In the start it says they are planning for one measuring 8, then goes onto saying that it's not likely to happen. So what's it to be? I interpret the start to mean they have detected it coming and are preparing. Else why are they planning for one to hit? And why are they planning for one at that exact measurement?Is it just me that interprets it this way?Lee.
