tour DVD announcement, or Behind the Mask video's release date announcement, some Cirque news, or new album news. Only a few hours to go until we find it. Definitely too soon for a Bam; my gut feeling.

Too soon for a BAM, but maybe new album news? Or could it be a Bad Live DVD? The official MJ site has been talking about the Bad Tour a lot in the past months. Why not give the fans what they want?

Would Epic Records be involved with a Live DVD? Maybe if it's a CD + DVD set.

They've been using the Michael cover since November 2010. I tried typing in DEC2010.jpg and got nothing, but I tried a month before with OCT2010.jpg and of course got issue 06.

Maybe Epic Records was lining up for Michael to be issue 7 and keeping that issue there for a few months? Or is Michael that big of an album hit that it needs to be there for a 7 months?

I think timing has a lot to do with it. We notice Epic Records 7 months later with their I'm Back tweet connected to the 7th MJ album and stumble upon issue 07 with the Michael album cover, where it just so happens that track 7 is Breaking News.

If only it were the 7th month, eh?

Mm, very promising.

Even if it is a new album, to me, that's still pretty cool. Can't wait for the final Blue Gangsta and the full A Place With(out) No Name, since Dr. Freeze says they're going to be on the second album.

A lot of people say today's music is pretty bad. I hear album or CD sales are getting lower. It would be quite a kicker if MJ came back to pull another Thriller on the music industry today like he did in the 80s.

A lot of people who like Michael Jackson like Johnny Depp as well. I liked Johnny when I first saw Pirates of the Caribbean, and then I liked Michael after learning more about him from Wikipedia. Love 'em both.

Michael dressed up as Willy Wonka for a photoshoot for Ebony, if I remember the name of the magazine correctly. Johnny Depp played Willy Wonka, and many claimed Johnny's portrayal of the candy wonder man was close to Michael Jackson.

Similarities: Pale skin, big sunglasses, iconic hat, "eccentricities," a strained relationship with his father but they still love each other, misunderstood by some, rich and famous, bad people taking advantage of him, hiding away from the world after being hurt, personal wonderlands, visionary, never lost his magical talent.

Michael Jackson and Johnny Depp both worked with Vincent Price. Thriller and Edward Scissorhands, respectively. Some even say Michael Jackson may have been considered for the role of Scissorhands, but that could be just a rumor.

To me, it reminds me of all of the Cascio tracks like Breaking News, Monster and Keep Your Head Up. Although, this time around, it sounds more like Michael to my ears, or at least there is more Michael compared to James Porte / Jason Malachi / whoever else may be on the track.

Did Cascio's track have something different like recording equipment or setup? Did someone step in to fill up the track so it seemed less empty?

Either way, I'm going to think Soldier Boy is mostly Michael, and the beat is killer. Can't wait for a final version of this song. I've been singing the main line at work. It's absolutely infectious!  mj_dance/

Am I the only one that found it new and different that Michael's mentioning "the game" like many rappers and pop artists do? "The game" sometimes referring to fame, the musical career or show business, from what I've gathered by it's use by Eminem, to name one music man.
