I'm interested in who is actually selling this house. Last week I came across the LAPD beat Newsletterjuly 2009, which says:Department personnel were providing security and crowd control at UCLA Medical Center where the singer was hospitalized, at his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and at his rented family residence in Encino. You are not allowed to view links. The LAPD could have just made a mistake. If it is the case and the home is rented, how would the LAPD know that and why would they know that and why would they print that info? Is it relevant to anyone reading the newsletter whether the Encino home is rented or not? Unless they are referring to another property in Encino? This could be MJ's hidey-hole?
MJLover1990, I would imagine the family would not want to sell Encino, but who knows? Maybe their unique selling point will be that it comes with a free MJ?
If you look at the questions at the bottom of the page, I think it is on the second link, there was a question posted Feb 2008 about how big the kitchen was. I looked on several real estate websites and there are several for sale on Hayvenhurst but not the Jackson's family home. Also, Michael was still living there in 1983 and way before that. I believe this home was built in the late 60's early 70's. This was a great find, but I believe it is a mistaken listing.
